This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

Bought A 2015 Mini Cooper from John at Lee Auto Group and he went over and above to take care of me He noticed a small noise and replaced the accessory belt. there was also a problem with charging and had it repaired by the qualified and professional mechanics by staying late and in no time had it repaired. Jeep passing jobs have been corroding at welds & hinges due to 2 diff. Metals built together. Issue for 15+ years!, recalled opens need to be addressed, my 3 rd wrangler and loved it! Great freedom ride, sport driven, outdoorsy attitude, love Jeep Wrangler the makers need to fix this cheap paint job causing our jeeps to rust prematurely!

My boyfriend bought his car from Carmax and it was a great experience. So when I needed a new car I looked at Carmax as well. They had everything I wanted but I thought I would get a better deal at a dealership... Boy was I wrong. Went to three different dealerships almost went through with a deal but they couldn't get me a good interest rate. It was so painful and awful I had decided to give up and just sink money into my current car and try again next year. I had an appointment at carmax the following Sunday and Dwyane called me to verify the time. I told him what happened the previous day and said I would be keeping my car because I needed a good rate and didn't want to be making crazy payments. He said, I hear you and totally understand, I'm happy to help you whenever you're ready. Just so you know when you are ready I have a good rate for you so I know we can find you something to make you happy. I was surprised because the other dealership said we couldn't get close to what I needed. Well folks, I'm in a new car, my payments aren't crazy and I have peace of mind. This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

I just picked up a 2020 Rogue basic model with AWD, they sure have changed since my last one, in a good way. I’ve had a 2010 and a 2012 SL models. That alone says something having owned 3 now. Great crossover, decent in the snow, I’ve only had AWD models really good on gas! Very dependable!

I was in need for a title as per the original one got lost in shipping, I called the business office and spoke to Bessie, I explained to her the situation and she said she will help me, but need more time to process it. Just purchased a 2018 Nissan Rogue from Landmark Automotive, in West Chester Pa. The car is beautiful, runs so smoth and quiet. Its quite peppy barely touch the gas a it really moves. Sound system is amazing, and I love the push start. No problems so far and I really love that its got a two year warrenty. Chris at Landmark was awesome and even came out after a snow storm to help me out. Highly recommend

don’t pass on this dealership because they’re small, they are absolutely the definition of uncomplicated, straight forward auto sales. We bought a Jeep Patriot, we drove an hour and a half to get there because they had what we wanted and the owner Eric made us a deal we couldn’t refuse, the price was right and the service was delightful, when we were signing the paperwork he walked us through every step which put us at east since this was our first time purchasing a car together. The vehicle we bought is in perfect condition, clean, and has low miles.

Whether you’re an enthusiast or not, you will enjoy this thing until the wheels fall off. Now, if you’re an enthusiast, or just someone who loves the feel of the road underneath you but needs something fairly practical? This is the car for you. With ample power, and steering feel that would put some sports cars to shame, you will feel confident, and often joyous when behind the wheel of the CX-5, especially with the Manual version that came in the “Sport” trim! Although that engine is suggested to be fairly gutless. However, if you prefer the automatic versions with the larger engine, like in my Grand Touring trim, you will absolutely be able to enjoy the road, regardless of the local speed limit. The CX-5 may not be the fastest car in its class, but it surely is the most fun, and the best value among its competitors.. but it’s mainly just fun. I recently got my CX-5 at my local dealer, and it has done nothing but get me to work when I want it to, taken me on small trips to wherever I want, and without any real complaints. Only times it gets annoyed with me is if I need to pass anybody at highway, but that’s what makes it so much fun to live with in my opinion, especially with the little rev-happy 4-pot motors that it can come with. In conclusion, if you want a sub-compact crossover.. but also want the feel of Mazda’s own roadster? Get the CX-5. It will bring you as many smiles per gallon as you need it to.

My experience with Avis was amazing. I got a great deal on a 2018 VW Beetle. They met all of my concerns and I love the car. Ask for Ana Roa. She was wonderful, I know I'm not the easiest customer to deal with. Ana anwsered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the deal. 30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

My husband and I were shopping for a 2019 Tucson, and I thought I'd try Avis car sale dealership directly, since many of the cars we were considering were previous rental cars. Unfortunately, Avis didn't have the car we were looking for, but I did notice that their prices on other cars were extremely competitive. Ana Roa was assigned to us and she wasn't pushy when I explained that we were looking for Tucsons, and they didn't seem to have any. Ana explained that, for some reason, Hyundai actually takes the Tucson's back, so Avis does not sell them on their lots. Wow, a quick, straight answer from someone I've only met through emails. When I asked if Ana could recommend another place to find 2019 Tucsons, and she kindly suggested a competing dealership. Despite knowing she wouldn't be able to sell us anything, Ana continued to kindly and professionally answer questions. She also said that if we ever were interested in anything on her lot, not to hesitate to call. I don't know about you, but that's my kind of salesperson. I won't forget Ms. Noa - and when we're in the market for a car again, Ms. Noa will be one of the first people we contact. She's a real asset to Avis!

I bought a new 2025 Mazda CX-5 Signature before they were gone and no longer available because I really like that this car though not perfect and to some people kind of dated in design and execution but to me is full of good elements that future cars including the 2026 CX-5 will lack. Exterior styling that does not get old quickly and still looks good without being too flashy. A great interior that looks and feels premium with quality soft touch materials throughout. An engine ( Turbo ) and transmission (Not a CVT!!!) combo that makes driving a pleasure. The way the suspension is setup is another thing about this car that makes me want to go for a ride any chance I get. The meaty steering feel , not over assisted and numb. This is a compact SUV that shouldn't feel this enjoyable to drive but it does. You sit a bit higher and taller in the saddle and have a good view ahead and around you with the nice large mirrors and 360 cameras . When my wife is riding next me enjoys the view. The wind shield is not too big and far away and steeply raked which is easier to clean inside and doesn't heat the interior up. The controls some might call old fashioned or retro but as far as I am concerned you just cannot improve on dedicated knobs and buttons for hvac and interor functions and the well placed controls on the steering wheel, drivers door and center consol ( The large control dial and volume knob are perfect!). And who doesn't love a good old shifter with a nice looking leatherette boot at the bottom of it retro but in a good way! Yes ok the the gauge cluster isn't over the top with flashy effects and the infotanment setup and screen size are dated but for me that's a good thing. I don't need too much tech or too much screen, this is more than enough for me, Call me an old fashioned nerd but I prefer books to screens anyday! The Bose stereo sounds good but isn't mind blowing just a good step up from the base unit. This feels like a very well sorted out and put together vehicle. You get in it and drive. No fiddling fumbling and adjusting this and that . You get in adjust your seat and mirrors and go. The pure enjoyment of just how well this car behaves in my hands makes me enjoy driving it. It feels tight and solid with a firm ride that tames rough roads well without being too floaty or harsh and punishing. I think it's a very good balance that rewards the drivers with good driving dynamics and fun. The brakes are solid, competant and feel right from the get go and take no getting used to. The turbo engine is really torquey and doesn't need to be over rev'd to get it to pull. It has a nice sound without sounding silly. Gas milage is not the best but I figured that to be and accept it. The tranny works well with engine. It is smooth and does what a good transmission should do almost invisably with no clunkiness or gear hunting. The CX-5 interior is nice comfortable ( and dare I say somewhat elegant and classy ) the dark Caturra brown nappa leather seats with contrasting stitching and perferations for heating front and back and cooling in the front look beautiful and myself and my passengers find very comfortable. The rest of the interior is mostly black with real wood trim ( Who does that anymore) The interior is quiet with no sqeeks rattles or road noise (so far)! Rear seat room is enough far the average sized person. And the trunk space considering the vehicle size is fine. All cars cost way too much now but what you get for the money I really think when compared to other compact SUV's is a good value and the quality fit and finish (Made in Japan!) doesn"t feel cheap. I only gave the reliability rating 3 stars because this would be better answered in say 5 years. I am a first time Mazda owner and having commited to older (proven) technology in a changing turbulant world ( ICE engine not Hybrid or EV) I can only hope that this purchase plays out well.........Fingers crossed and happy motoring Zoom Zoom!

I purchased 2 new Mitsubishi Outlanders after doing Internet research on currently available mid-sized SUVs. A test drive nailed the choice. The 2025 model introduced several changes that have addressed prior criticisms about vague steering and hood vibrations and ride. The fit and finish of both exterior and interior is excellent, typical of a Japanese car and as good or better than the Toyota RAV4 or Nissan Rogue that were being considered (the Outlander and the Rogue share the same platform, but IMHO the Outlander is the better rendition). The interior of the SE trim is very plush at this price point with leatherette and suede seating that is supportive and "hugs" you and looks and feels better than more expensive luxury SUVs in this size class such as the Lincoln Corsair and Aviator. The standard Yamaha audio system produces astonishingly good sound with either Bluetooth audio or Sirius XM. The Outlander supports Android Auto, and its navigation is excellent. Steering feel is excellent and well-weighted, and braking is strong. The Outlander has a surprisingly small turning circle. The electronics assists and displays work flawlessly, especially the adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping and both front and rear parking assistance via the good-sized infotainment display screen, which also provides an overhead overall view (AI?). While the Outlander does have standard third-row seating, the seats and leg room are miniscule (suitable only for very small children or pets) and hard to access, but I plan to never use them for seating and keep them folded down to maximize cargo carrying space, which is even more generous with the second-row seatbacks folded down. Exterior styling is very bold and contemporary and distinctive, especially the front styling and the wheels; it has grown on me. The 2025 Outlander thankfully does not have that horrible stop-start feature where the engine shuts off if stopped at a traffic light, and in hot and humid Florida, the AC is not interrupted like on other new cars. The transmission shift lever is not intuitive to use, but eventually you get used to it (IMHO a simple rotary knob would be easier to use). The Outlander has a very generous power train warranty and comes with the initial three oil change services included. The horsepower is modest but more than adequate for city and suburban driving, and the CVT seems well mated to the engine and drives very smoothly. If Mitsubishi added a turbocharged version, that would certainly boost the acceleration.

My door handle on my hatchback has been repaired and replaced two times and now is gone again. It is a 2017 Wolfsburg and I am not pleased with the cost of 1200. I wouldn’t mind but they are only lasting two years. Ridiculous. Can’ use my hatchback.
