2025 Volvo XC60 review
Great first experience with a Volvo. We were looking for car that could possibly be a single car that would suit our needs moving into retirement. This car appears to check all the boxes for safety, reliability, economy and luxury. We need a mid dive suv that will give us comfort on longer trips as well as the economy of the smaller 4 cylinder without compromising power as provided by the turbo. The warranty and manufacturers maintenance plan are a benefit as well.

I told him I will have to wait for it which is no problem for me I'm retired.He said not a problem we will get it done as quick as possible.. which they did. There is a reason why I have bought 5 trucks from this dealer it's service like this. Don't take my word for it just have a seat in the waiting area and just watch or go to the show room unless you say something salesmen don't bug you they will asked if you need some help or have a question but that's about it relieving some of the pressure you have on yourself trying to decide on a vehicle.With that being said if I ever need another vehicle it will be Matrix in sales and Alex in service nothing against anyone else working there that's just who I've dealt with

2024 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 review
My 2 honest cents. Just bought the 2024 GLS 450 and it has a huge presence on road and it looks stunning! I went with the AMG exterior package and it looks way better than the base model. Ride quality is good, very smooth ride on freeways but you do feel small bumps on occasional city roads. The engine is good but I wish it had a bit more power, feels little laggy at low speeds but when you floor it it moves fast and steering is very responsive. On the other hand, cabin very silent tho and you barely get to hear road noise (without acoustic package). The Mileage is incredible on this, wasn't expecting to write about it but the GLS gives better mileage than my GLC. Interiors are amazing and is something no other manufacturer in this segment can match (especially at night with ambient lights), seats are super comfy and the infotainment screens are also crisp. Overall, love this SUV and i'm gonna keep it for a while.

2024 Cadillac XT4 review
Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

2021 Mazda CX-5 review
The only issue I have had was the code P0126 having to do with the thermostat. This is common for this car. I was 170 miles from home when it happened. I talked to a Mazda dealer and they said I could drive it home, which I did and made an appointment with the dealer to have it fixed. It has not happened again. I am very happy with this car!

2021 Toyota Highlander review
My 2021 highlander L I paid $27k @ 44k miles ih for it after 2 years taking it through ell & adding 50k miles (92k miles currently) im impressed by its 300 hp 3.4L engine but learned how important changing all fluild begor it starts to making noise and problems. I think as long as you change all fluids at by or before 90 k miles as milage it will continue to goFor 300,000 miles crossed finger . The dealer offered me 19k to trade in at this stage. Toyota value unmatched. I want the new twin turbo 3.5 they just added

2018 Toyota Highlander review
The transmission failed at 112,000 miles and it costs me $8500 to repair. I expect Toyota Highlander transmission would last at least 200,000 miles but I found out that the transmission is not made in Japan like my old Highlander, but it was made in the USA. People who buy Toyota expect major components such as engine, transmission, are made in Japan with zero defects, but when major components are made in the USA, quality suffers.

2022 Chevrolet Tahoe review
I traded my 2021 BMW M8 Competition. What a change! I love the fact that my RST is Dark Ash Grey with little hue of purple in direct sunlight. Absolutely stunning. Performance when needed, can haul whole family in comfort, amenities and useful space, nice not too flashy styling with 22" black rims, and most importantly, I can put regular unleaded at any gas station! Long way Chevrolet have come with Tahoe. Great improvement in reliability and styling. I prefer this over GMW Yukon or Cadillac Escalade.

Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

2024 Lexus NX 250 review
There’s a few things about this car that I don’t like first I wish I would’ve had the option for a six-cylinder. The car is a little too noisy. I wish they would do away with that car stop at a light or stop saying. Third, I wish they would seal the door a little better at the bottom. All sorts of debris gets in on all doors. Other than that the car is OK. and I’m still waiting for my extra key fob.

Love my GLB! Feel like its stands for "Great Lil Benz." :) Drives more like an SUV than a car and that's what I wanted. There is more cargo space due to the square-ish boot. My experience at Fred Haas Toyota World has been the best and quickest I've ever had when purchasing a new car. I recently bought a 2025 Sienna, and Mr. Kamran Durrani assisted me throughout the past month in reserving the vehicle and completing the purchase. This was the first time I felt truly indebted to the sales representative for helping me buy a car. Ms. Jennifer Welch from finance was exceptional, as she not only engaged in negotiations on already reasonable prices for the warranty packages I needed but also demonstrated kindness, efficiency, and speed in finalizing the deal. For context, I've exchanged over 20 cars in the last 20 years, so I speak from experience. Mr. Durrani is outstanding—fair and logical in his approach. He even showed me a used Sienna before I decided to reserve the new one, and allowed me to reserve the New Sienna without the $500 deposit required for reserving the minivan. Why is this significant? Let me explain. More than a year ago, at another location of Fred Haas Toyota (Fred Haas Toyota Country), I had paid $500 to reserve a Sienna in a color I particularly wanted (Brown, which is no longer available). However, after more than three hours of negotiations—where I found the price-inflated essential-to-me warranty packages—at the dealership, I was unable to finalize the purchase. They refused to refund me the $500. I distinctly remember driving home about 40 minutes at night time with my wife beside me, feeling embarrassed and disappointed, promising myself I would never visit that dealership again. I hope they found some value in that $500 (I say this sincerely, not sarcastically).
