Oil cooler leaks bad when tempatures drop below 32 degrees. This happens on yhe 3.6 l engines. Lots of rams leak due to oil cooler being plastic having to replace it with s metal oil cooler..$1300 to repair at shop

Just bought another Jeep here. Friendly helpful and knowledgeable salesman. Sales manager was also friendly and helpful. The finance manager was helpful and worked with us to assure we were happy with the extended warranty. Service for my other Jeep has been quick an easy. It has been a great experience working with this dealership.

For a non full size pickup it seems pricey, but then again full size truck prices are ridiculous. The interior is really nice, spacious and well built. The truck handles incredibly well, and the 4 cylinder turbo has plenty of power. I was impressed with it's 6,000+ towing power. The exterior is mean looking and looks great heading down the road. I bought a SR model because I need a truck, not something full of options. The only downside is the box is smaller and holds a lot less than a full size and the Toyota sense safety is a bit much. I know it's there for a reason but it can be confusing.

Recently bought truck here. One key fob did not function. Service department promptly diagnosed problem. Gave me new fob, plus showed where old one was broken. Staff was very professional, polite. Great experience.

I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

This is the best car dealership experience that I have ever had, we were attended by David as our sales man, he was very professional, he took his time and explained and answered all our questions in the best manner, we were complicated customer and David was able to addressed all our concerns, he print out all the paper work professionally, explained us all the fees, package options, LeaveVsFinance pricing and much more, its really nice to see all these numbers printed for sure!! This dealership is honoring MSRP and internet prices! (Not like some others around in the area which are asking overprice). Our finance guy was George, very professional as well, he addressed our all concerns and we were able to get a great interest rate!!! There wasn't any pression at all from our finance and sales guy which is great. We purchased a VW atlas crossport and we are very happy with the car, This dealership is also including a 20 year 200k Miles powertrain warranty for free!!! Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

Road noise is loud, Water leak in front passenger side during heavy rain or car wash. Engine noise that the tech can’t locate. The XT 5 is a very nice size SUV. For a high end vehicle the warranty should be better in length and milage..

Bought my 2015 TRD Off Road Tacoma new off the lot and it has been a solid truck. I have only had to do a few things to it here and there, but I pull a trailer with a 1200lb SXS to West Virginia several times per year. In other words, I use my truck! I love it. Like any vehicle it isn't perfect. It has a few squeaks and rattles and there are things that could've been improved, but the engine and tranny are still going strong at 186k miles. I do hate that the headlights are prone to haze over and there is a noticeable whistle when traveling at 70+mph especially during crosswinds. The touchscreen display is impossible to read in bright sunlight because of the angle, and the blower fan could use more adjustment. As it gets older I have noticed there is some leakage of air to the defroster because the airway door isn't closing off completely. I can live with that. I have people ask me all the time if I want to sell it and I'm like NOPE! I'll keep it as long as I can.

The Silverado is my dream vehicle, I've wanted one ever since I was a kid and my dad had one. I needed a full sized 4 x 4 truck w/ room for the family to be comfortable during trips and the Silverado LT is it! Everything I could ask for and more! Plus, Jeremy at Champion Hargreaves Chevrolet was outstanding; I ended up with a lifetime powertrain warranty, a 1 year bumper to bumper warranty from the dealership, and the price was a steal for a truck w/ only 26,000 miles on it! I am as happy as a clam!

My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

I have a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 and simply love my truck. It now has 110,000 miles and the only repairs I needed were a water pump under warranty at 99,000 miles and brake system that needed to be upgraded. It's comfortable and drives like a car. This is my 6th Silverado truck. You can't go wrong.

Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

Ease of making an appointment for service is.......easy. Mechanics are all very good and will talk to you personally about your Jeep. This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

I have a 2021, 2 door, Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Is it a decent vehicle - yes. Is it for everyone? Probably not. But if you like to drive with the roof off, don't mind bouncing around on the road a little bit....and it is bouncing around, ok with the wind noise, then this is the vehicle for you. The V6 engine is decent. Do the maintenance and it will be fine long term. I have the manual transmission. Works fine and makes it more enjoyable to drive. It is a very nimble vehicle, no problem on the highway, comfortable, and the noise is not that bad when travelling. Is it a vehicle I would drive in bitterly cold winters and icy roads - I am in Canada where winter is winter and -40 is real....nope I would not. However there are thousands of people around here that do. This vehicle is an acquired taste with a variety of uses, applications, and lots of strengths. Does it have many weaknesses - no not really. But you need to be sure why you have it, accept its nuances - which are not that bad, and enjoy it!! It is a fun vehicle to have especially in the summer when the sun is blazing!!!
