Kevin Nguyen was pleasant, considerate, and very, very knowledgable about the Prius we purchased. It was extremely important to him that I (the primary person to drive the Prius) felt comfortable with the car, explaining as much as my brain could take in at one time. He not only sent me a tutorial but offered to help me in person at any time in the future. Mr. Reilly did his best to make us feel comfortable and was clear about our options for extra purchases. The finance manager (Nathan Casillas, I believe) did his job well, meaning he was quick and efficient and did everything possible to convince us to buy a warrantee. That was exhausting.

I have owned products for over 40 years, and this is the best vehicle that I had purchased! It rides smooth, excellent gas mileage, and a lot of room.

This car is dynamite! I traded a 2023 EQB for it, and I am very pleased. The hybrid feature is the perfect response to all electric range anxiety. Ride quality is perfect. And it is a wonderful size! I opted for the AMG exterior/interior package. And it makes a pretty big difference between the regular model and the upgrade. I am well satisfied.

I’ve driven a lot of cars, but this one? Hands down, the quietest I’ve ever been in. It’s almost surprising how little noise makes its way into the cabin, even when you’re cruising down the highway. It’s like driving in your own little bubble—super peaceful, and perfect if you’re not into the constant road noise. On top of that, the ride is crazy smooth. It just glides over bumps, so you barely feel anything. Super comfy, too—whether you’re on a long road trip or just running errands around town, it’s one of those cars you actually enjoy being in for a while. The seats are really supportive, and there’s plenty of space for everyone inside. Looks-wise, it’s got that sleek, modern vibe going for it. The exterior turns heads, and the interior feels super premium without being over the top. Everything’s where you expect it to be, which makes it easy to settle in and enjoy the ride. If you’re into smooth, quiet drives and want something that looks as good as it feels, this car’s got it all. Would totally recommend it for anyone who likes a chill, comfortable drive.

Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

Was at dealership shopping and this new Jeep Cherokee Lattitude came in on transport. Wanted it the minute I saw it. Jeep dealership had ordered it custom with every option I wanted. Blackout package, V6 a true dual exhaust, sport, power everthing, 4x4 etc. The 4x4 is excellent and never failed me! Its been flawless, aftermarket tuning has turned it into a screaming black speed machine. 112,000 miles so far. No issues with anything! Would buy another if they still made this Cherokee Latitude Special! One very satisfied customer!!!

I absolutely love this car. I traded my 2023 Subaru Outback Touring XT for this 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. I absolutely love the way it drives. I have had hybrids before from Toyota and they drive like you know they are a hybrid with noisy obnoxious engines. This car is smooth and has great road manners. It isn't a sports car by any means, but I love the way it drives. It is not your typical fuel sipping hybrid SUV. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

After shopping for a new BMW for about a month and not getting straight offers from several dealers close to our home, we decided to call BMW of Mountain View. We were looking for a specific car, a metallic silver iX 60 with black interior and a heads up display. We located one at BMW of Mountain View which is about 100 miles from our home. One dealer close to us even told us that the car being advertised "wasn't available any longer." One phone call to Cesar Guzman Barona at BMW of Mountain View and about 5 minutes of negotiating later and we were in our car to go buy the "non available" car from Cesar at BMW of Mountain View! We easily reached a deal and a short time later, we had to make the "long trek home" in brand new BMW (twist my arm)! The whole process was great and we are loving the car. Post sales, Cesar has been in touch with me several times by email and by phone. He has answered questions and has offered his assistance any time going forward to help us learn about all of the features on our new car. We couldn't be more pleased with his consistent follow-up and help. The car itself is a dream. It's super quick, nimble and just plain fun to drive. It is also whisper quiet, so you can really enjoy the company, the music and the drive. We are also loving all of the features from the auto-drive, auto park capabilities to the sound system and everything inbetween. We expect to enjoy the car for many years. My 2025 Chevrolet Equinox LT has been a great all-around SUV for daily driving. It offers a smooth, comfortable ride, a quiet cabin, and plenty of space for passengers and cargo. The infotainment system is easy to use, and features like wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto and the built-in safety technologies make it feel modern and convenient. Performance is solid for everyday needs, and the fuel economy has been very good. Overall, the Equinox LT is a practical, reliable, and well-equipped compact SUV that delivers great value for the price.

Purchased new in 2015. Have only done 1 repair in 129k, which was fixing oil leak at oil filter housing. Solid car, great in rain and snow. Thoroughly enjoy this car

This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

WOW, this was absolutely the best experience ever. I picked a car out online. Got pre-qualified. Got a call in 5 minutes, got completely approved in minutes. And a rate that surprised me bigtime. My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

We have had repetitive issues with a new Corsair we purchased in 2024 for the last seven months. The vehicle has been in and out of the service department. The car was not fixed or temporarily fixed (only for the issue to return the next day) and or denied any mechanical issues existed. We were even told to take the vehicle to another Dealership (Lincoln) as they could not fix or identify/find any problems, but at this point, we did not trust any Lincoln Dealerships due to the consistent gaslighting, fabricating, and inability to repair the vehicle. Instead, we took our car to Capitol Ford/DGDG Group and the service was absolutely what one would expect. Professional, engaging, mechanical experts, honest, caring, and engaging. Our service writer Zejna Dubinovichas has restored our faith in the Ford Brand (Lincoln is owned by Ford). I’ve had my 2026 Lexus NX 350h AWD Premium for about three weeks and nearly 2,000 miles, and I love it so far. The ride is smooth and quiet, the interior is packed with modern tech, and everything feels well thought out and solid. I’m getting the advertised MPG, which was a big reason I chose the hybrid, and it’s been consistent in real-world driving. On top of that, the design is beautiful inside and out. It feels like a perfect balance of comfort, efficiency, and luxury.

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.
