Both were able to explain and guide us through the critical repairs that our aged Tiguan needed to keep it on the road. We felt the overall cost to repair our vehicle with OEM parts was minimal. We were also very pleased Stephen was honest in his assessment with the practicality of us purchasing a new vehicle down the road, in about 5 years. Principle Volkswagen?s Master Mechanic Fernando, was the BEST in locating the EXACT cause of our Tiguan?s problems with his thorough inspection. He also explained the issues causing a loud roaring sound inside the vehicle cab that anyone could understand. Both of these individuals are top of their class and we?re sure Principle Volkswagen has placed the BEST individuals in this business to handle customer concerns and vehicle repairs. From the moment arriving at the Hiley Hyundai Dealership (Burleson), we were greeted with smiles and courtesy. I noticed the facility had been remodeled since my last vist; super nicely done. The process was seamless and clear which was indeed appreciated. Brad Fansler was our Sales Person/Manager during the process; very accommodating. Our vehicle purchase options was to our liking as we were intent with our preferences; again very pleased with the process. The finance process was clear, effortless, and prompt; quite please with that part of the process. Furthermore, the closing moments of the overall process proved to be the reason for our preference to shop for vehicles at this dealership; we've purchased three automobiles from this Hiley Dealership, and will continue to do so for these very reasons.

Reviewed in 2025. I bought this 2010 in 2013 and mileage is now almost 250k with only a few wear and tear issues AFTER 200k miles! (starter, master cylinder and TPMS sensors, all lasted much longer than they are predicted to last). I read several issues about acceleration, but this is a limited therefor it has a V6 and I never have issues with acceleration (0-60 in a little over 7 seconds). The backup camera is in the mirror which is small but I like that hidden feature... I also like the proximity sensor beeping. This SUV has been great for commuting or long trips, always reliable and fun to drive.

I talked to Damon for a week about a Volkswagen car and he gave me all the information I need. I am living in the Houston area, so he kept in touch with me during the week to let me know that the car was still available for sale. He added $15 for the test drive out of his pocket so that i try the car. He was friendly and approachable during the transaction as well, and he was answered all the questions I had, without being annoyed. I recommend him and Hertz Car Sales.

Great in mileage. Looks great. Performance is amazing. I don't like the fact that you can't use GPS, remote start, location finding, etc without subscribing monthly. Also dont like Toyota's spying, as they actually say they will supply all of your driving info like speeds, stopping, behaviors, locations travelled to, driving habits, etc. to all law enforcement and all insurance companies that request the data. That is just plain "1984" control and interference with privacy. They might as well be the CCP or other dictatorship.

downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

I would recommend Principle Volkswagen with a caveat - once you get into Service, everyone is great and we've never had a problem with Service. I like the video from the mechanic showing and detailing what was done. However, reaching them on the phone is a nightmare. The phone to Service rings and rings, then disconnects. If you can finally get to a point to leave a message, they are never returned.

Great customer service. My Kia Sportage drives very comfortably. Love the heated seats. Great for carrying large items cause you can put the back seats down.

I have the SX Prestige model and I love my car. I love just about everything about my car from the numerous tech feature to the huge dashboard. After two years of owning the vehicle, I’m still finding features that I never knew existed. If I had to think of two things that I hated most about this car, they would have to be the lack of power and the gas version and the sunroof controls other than that great car

I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

Good handling car in all weather. Blind spots in back causes me to pay extra attention to people coming up on my sides. Great mileage if you avoid excessive speed. Quite riding vehicle.

I own a 2024 EV6 Wind AWD (traded in a 2012 Subaru Legacy Limited) and it’s probably the best car I’ve ever owned. And it can go 0-60mph in under 4½ seconds, which is on a par with some of my dream cars (Ferrari and Lamborghini from a few decades ago). Charging at home with a $150 charger that plugs into a regular power outlet is quick and adds power to the battery as I sleep. I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

My 2025 Chevrolet Equinox LT has been a great all-around SUV for daily driving. It offers a smooth, comfortable ride, a quiet cabin, and plenty of space for passengers and cargo. The infotainment system is easy to use, and features like wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto and the built-in safety technologies make it feel modern and convenient. Performance is solid for everyday needs, and the fuel economy has been very good. Overall, the Equinox LT is a practical, reliable, and well-equipped compact SUV that delivers great value for the price.

Aaron’s assistance in the process was great and we liked the car we purchased. I did not give all 5 stars because EchoPark pushes an obligatory $699 protection plan that should be optional.

I will be really critical of "Youtube reviewers", which often focus on what a car feels within a a day, week, or month and don't project their analysis beyond that. For instance recommending a Hyundai with several critical ongoing recalls over a Toyota with a clean slate. $5k difference means nothing if the vehicle is not working and the manufacturer is shady about it. Nissan is guilty of CVTs and now Turbo issues, but the Leaf is none of that, and not the Ariya. Time has proven that the Ariya is a more reliable vehicle than the Ioniq 5 (search for ICCU) and ID.4( choose your poison). Do not get me started on Teslas, which somehow get a free pass on reliability. The car was too expensive new, yet why would anyone buy a new EV? You lease it. In the US, leasing was the only way to obtain government subsidies anyway for Japanese made cars. Now as a used EV, is quite affordable, the charging is on par with most new Japanese EVs (Soltera, CH-R, BZ) as 20%-80% in "nearly 30mins" does not look bad anymore if it comes from Toyota. I bought a 2023 Engage+ E-4orce on April 2025 and have no complaints. I bought it for $21K with under 5k miles, instead of a used Corolla. Try the Ariya before you shop for a new ICE compact sedan, and definitively before buying any used or new EVs.
