My husband and I had an excellent experience with Jimmy as our salesperson. He was knowledgeable, resourceful and accommodating. The other employees that we interacted with during our transaction were great as well! The Rye dealership's office space was clean and well organized with a nice waiting/coffee area. As Subaru loyalists, we recommend this dealership and love our new Crosstrek!
I submitted an inquiry online and Brian responded very quickly. We discussed what I was looking for, made a test drive appointment, discussed pricing and sealed the deal. Buying my Crosstrek was everything I though buying a car should be. I hope to be back to do business in the future.
The staff was extremely friendly. They did their best to provide all the information we needed about the different models. There was no pressure on us to make a decision until we had made up our mind. After that, everything was smooth and we walked out of the dealership with the car we wanted. Jeff Milletta took time to explain to us in the car all the main features of our new Subaru (there were many!).
Brian helped me buy my new Crosstrek and it was easier than I thought it would be. I???m very used to salesman who talk in circles and numbers changing after an agreement was made; there was none of that with Liberty, Brian was straightforward and easy to work with and the Finance manger was really friendly. I???ll definitely be buying another car here in the future.
I travel 10 miles to go here for service because the dealership is small and has a friendly atmosphere. It is easy to get too and even in high rush hour traffic times there's no problems getting into the driveway and finding parking. Unlike the larger dealerships across the Island, Metric is an independent (just Subaru) and is truly hassle free. It has less customer volume which enables them to focus individually on getting things done. Service is typically done faster than the original estimates. When they say an hour it usually means 35 minutes. Its the dealers job to make money on services. I get it. However it is cost competitive with other dealerships in the area. I'm still waiting on their new facilities proposal to be built as the building is old and needs updating. The service waiting room is small and you will need to walk about to stretch your legs as it's too tight for tall folks to extend knees locked. The waiting room chairs need to be updated for longer sit ins, they serve their purpose for 30 minutes tops. What really is nice, is your free to walk the facility and grounds while waiting with out an employee asking if you need help every 5 minutes.
Metric Subaru was my choice to buy my new Outback and I was very happy. They didn't haggle or hard sell, they just gave me a good price (I researched before) and a fair deal. My Outback has surpassed my expectations and I am a very satisfied customer.
Very friendly when searching inventories and showed mind to help to find good car. After few negotiations, reached good deal. All processes were fast and accurate. Recommend to talk to John when visit this dealer.
AS USUAL, THE SERVICE PEOPLE WERE GREAT, POLITE, PROMPT AND KNOWLEGABLE, AS THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN WITH THE OTHER 8 SUBARU VEHICLES THAT I HAD THEM SERVICED AT THIS LOCATION THROUGH THE YEARS.
