She was very helpful throughout the process and kept us up to date on our order status. Once the truck arrived at the dealership, we worked with John to get the lease deal figured out. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. Steve in sales helped to find a last minute offer from Ford and saved us some additional money on the truck which was very much appreciated! Finally, Kyle assisted in finalizing the financing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. Had been car shopping for what seemed forever and I came across a vehicle on one of the car websites that was located at Highline. I am a bit skeptical when going to used car lots because what you see (online) is not generally what you get (on lot). From the minute we drove into their yard, I was in awe. Ali greeted us as we got there and I told him what we were there to see and he made sure it was brought around immediately. The car was immaculate! Everything it looked like online was how it was, only better, in person. After the test drive, inside we were also helped by Danish while Ali finished up with another customer. These two gentlemen were top notch! All in all, from start to finish I think was about 2 hours. Pricing was fair and the deal was wrapped up. On the drive home (30 mins away) the car handled perfectly. All in all, this was one of the BEST transactions I have ever gone through with a car purchase. I would definitely recommend them - not only are they great to deal with, they have a HUGE inventory of quality cars and trucks (Ford, Dodge, Mercedes, Bentley, Honda, Tesla, to name a few) in every price range. Go see them!!
2020 Lincoln Corsair review
I purchased a Corsair used after a test drive. I love the leg room and all of the features it has. It is comfortable, drives very nice, is quiet, has plenty of power and I really like the good gas mileage. I think it’s a classy looking SUV and it looks very nice in my garage.

I would give ten stars if we could. We had awful experiences just during our shopping process, at so many MB dealerships (lying about cars in stock, sales people with zero knowledge about their vehicles, and just really poor communication). We are so glad though because it led us to finding my dream car at MB FW, and the sale manager Matt M. communicated and made the deal come together quickly, he was fair, and transparent. He answered car questions and helped at least half a dozen times with my questions AFTER the purchase. Our sales associate Brittany (Meghan Markle twin) - she was SO kind, and SO patient. I was coming from a car that was almost 20 years old so my learning curve was steep. When we arrived she spent no less than an HOUR going through every last single button on the car and setting everything up for my preferences. She knew the car inside and out. We were floored, and didn't expect it but appreciated it beyond what we knew at the time because it was alot for my husband and I, both coming from our college cars that were before cars became so high tech. We appreciated her knowledge, after coming from another dealership where we tried to buy a car, but the sales woman couldn't answer ANYTHING, and kept pushing us towards a car she had in stock, when we had explained a bench versus captain seats were a non negotiable. We would have stayed with her for the search but she could not answer a single question about the car and also thought it was an electric vehicle until we pointed out it was a gas powered car with a battery feature. We lost out confidence at that moment. My husband and I buy and keep cars for the long haul and although car buying is an awful process usually, MB FW (Matt and Brittany specifically, went above and beyond on numerous occasions for us to make it a smooth transaction both before AND after purchase which is when you really learn about a sales persons character. We are so grateful.

2023 Chevrolet Equinox review
The equinox is very nice for the price. My biggest complaint is has a horrible suspension. I even lowered air pressure in the tires below the recommended pressure and the ride was no better. You feel every little bump in the pavement.

2023 Honda CR-V Hybrid review

2025 BMW X3 review
I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

Pretty good except it has a clicking noise. Pretty sure im gonna have to take it to the shop after only 3 weeks. Have to see if there is an issue as recalls on the transmission keep Popping up in my Facebook feed.

2023 Hyundai TUCSON review
I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

2022 Buick Envision review
I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

2025 Subaru Crosstrek review
I love my crosstrek limited.I only have 2 complaints but it not really the car its my prefrence. I have always had cars that the doors locked automatically when you left it as long as you had the key.The cross trek doesnt have that and it drives me insane.I am forever forgetting to lock it by the door handle or key fob.My second complaint is it has heated everything except the steering wheel.I like that in the winter but other than that its a great car so far.I have only had it a month so Im not sure how it handles in the snow yet.

30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!
