This is a super comfortable car. The driver’s seat adjusts every which way so you can be comfy. Plenty of leg room in the front and rear. Lots of cup holders too!
Service department at Carmax superceded my expectations! Called to have a service done on my Nissan and they were able to accommodate my tight schedule even though they did explain their schedules were tight as well. The amount of time I waited was far less than any dealer I've ever been to, and Dave in the service department greeted me by name and wore a smile until I left! They even washed my car for me and let me know if there was anything I needed to not hesitate to give them a call.

It met all my expectations! I absolutely love it! The ride is so comfortable for the driver and riders. The heated seats are perfect for this weather. I have nothing negative to say. I just wish I could have purchased a new one!
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

I drove my Pearl across the country from California to Tampa Florida, with no issues! Dependable/reliable and durable. Pearl was love at first site and thanks to the folks at Capitol Subaru, California I was able to finance my Subaru, with not stellar credit they helped. Now my car is fully paid for and I love my Outback. I got my son to buy his own 2016 Subaru!
Decent value for the money. Superb AWD. Good quality materials used in interior. Mileage in the 6cyl is so-so. But better performance makes it worth it. Quality issues with the high end head units, and a recall for gas gauge being off by 1/8th tank.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

Had a really good experience at Berkeley Ford. Mark was my salesman and the sales manager was Stanley. Both id a fantastic job getting me more than i could ask for. every one there was very nice and professional. I've visited most dealerships in Charleston, and this one was by far the best customer experience. It felt like a family bushiness, not a large dealership.

Someone that is younger and more into cities and technology with cell phones will appreciate what this car has to offer. I personally will probably never use all of the gadgets.
Everything top notch besides lack of wifi. But there was an Internet access area.

My Outback is sturdy, dependable, comfortable and, as far as I'm concerned, really cool. It handles really well in the snow and is rugged enough so I feel comfortable driving just about anywhere, yet luxurious enough to enjoy long distance trips at the wheel. It is also very highly rated for safety, which makes me feel more comfortable driving my family around.

The 2019 Subaru Outback is a joy to drive; beautiful leather interior; roomy. I love the heated front and back seats and the smoothness of the drive!
I went on the internet inquiring about Subaru Forresters and Linda responded quickly. I was going on a two week cruise so I put her off until after the cruise and the 2019 models had arrived. I asked her to line up two models for me and I would come take a look. She did and she and Brian greeted me and I took a Forrester for a test drive. I was really pleased with the car and so I said I would buy one. I decided to pay cash so the financial dealings were swift and painless and when they were over my new car was ready to go and my trade-in had been stripped of all my belongings and they had been put in or on my new Subaru. I had not bought a car in 11 years but your attention to detail and prompt service may this transaction a piece of cake or pie. Thank you for a good South Carolina experience.

The vehicle upgrade from the 2016 to the 2019 Subaru Legacy was the best thing that I have done. I notice that the Consumers Report Buyer Guide has it ranked top in its class for this year. Your staff handling the matter was top class in kindness and thorough in its explanation of how the new car operates. The only disturbance was that I thought the transition of monthly payments for the new car would be arranged as part of the closure of the operation. It was not that smooth. Again, Crews bent over backwards in seeing to it that I would have all questions answered regarding the operation of the car, even providing me with $50 worth of gas. Small things like installing a trunk mat were done without my asking. Your staff is the epitome of Southern Charm.

This is my adventure car. It is great in the rain and snow and for heading to the mountain trails. The ground clearance is great for the rough mountain roads. Love it.
I purchased a Subaru Outback from this dealer in 2015 and have had service done here since that time. I am very pleased with the price I paid and the service they perform and would recommend them highly.

Mechanically sound, good fit and finish. Excellent fuel economy for an awd suv, excellent safety assist features (Eyesight)
Horrendous user interface for all infotainment - I have never sworn so much at a car - all electronic controls were counter intuitive. Some were just plain stupid such as when putting car in reverse, as rear view camera comes on there is no way to mute stereo which is set at same level/station as when the car was last turned off! Even the window controls operated the opposite way I have been accustomed (down position of switch feels like it should be up, etc.)
Another con, I found the seat cushions to be too short (inadequate length under thigh towards the knee) for long trips.
Very odd that a car that could have been so good, struck out in such basic, easily correctable ways. They should fire their electronics designer and borrow some seat ergonomics know-how from the Swedes or Germans - and they will have a very good car!
Discussed options as my 2016 Forester lease ends soon.

I left feeling very prepared to make an informed decision when my lease is up in March. First time owner of a Subaru, but I had heard they were safe and reliable. Purchased a 2016 used Outback. I love everything about it, and I love the customer service by Subaru and the local dealership. Plus, one of the safest cars on the road. I love the driving experience.
I have been a customer at Crews Subaru since it transitioned from Saturn to Subaru. I have purchased 3 cars at Crews. All the purchases were pleasant experiences. I have been very happy with the service department (especially Matt, Shawn, and Jason) and with the parts department (Kevin). I worked with Trey Norwood in sales with my last two purchases including a 2019 Forester I purchased last week. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and applies no pressure. I have found that Crews is very competetive on sales price compared with other South Carolina or Savannah Subaru dealers and is very fair on trade in values. Their documentation fee is lower than many dealers, and Pam and Josh handle paperwork efficiently. I have owned 5 Subarus since 1998 and all the cars were problem free and reliable. The 2019 Forester is the best Subaru I have owned - quiet, handles well, and loaded with many standard safety features including Eye Sight. I think it packs alot of value at a modest price.
I feel secure in my Outback.

This car is superb in snow. I have to drive to a hospital for work and need a reliable vehicle. I have found comfort, ease of driving, and security in this SUV. I highly recommend it.
I had extensive repair work done on by Subaru both mechanical and body work. Crews was in touch with me daily on progress and went over and above to make sure everything was right. They even came and go my car from my house to fix some loose wheel bearings so that I did not have to drive the car back to the dealership. They are wonderful and I could not have had a better experience.
Nice vehicle, we like it.

Our 2017 Subaru Outback limited 2.5 has been a very practical and reliable vehicle for us. Extremely safe with eyesight safety suite. However, the interior needs to be a bit more luxurious. The engine, road and wind noise were basically unacceptable. I remedied that by extensive soundproofing on teh doors, floor and cargo area.
My visit was done in timely manner and was handle by friendly staff. I have had nothing but good experiences at this dealership.Thumbs up Crews Subaru👍🏻

I Love this car! I have looked for a Subaru Outback for almost 2 years and finally found the car I wanted! I have only had it a few days, but I am so happy with it already. I LOVE my heated seats, they come in handy in this cold weather. My visibility is awesome. I sit a bit higher than my last car and have no problem seeing clearly out of every window. The back-up camera comes in handy in those tight spots too! This vehicle handles like a dream! The AWD will come in handy when I am traveling for work also. I highly recommend a Subaru to anyone looking for a good, solid, reliable car.
Car met all my needs, all wheel drive, comfort, gas efficiency, safety and practicality. Nice modern features like reverse camera and blue tooth pairing. Love!
