Team Cadillac review
I went in thinking I have little to no chance obtaining a newer/ bettter vehicle my credit was really low and I had a 9 year old vehicle to trade with with high mileage but my luck took a sharp turn for good once I received help from Rocco Marconni not only did he make it happen with the financing but he also steered me in the right direction for what kind of purchase to go for one that not only was a much better car but a incredible buy(savings) he really does look out for the interest of the customer and doesn’t just try to push you into something he took the time to explain why each vehicle was a good or bad option for me! I came in there with a old Honda Civic and left with a 2018 Chevy Cruze with all the bells and whistles and a extremely generous price ! Wanna know how good of a deal I got ?? Go talk to Rocco and you’ll see the magic happen! Thank you TEAM CHEVY!

Well, I got a good deal and they were nice, but of course before I bought (and picked up) the car, they were all over me, but once I took it to my mechanic who found a surprise (not a huge deal, but the people who traded in the car had done an under the table body repair that wasn't on the Carfax... or the dealer did, but I doubt that...) and I sent an email saying, "just FYI, my mechanic went over it with a fine toothed comb and he said the drivers side passenger door has been repainted, and he suspects probably was replaced. It’s ok — the car is fine, the frame is ok, mechanically ok, but something happened to it along the way that got handled under the table (and he said it was pretty recent). I’m keeping it, I’m just telling you for your information" crickets. At least a, "glad you like it, that does sound weird!" would have been nice, but the silence made me feel like they were holding their hands over their ears going, "lalalalala, if we say anything back we are taking responsibility!" -- which. Come on. Anyway, that was disappointing. I do like the car a lot, though. :)

We worked with Everd to purchase a used vehicle. He was great to work with and even helped to resolve an issue with the vehicle after our purchase. When we had scheduling conflicts because of work, he and this dealership went above and beyond to deliver the paperwork and vehicle to us. What is usually a horrible experience (based on past purchases with other dealers), was made easy. Definitely recommend this dealership.

This was the second car we have bought from Nate at Team Chevrolet in Vallejo. Nate is the best salesman I have had to work with. He is kind, funny, very personable, and will get the best deal for you. He makes the car buying experience fun. If you are looking to buy a car you need to stop by Vallejo Chevy and see Nate. In a few years when we are looking to buy a new truck Nate is the first person I am going to see. Trust me he will get you the car you want at the best deal.

Marin County Ford review
I am beyond ecstatic and grateful for the service I was provided by Jeff Lopez and Marin County Ford's management. This team went above and beyond, BY FAR, to make sure I got the best possible car for my money. They made every possible effort, and then some, to make sure to provide me with a brand new car and make it fit with in my budget and financing better than I thought would ever be possible within the context of my situation. I highly recommend this dealership and team. I have already told a few coworkers to check out what this team has to offer. I really could not be happier with the service I was provided and the car I ended up getting. This dealership really tries to do everything for their customers and their situation.

Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience. There were many things I appreciated, and the service was generally good. There are still a few areas that could be improved, but overall it was a positive experience and I’m happy with the service I received.

CarMax SerramonteReviews
CarMax Serramonte review
I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

This was the most relaxed and efficient purchase my wife and I have ever made. We were in and out with a RAV4 in less than two hours, including a test drive. The salesman, Joshua, was fantastic. There was zero pressure to buy but lots of information and help in making our decision.
