I’ve been buying parts from Jones Ford for decades. I finally purchased a new car from Jones Ford about a year ago. Mostly because I have always been treated so nicely even by Mr. Walters. I’ve gotten to know the parts people in some of the texts and mechanics well enough to say that there some of the nicest and most humble techs and mechanics I’ve ever encountered. The only morning I would have Franny dealership is to hire good people at every level of the organization and then trust them. Putting too many barriers between the customer and those who actually do the work takes away from the “good neighbor” feel of a dealership. Jones Ford loved me for years before I bought a car. I recently returned to purchase another new car. The salesmen I dealt with were exceptional and to me perfect in every way they treated me. Other dealers lost my loyalty simply because they don’t understand love and respect.
Service department at Carmax superceded my expectations! Called to have a service done on my Nissan and they were able to accommodate my tight schedule even though they did explain their schedules were tight as well. The amount of time I waited was far less than any dealer I've ever been to, and Dave in the service department greeted me by name and wore a smile until I left! They even washed my car for me and let me know if there was anything I needed to not hesitate to give them a call.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Windhams. Each person had his position perfectly executed and was so very pleasant and nice. I had visited three other dealers and was just plain overwhelmed. A few salespeople really did not know what was on the lot and just walked us around pointing out this car and that car. My husband said that he had heard good comments about Windhams, so we just by chance went there on a very cold and windy day. Bingo! Found the perfect car. 2015 Buick Encore Premier. We live in Mount Pleasant and Windhams drove the new car to our house because I do not drive over the bridge. Another man drove another car, so my husband would not have to take the driver of new car back. The manager at Windhams had this done, so as to keep my husband from fighting the traffic back and forth. How kind and thoughtful! A+ rating for Brad Windham and staff! Sincerely, Pam
Went into the Carmax store just to look for a car for future purchase. I was greet immediately by Mr. Carl R Emery and from there things went smoothly. We asked about cars and he talk to us a little about them and told us to have a look and call on him if we need to look in, test drive or just ask question about any of the vehicles. We end up buying a car! Customer service was great and now we will have to drive the car for a little while before I will make any comments. OVERALL the experience.
I looked for months for the right car, and had had a string of bad luck with sales folks at other dealerships being pushy or lying about cars they were selling. Luckily, I recently found Low Country Auto Sales and bought my dream car from them at what I think was a very fair price. With the help of Joe and his son, the process of buying a car from them was extremely easy and pleasant.
I had the car inspected soon after buying it and Joe offered to fix the few very small things that needed to be replaced for free. He has been very communicative (always answering the phone and providing helpful information) as I've had questions about the car since buying it. As he said when I bought the car, they stand behind the cars they sell and I have definitely found that to be true.
The dealership isn't large in comparison to others, but I would wait to buy the car I want from them in the future, rather than buy from someone else. Cannot say enough positive things about this dealership and Joe!
I bought a 2015 Chrysler 300 S . I had a problem with the smart key. They owner, Johnny Dangerfield, solved the problem with my Smart Key and also gave me an extra Smart Key , free of charge. My entire experience there was great.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Friendly staff, excellent service. Worth the trip!

Had a really good experience at Berkeley Ford. Mark was my salesman and the sales manager was Stanley. Both id a fantastic job getting me more than i could ask for. every one there was very nice and professional. I've visited most dealerships in Charleston, and this one was by far the best customer experience. It felt like a family bushiness, not a large dealership.
Amazing, stress-free car buying experience! Got a slam dunk deal on a car I am really proud of ! Real quality used vehicles and great prices. I would recommend Jeff's to any one looking for a car or truck! Thank you guys for everything!
