2026 Volkswagen Tiguan review
Great 28.3 mileage w 500 mile cruising range on regular gas. Seat comfort, engine performance (no turbo lag), quality, great quiet ride, ventilated massage seats, and tons of upscale standard equipment quickly made us forget our 2022 Audi Q5 Premium Plus Sportback with a 15K savings and even more features. Best buy on a mid sized luxury SUV. Would highly recommend!

2025 Mazda CX-5 review
I bought a new 2025 Mazda CX-5 Signature before they were gone and no longer available because I really like that this car though not perfect and to some people kind of dated in design and execution but to me is full of good elements that future cars including the 2026 CX-5 will lack. Exterior styling that does not get old quickly and still looks good without being too flashy. A great interior that looks and feels premium with quality soft touch materials throughout. An engine ( Turbo ) and transmission (Not a CVT!!!) combo that makes driving a pleasure. The way the suspension is setup is another thing about this car that makes me want to go for a ride any chance I get. The meaty steering feel , not over assisted and numb. This is a compact SUV that shouldn't feel this enjoyable to drive but it does. You sit a bit higher and taller in the saddle and have a good view ahead and around you with the nice large mirrors and 360 cameras . When my wife is riding next me enjoys the view. The wind shield is not too big and far away and steeply raked which is easier to clean inside and doesn't heat the interior up. The controls some might call old fashioned or retro but as far as I am concerned you just cannot improve on dedicated knobs and buttons for hvac and interor functions and the well placed controls on the steering wheel, drivers door and center consol ( The large control dial and volume knob are perfect!). And who doesn't love a good old shifter with a nice looking leatherette boot at the bottom of it retro but in a good way! Yes ok the the gauge cluster isn't over the top with flashy effects and the infotanment setup and screen size are dated but for me that's a good thing. I don't need too much tech or too much screen, this is more than enough for me, Call me an old fashioned nerd but I prefer books to screens anyday! The Bose stereo sounds good but isn't mind blowing just a good step up from the base unit. This feels like a very well sorted out and put together vehicle. You get in it and drive. No fiddling fumbling and adjusting this and that . You get in adjust your seat and mirrors and go. The pure enjoyment of just how well this car behaves in my hands makes me enjoy driving it. It feels tight and solid with a firm ride that tames rough roads well without being too floaty or harsh and punishing. I think it's a very good balance that rewards the drivers with good driving dynamics and fun. The brakes are solid, competant and feel right from the get go and take no getting used to. The turbo engine is really torquey and doesn't need to be over rev'd to get it to pull. It has a nice sound without sounding silly. Gas milage is not the best but I figured that to be and accept it. The tranny works well with engine. It is smooth and does what a good transmission should do almost invisably with no clunkiness or gear hunting. The CX-5 interior is nice comfortable ( and dare I say somewhat elegant and classy ) the dark Caturra brown nappa leather seats with contrasting stitching and perferations for heating front and back and cooling in the front look beautiful and myself and my passengers find very comfortable. The rest of the interior is mostly black with real wood trim ( Who does that anymore) The interior is quiet with no sqeeks rattles or road noise (so far)! Rear seat room is enough far the average sized person. And the trunk space considering the vehicle size is fine. All cars cost way too much now but what you get for the money I really think when compared to other compact SUV's is a good value and the quality fit and finish (Made in Japan!) doesn"t feel cheap. I only gave the reliability rating 3 stars because this would be better answered in say 5 years. I am a first time Mazda owner and having commited to older (proven) technology in a changing turbulant world ( ICE engine not Hybrid or EV) I can only hope that this purchase plays out well.........Fingers crossed and happy motoring Zoom Zoom!

Keeping this short and sweet. I call Adam Auto to On Saturday 11/11/2023 I called Adam Auto Group of Crestwood, Il to inquire about a vehicle. The salesman James answered all of my questions. It's hard to get a salesman to answer questions over the phone they all usually want you to come in right away. He did not pressure me in any way to come in. After a few minutes he called me back and gave me more details about the car, it was close to closing but he convinced me to come in to see the vehicle for myself. When I arrived he took me out to see the car and it was everything he said it was and had every amenity I was looking for my new car to have. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. His professionalism and patience with me was what I enjoyed most. Before I left I put down a deposit to hold the vehicle. 2022 Chevrolet Equinox review
this is my 3rd Equinox. I drove the prior 2 about 90,000 miles and had no repairs - very reliable. I have 25000 on this one - no problems - a comfortable drive. 30-32mpg on a trip and 26mpg around town. mine has heated seats and dual climate controls/ both work well

2018 Jeep Compass review
I,ve had several Jeeps and Subarus and Chevys and my Compass Latitude 4x4 is as good as any for around the city and my freeway trips. Better than the Subaru for the highway and offroad. We purchased a 2002 Toyota Avalon from College Cars Chicago on 6/10/2020 after our other 2002 Toyota Avalon was totaled. Exact year, make, and model both cars were well maintained and taken care of. We were planning on driving the car we had for many more years until the accident. I got on the internet the very next day and more or less stumbled on finding one we purchased from Zack that was in excellent condition. Unfortunately, things can go wrong with any car even if they are well maintained. We experienced the airbag light would not go out and it was determined that the SRS computer had to be replaced. This was not like replacing a lightbulb. Zack stood behind College Cars 30 day 1000 mile warranty and worked with myself and the dealer making the repair as painless as possible. Very professional and customer-oriented. Would definitely return if and when we needed or wanted another vehicle. Also will highly recommend to anyone. We live in Indiana but it was well worth the approximate two-hour drive. Thanks again Zack!
2017 Ford Escape review
This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

2020 Subaru Forester review
This car is so comfortable! The driver sits up high, with great sight lines in all directions. The seats are comfortable. The features are very intuitive. My car has automatic door locks so when I walk up to the car with my key fob, put my hand on the door handle the doors unlock. It has automatic headlight dimmer which works great. It has plenty of power for freeway acceleration. All wheel drives makes it great in snow. I’m very happy with this car.

2022 Chevrolet Equinox review
I want people to know what a great buying experience I had at this dealership. I contacted 4 dealerships about 4 different cars, and Yassin F. was the only one that contacted me by phone, instead of a "canned" email. Yassin was so helpful and ran all over this large dealership (in the rain) to make sure things were just right. I would use Yassin again 100%. 2022 Hyundai TUCSON review
So far, this has been a great car. Good gas mileage, good ride, good service, except for one issue with fuel injectors. Out of town dealership relaced quickly and professionaly and got us back on the road.

2016 Ford Escape review
Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.

2023 Nissan Rogue review

2024 Chevrolet Equinox review
I've had my fwd lt for a few months now. Great car. At first I thought it was a bit underpowered, but it more than makes up for it in fuel economy. Clean interior, not too many buttons and the standard screen is small but really intuitive to use. Overall an excellent vehicle that fully meets my needs

2025 Nissan Rogue review
This my 4th Nissan Rogue, and it's the only car I'll buy. I have NEVER had any problems with it, or any that I have owned. I have taken trips across country with it, with great gas mileage and comfortable to drive. It handles well, has plenty of get up and go, easy on the wallet, and very reliable.

2022 Genesis GV70 review

2023 Nissan Rogue review
I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

2022 Volkswagen Tiguan review
It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited review
This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

2023 Mazda CX-50 review
Have the 2025 CX-50 in white premium addition. Often think whether I should have bought the turbo as I wish I had some more power, but I didn’t want to give our insurance a reason to hike rates. It gets the job done and in style. Interior is nicely finished but I’ve experienced many little rattles from instrument cluster, A pillar, mounted Bose speakers, etc. lots of felt tape was needed to mitigate. Technology is the major con here. Constantly have to reconnect Bluetooth so I just plug it in now all the time. Wireless phone charger never works - it overheats seemingly after two minutes and stops working. At times the tailgate buttons seem to get confused and don’t know what you’re asking it to do. And the way the doors all lock / unlock together can be frustrating and I’ve learned that it depends on how many times you hit the disarm / unlock button on the key fob. Finally, memory seats never worked since buying it new, and I’m too lazy to bring it in all day for that. I like the car but I’m not sure I’ll get into another one after my time is up with it.

CarMax Huntsville review
After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. 2024 Hyundai TUCSON Hybrid review
