BMW of The WoodlandsReviews
BMW of The Woodlands review
My experience with BMW of The Woodlands was exceptional. Because I live three hours away and could not make it down the weekend I originally planned, Nairobi kept me informed about the vehicle’s status without ever making me feel pressured. When I was finally able to make the trip, Nairobi, Steve, Malik, and Conner had everything ready and made the entire process easy and efficient. I felt genuinely valued, not like just another sale. The experience was absolutely worth the drive, and I would confidently recommend their team.

AutoNation USA Katy review
This was my second year in a row doing business with AutoNationUSA-Katy, and it turned out to be even better than the first year. Our salesperson, Jeremiah Ragona, was personable, extremely knowledgeable, and (according to my grandson) even fun to spend time with. The car I ultimately picked to purchase was a bit of an unexpected choice, but one that my wife was quite happy with. Big ups to Jeremiah and the AutoNationUSA-Katy team for a very satifying car-buying experience.

CarMax Southwest FreewayReviews
CarMax Southwest Freeway review
I have visited this Carmax location several times over the years, but I?ve never actually bought from them. I appreciate their selection and no pressure process. If you prefer used cars like I do, it?s great to go to a Carmax and compare several makes and models in one place and get your trade appraised. This time around I worked with Harold Speights, who did a great job of finding the cars I was looking for. This is harder than it sounds - the cars don?t always get parked where they belong after a test drive, especially on a busy day, so he had to do a lot of walking around. We ended up unable to find the exact vehicles listed online, which is the reason this Carmax doesn?t get 5 stars. But Harold got me into the right things to try out. Once I narrowed down my interests after a few drives at a few different places, he texted me some stock numbers of cars at several Carmax locations with free transfers. I ended up preferring a different vehicle from a different dealer, but that?s not a knock on Carmax or Harold. Having the written appraisal in hand helped me get a better deal. If you are shopping for a used car, Carmax is a great place to go. Only thing I?d change is that Carmax could do a better job tracking where the vehicles are on the lot.

?????????? I?ve been bringing my truck to Davis Chevrolet for almost 7 years, and every single time they go above and beyond. The service is always quick, professional, and done right the first time. Justin Isham, is the one who usually helps me, and he always takes great care of me ? he?s friendly, knowledgeable, and makes sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. It?s rare to find a dealership that treats you like family, but that?s exactly how Davis Chevrolet makes me feel. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and fast service!

10-16-2026 I took vehicle in for 20,000 mile service/oil change. The service adviser was nice and the service took about an hour. All in all a very pleasant experience. My only complaint is that 6 days later I checked the oil level and it was 1/4 inch low on the dip stick after sitting over night. They seem to have a hard time getting the level correct.

I looked at cars online picked one and came in. They let me test drive it right away. There was no pressure to buy the car or the warranty plans they offered. Everything was explained to me very well and I like that they have a limited return policy. I would definitely come back here for another car purchase.

CarMax Indianapolis review
A coworker Carmax to me. I enjoyed that you could walk around the lot and actually get inside the vehicles to check them out. No one followed you around the entire time unless you wanted them to. If needed I'd buy and shop here again. The salesman Britt P. was pleasant to work with too. I wanted a better finance rate because my credit score told me I could get one. I was advised to check around. In the end I was able to get a lower rate from another source and get the vehicle I wanted. I'm scheduled for some detail work on the vehicle and I trust it will be done well too.

I originally bought the Car Max warranty when I made my purchase 3 years ago. The $250 deductible was hard to swallow but it was there when I needed it. Thank you Zach for great customer care. He stood behind the warranty and gave us a loaner while our car was serviced.
