2024 Kia EV9 review
Ok, good car. Lots of great reviews online. We have a GT and let me say the biggest issue is technology. Tesla has set a high bar with customers. I expect EVs to fully integrate with mobile and to require less to do more. Kia is truly bombing here. Smart Key? About as difficult to setup as can be. Second Driver? It’s like Kia didn’t know the concept existed. Interconnected Experience? Kia Connect Reps don’t have my name or address, yet the app does? Online Experience, different architect, limited features, slow. It took two hours to get me and my wife setup. I gave up on the keys.

The entire buying process took about three hours and 15 minutes from the moment I entered the dealership for the first time to driving home with a new car for my daughters. Jeannie and Dominic worked closely and frankly with me to talk through my interests and needs between the trade in, desired monthly payment range, and valuation for both vehicles. Negotiations were handled quickly and reasonably after we exchanged full information. Ray in Finance got me a full percent lower from my credit union even after the initial offer and acceptance was reached. That was real money! The whole team (including Malik for my insurance change) were very warm and easy going. It was probably the best buying experience in the dozen plus car purchases I?ve made over the years. Only have it six months, bought it spur of the moment! my wife thought i was crazy! I owned Many cars and have a few now this is a good SUV 30 Thousand less than the Audi Q 7 but made the same , only inside and outside different.
