2025 Jeep Wrangler review
Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

2021 Lincoln Aviator review
I have the touring plug in Electric hybrid version. The range is relatively modest, only about 22 miles per charge, but living in Florida. I don’t drive much more than that a day anyway I averaged 39.9 miles per gallon which I think is exceptional for a part of this size. If it weren’t for the numerous recalls and problems with the electric seat controls and the air conditioned seat fan, I would give this five stars.

From the time I contacted the dealership about the car I eventually purchased, they were responsive and helpful. I drove 768 miles to make the purchase they didn't waste my time and I didn't waste theirs. the vehicle was cleaned and ready for the test drive. The paperwork was ready I was done in 35 minutes and back on the road for the drive back. Ray Lugo is a class act, my only complaint was a rear panel was loose inside the passenger compartment that should have been taken care of, I noticed it once I was on the road but it was an easy fix and a great car.
2024 Toyota Highlander Hybrid review
Former Toyota Sequoia owner with 250k, and still running. This 2024 HybridHighlander car has hit all the check marks: comfortable, easy to use instrument layout and technology, 35-36 mpg, impressive power for a small 4 cylinder motor. I am very pleased with this car at the 1000 mile mark. I think the price is a little high, but very satisfied.

2023 INFINITI QX60 review
I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

2021 Toyota Highlander review
My 2021 highlander L I paid $27k @ 44k miles ih for it after 2 years taking it through ell & adding 50k miles (92k miles currently) im impressed by its 300 hp 3.4L engine but learned how important changing all fluild begor it starts to making noise and problems. I think as long as you change all fluids at by or before 90 k miles as milage it will continue to goFor 300,000 miles crossed finger . The dealer offered me 19k to trade in at this stage. I went into Lighthouse Point Audi not knowing what to expect, as this was my first car buying experience in over seven years (and first on my own). Words cannot express what a great experience I had dealing with the staff of Lighthouse Point Audi, and, if it is at all within my power, I will be back to purchase my future cars from the same staff. What I loved immediately about this location is the true "family" feel you get when you walk in. Everybody is courteous and wants to ensure the right person is helping you. There was absolutely no pressure. After walking in, being greeted by the receptionist, George came out to assist me within a matter of a minute or two. George, as a car salesman and somebody I came to know over the next few hours, blew away any expectation I could have of a salesperson. He was so friendly, calm, and truly cared for me as a car buyer, and not about any incentives he may have. We went for a test drive- again, the test drive was within my control. However, I felt so comfortable in the car I was test driving, I knew that was the one, and didn't have to test drive for more than five minutes. Back at the dealership, George and the staff knew how badly I wanted this car. While usually this would be a bargaining chip for any other dealer, this was just added incentive to make sure that this car worked for me, and that they would be able to make the financing work for me! I could not believe how badly the staff wanted to make sure I was happy, and felt comfortable with my purchase. George, thank you so much!!! You made my day, week, maybe even year! Everybody at the dealership was extremely nice. The manager came out and greeted me. He did everything in his power to ensure I would be driving the car of my dreams that day. I also dealt extensively with Chris Bucknell, the finance manager. His business card states that he is also an Audi "fan creator." I can see why now! Chris was extremely personable and great to deal with. Just like everybody else, Chris wanted to do what he could to ensure that I would be driving the car of my dreams that day. He even left me with some great new options to add to my music collection. Chris was incredible as well. All in all, I could not have one bad thing to say about this dealership. They truly made car buying a memorable and exciting experience- just like it should be. I am very excited to visit them in their new facility in Fort Lauderdale come July! Thank you for everything!
2025 Audi Q7 review
Car produced many, Almost daily issues with interruptions in safety features I.E. automatic braking not working, etc, Audi seems to have addressed this now. Comfortable, quiet and powerful car. Small third row, but nice to have. Gas mileage in city 17 mpg, improves to 29 on highway. Expensive to maintain, I’ll probably dump it after warranty is up. Depreciates a lot, so will take that.

2024 Cadillac XT6 review
No issues and it is much better than electric cars. Safer and much less expensive to own. Also much more convenient for normal driving .Not weekly range anxiety as I had when I owned an electric car. Never buy electric again.

2025 Lexus RX 350 review
I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!

2023 Cadillac LYRIQ review
Overall, very satisfied with our Lyriq. Beautifully designed and mostly trouble free for literally a brand new vehicle with brand new technology. Solid and comfortable. One complaint is that super cruise works sporadically. One day on a certain stretch of highway, It works fine, the next day,not so much. What’s up with that? Would also love to see more than a measly six month trial on OnStar. Unless you pay for an OnStar subscription, you can’t track your vehicle through the app or even start it from the app. Come on Cadillac you’re not Chevrolet, you can do better, especially for this important vehicle.

2021 Kia Telluride review
Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

Paola in finance tried to upsell me an extended warranty that I didn’t need and was pushy when I declined it multiple times. Fortunately, I was able to cancel it after the fact when I called the warranty company. However, I was disappointed in her lack of transparency. Despite this minor issue, the car exceeded my expectations, and the deal was quick and hassle-free. I’ve recommended this dealership to my dad, who’s interested in a Mercedes GT.

2023 Ford Bronco review
I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

2018 Cadillac XT5 review
Previously I had a GM Blazer that was the worst car I’ve ever hard. So I was afraid to buy another GM car. But this 2018 XT5 should be on some kind of special 10 out of 10 list. I found this car on a Cadillac dealer’s lot with only 700 miles on it. I guess I got lucky because in 8 years I had a small AC issue and nothing else! It handles incredibly and never seems to have any issues! I can only hope it continues for another 8 years. It is great!

Overall a good experience. Pleasant people to talk with and the buying process was really simple and stress free. My only complaint was that the vehicle wasn't cleaned even though I had made an appointment a few days in advance. Would reccomend Carmax H'burg to others.
2022 BMW X5 review
Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.
