Simply a great experience and everyone was outstanding. There was no pressure to buy and I was given plenty of time to review all options. I visited all the local jeep dealers and was treated the best here. The manager AJ is a honest person and in the business for the right reasons. I would highly recommend driving to Lexington before any others.
Excellent staff, from the salesman, sales manager, finance, and the people that greet you at the door. Tom Boyer (sales manager) and Greg Davis were both instrumental in helping me secure the best price point for my 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sahara purchase. They also provided me with consistent updating on the build and shipping of the new vehicle. John Cauble and Scott Spainhour were excellent in obtaining financing for me at my preferred source and they matched warranty quotes on my extended warranty. The entire team worked in harmony together to assist one another as I progressed through this process. Everyone was energetic and professional the entire time. What a great team Hendrick has ! Stuart was so nice when I first called to ask about the vehicle. I went to purchase the vehicle and was given top of the line service. He came out in the ran to get me and my family out our car. He offered us snacks and drinks while we waited. He careful explained all paperwork to us. I will be sending many people to Stuart in the future

I walked in after looking through several trucks over the past few months. I was greeted at the door by a nice salesman. Cody who let me take the time to look over the vehicle I had in mind. Most places I have visited over the past few months you could feel the rush or pressure like they didn't want you to take the time to pick your vehicle they just wanted to get you to sign anything. Not the case with Cody and Carolina Auto great place to look great people and even took the time to help me work out some things to make me more happy with my purchase. Cody and Jeff worked very hard to get me what I wanted.
We went in & worked with Thomas, he was absolutely amazing throughout the process, I couldn't imagine it being any more painless & quick. i was referred to this dealer by a patient who purchased an automobile of same make and model as I was looking for. I found several jeeps online and realized this dealer only sold vehicles in superb condition....meaning there wasn't a car on the lot that looked like it couldn't sell. I phoned them and got Stan Miller on the line. He got the Jeep I was looking for to be shipped over from another store location to save me the trip. We scheduled a time to see vehicle, and the rest is history. I had spent the previous month shopping around at car dealerships and quite frankly, it is my least favorite thing to do. These guys at Carolina Auto Direct are professional and efficient and I would recommend them for anyone seeking to buy a used car. If they don't have the car you want, they can find it for you. I also worked with Manager James Stems who was fantastic as well! Overall A+ experience.

The standard, Dan Ingrassia the Product Specialist was GREAT, knew his products and presentation was text book. Carlos was the Middle Man, running between upper Mgmnt and Me. His delivery of the figures were also text book. Accepted payments with no money down, 72 months new 2018 Rav4 and New 2019 Corolla. Chris and Nate, the Upper Mgmnt that makes the calls and deals with the Banks were spot on. I'm going misspell this one, but (Christiana) in finance, lovely and very Professional young lady was text book and provided what was given to her through the chain and then the part of signing the Bible on 2 cars began. It was during the "Bible Stage" that something wasn't right. Somewhere between our deal at the desk with Carlos and the Finance Office, the terms on the RAV4 got bumped back from 72 months to 75 months, which totalled just under $1800.00 for the 3 months (ie..the down payment they wanted us to do). But in the end, all is good. Bought 5 cars from Toyota North Charlotte before these 2, and we will go back...
Easy to get in and out. Everyone friendly and nice. The service did not take to long. Nice place to do business.
