As much as we love our Honda's we make sure we go to the BEST DEALERS in the city. My husband & I have purchased 5 cars and on 10/27/2018 was our 6th vehicle purchased! We are ALWAYS given the best service, honesty and great valve on the cars. I was in the market to purchase a vehicle and could of gone anywhere else in Jacksonville but we stayed with who has been loyal to us as we have been loyal customers to them. 2025 Volkswagen Atlas review
Such a great overall car. 2.0 turbo, almost beat a sedan BMW in a race..LOL. Very very comfortable, They have ACTUAL HVAC, into the back 3RD row so they aren't always hot or cold. They are very quiet inside or driving around. Smooth like a Lexus. Recommend now my whole family has a ATLAS

2020 Volkswagen Tiguan review
This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

2021 Nissan Kicks review
It's a great car, except for the fact it sometimes does NOT have enough power. whenever I accelerate from 0, it may take up to a second or two to actually accelerate. in roads going upwards, not even full throttle will make it accelerate enough.

This Toyota dealership is the benchmark for what Toyota dealerships should be. Since moving to Florida I have dealt with multiple Toyota dealerships and Beaver Toyota tops them all! No need to be constantly looking over your shoulder here, they always take the high road and try to do the right thing. It was a refreshing experience from the moment we contacted Mike Elkin through Cars.com. Mike did a fantastic job taking care of us and quickly wrapping up our purchase. The dealer and purchase fees are fair here and disclosed up front (unlike other Toyota dealerships that hide huge used car fees). They are a two hour drive from us, but honestly we are excited to return just to visit again.
2024 Toyota RAV4 Prime review
After years of diesel Mercedes use, this plug-in hybrid rav4 is mind blowing in comparison. 93mpg after 13,700 miles. I only put premium fuel in this car because i never know when i'll use the ice engine. 500 highway miles range with a full tank.

On my opinion this is all out great car only thing I've had to have done to the car oil changes rate changes change the oil every 3,000 miles I keep your gas in over a half a tank in my opinion that's Were I keep my gas and that's about all the trouble I had with that car besides changing my battery it's been a great overall car I've been very impressed with the with this car and I hope by the time I change this car I would want to have the same kind of car for the same type of Independence that this car had I will buy another one in a heart beat...

Excellent dealership super customer service oriented. The General Manager goes above and beyond the call. This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I was in a bad spot broken down on the side of the highway during the holidays at closing time. They arranged for a tow and I was in the dealership in 30 minutes. They were ready to close and the shuttle was done for the day. At any other dealership I would have had a problem. The General Manager Anthony Danninger made it a point to get me himself. 2018 Lincoln MKX review
At 86000 miles my vehicle quick shifting, therefore something is wrong with transmission. I had it towed to a transmission repair shop and found out the fluid was burnt and there were metal shaving in the transmission. 2020 Honda Passport review
I have one suggestion, add a fan switch on the steering wheel, it’s had to adjust while driving because the buttons are hard to see. The seat crevice between the center are hard to get into to clean or if something falls in you have to get a stick for help. One major problem is the air conditioner compressor died, the car is only 6years old. 60k miles.

This is for the service department. So I recently brought my jeep in for routine service, and to address a couple other issues I was having, and I left there beyond impressed with the Chrysler Dodge Jeep St Augustine service department!! The staff was so friendly, helpful and efficient!! I have been to several different dealerships in the past and this is by far the best service I have ever received in my 35 year driving history!! They managed to do an oil change, tire rotation, replacement of a sun visor and a new auxiliary battery for my stop start feature, in less than 1.5 hours.. I just can’t say it enough, how blown away I am with the excellence of this service department!!! I will never again drive anything but a jeep and I will continue to drive a longer distance just to get to them!! By the way, I was equally impressed with the car salesman and entire sales team when I bought my jeep last year!!
2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe review
I have had several hybrid SUVs, Lexus and Mercedes, and this is at the top of the list for me. The hybrid drive is seamless, smooth, and responsive at all speeds. This is the largest hybrid SUV I have owned and yet, it is the most fuel efficient. Amazing mileage around town (50+ mpg) and highway cruising with the little 4-cylinder is very efficient. At highway speeds the transmission keeps the small internal combustion engine from working too hard but when power is needed for passing the combination of torque from the electric power plant along with the turbocharger provides instant responsiveness. Inside, the SUV is roomy and luxurious. The finishes benefit from the Italian roots of the owners to provide a beautiful harmony of design with soft supple leather and rich hardwood trim. The electronics work extremely well from the MacIntosh sound system to the driver assist and lane-keeping features that virtually drive the vehicle for you. The seat air conditioning and built-in massagers make even long driving trips relaxing. Yes, there have been some recalls, expected in an early edition of a new model. The only negative has been in servicing the recalls. Jeep dealers are still basically just old Chrysler/Plymouth/Dodge operations that are not prepared to handle high-end vehicles and the customers they attract. Too few technicians, and poor scheduling between the service writers and the shop. The service waiting areas are designed for truck drivers not owners of luxury automobiles. Stellantis may have upgraded the vehicles to a much higher level but their achilles heel is the dealer service network.

2023 Lincoln Corsair review
Love this car. Smooth ride, easy to understand the technology, good gas mileage. I traded in a Lexus NX as it was too hard to understand. This car has all the same features but much easier to drive and use.

Got a fair deal, Beaver had a very capable team who knew how to handle out of state taxes and title. The transaction was smooth once we got to a deal. One disappointing thing, be aware the online price is not the price - they tack on an additional set of line items above and beyond the Beaver “WOW” price. They hid behind “it’s on the website” when I pushed back on it. And then add on the usual paperwork fees.
2021 Dodge Durango review
I researched a lot of 7-seater SUVs before deciding on a 1 year old Durango... we needed something that could haul our 5 kids and also double as a commuter car with good cargo space for my husband, who travels to construction job sites all over the place. We both love our RAM trucks (mine is the 2500 horse hauler), so Dodge was a natural choice for us, but we opted for the V6 model for better gas mileage than our Hemis. The Durango did not disappoint!! I've seen other reviews complaining about the power of the SXT... what do you honestly expect, people?! It's a 3-row SUV, a V6 simply can't put out the HP to move it like the Hellcat would (ohh, that one must be sweet!!). That being said, we're still pleased with the performance... which is impressive for a vehicle of this size. It still hauls @ss and handles like a dream, and we live on a ranch in the Rockies so good handling on mountain roads in all manner of nasty weather conditions is an absolute MUST for us. You can tell the Durango is modeled on the Challenger chassis so it's basically a race car of an SUV, even in the V6 model. Do yourself a favor and splurge on some d@mn good all-season tires like Michelin LTX for optimum performance in any road conditions. We've been very impressed with the fuel economy, it does well - even with my husband rallying up and down the mountain and dusting people left & right on his daily commute. Haha! That's one advantage over the V8 models, which guzzle gas as bad as our big RAM trucks. We even run it with the Eco Boost turned off, and often in Sport mode. One thing my husband's not fond of is the fact that there is only one special jack included... and no mounts for floor jacks or jack stands. A second jack from the dealer is almost $300. So husband spent some time in his metal shop to fab an adapter for a second scissor jack, so he could rotate tires and change the oil. It's a non issue if you take your car in for service, but if you're the type to wrench on your own vehicles, it's something to bear in mind. Interior design is nice... the only small beef I've got is the 2nd row seat backs fold down, but the whole seat doesn't fold up to more easily access the 3rd row. It's not an issue for our kids clambering over, but it could be awkward for an adult. So the little ones go in the back. Overall, we're really pleased with our Durango SXT - even for the base model, it's got enough whistles and bells to keep us happy, and an impressive performance to economy ratio. Definitely worth every penny of the purchase price, and it's a vehicle we'll keep for a very long time.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

2025 Toyota Corolla Hybrid review
It’s kind of funny. It’s a Corolla Hybrid, but looks so sporty that I find a lot of people look to race me when the light turns green…it’s a Corolla, and it’s not quick…at all. But, that’s a testament to its appearance. It’s very nice looking in the SE trim. The performance and CVT are prohibitive to excitement, but it is economical and adequate for normal city and highway driving. The road noise is pretty bad, but the suspension supple and it absorbs road imperfections well. The seats in front and the rear are comfortable. It does lack storage space as well. The glove box is basically just big enough to hold your registration. The center console is very small as well. The base sound system is its biggest flaw. It is terrible. I don’t know if the upgraded stereo is much better or worth the upgrade, but with as much road noise as there is, a better/louder stereo is needed to hear the music and drown out the other noise. I am averaging about 44-45 MPG in the AWD SE Hybrid.

We were in the market for a commuter/vacation car and narrowed it down to a 20 Honda Civic Sport and 20 Toyo Corolla SE. We shopped central Florida and Atlanta extensively and decided on the 20 Civic Sport. We went with Honda of the Avenues for several reasons first being the deal no one could touch and Thomas Phelps was our voice as he fought to get us to that deal and lock down the deal. We also appreciated him having all paperwork ready as we are from N Fl and arrived late but everything went smoothly from start to finish including him taking the time to go over the features on the car. We also appreciated Clay Fenwick in Finance making the signing process enjoyable and efficient. We highly recommend Thomas to be your voice as he will do all he can to close your deal and we will be referring family/friends to him for any of their automotive needs!!!
2026 GMC Terrain review
We traded in our 2019 Buick Encore for this Terrain. Let's just say WOW on the room and comfort. We travel back and forth from NC to Ohio as family lives in both States. Well the Encore was nice on gas but not comfortable on long trips at all. This has great leg room (heated seats (both back and bottom) and this is a game changer for me with my arthritis. The cameras in this car are awesome. You can see clearly what is behind you when backing up. The lane assist will give you a little buzz in the seat on the side you have drifted too or if you are getting too close to an object or person when backing up. Nice cargo area. The back seat can also handle 3 adults with enough leg room. It's very comfy back there, I road in the back on the test drive since I sometimes sit in the back on trips so I can n change positions more. The 15 inch info center is impressive for sure. Still learning how to use it. If you want comfort in a nice looking SUV this is the one for you.

I recently traded my 2014 Hyundai Sonata for a 2023 Hyundai Sonata Limited; both were purchased at St. Augustine Hyundai. From day one, in 2014, when I purchased my 2014 Sonata, I have received nothing less than an unparalleled experience. No matter the department, I was always treated the same, with kindness, understanding, respect, and welcoming smiling faces. Allowing any feelings of being uncomfortable or intimidated immediately subsided. Mastering the ability to balance and give one the space necessary to be able to look around, but in no way feeling neglected or ignored. Because of this, I would take my car back to the dealership for any maintenance and upkeep. What makes Hyundai of St. Augustine stand out, is not the interactions or encounters with whoever walks through their door. It’s the ability to create an experience… lasting relationships. For me, it has created a sense of loyalty. After 10 years with my 2014 Hyundai Sonata… I knew it was time to start thinking about a new car… I didn’t have a particular car in mind but what I did know was that there was only one place that I would go, and that was Hyundai of St. Augustine. 2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. 2025 Lincoln Navigator review
We traded up to our 2025 Navigator from a BMW X7. Much more room in the Navigator and more amenities. We did sacrifice some fuel economy, but we expected there would be a difference. The 48" dash screen is awesome! We thought the X7 spoiled us, but this is even better! It is a bigger vehicle and drives/handles as such but not complaining.

I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

2024 Chevrolet Blazer EV review
I have had a very positive experience so far. I had some small issues but nothing major. They were fixed fairly quickly by the dealer. The mileage does drop drastically in the winter, but I knew that before purchasing it. It is roomy inside, and drives great.

2021 Honda CR-V review
Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

2024 Cadillac LYRIQ review
It’s really a pretty great car. For the price, the car is quite luxurious and well-made. I had a glitch or two when I first got it, but they were quickly resolved and have had no further problems over my first year of ownership. The car is smooth, quiet, very powerful and quick. I’ve been getting close to 3 miles per kilowatt hour over the long haul using the regenerative braking system. There is a little adjustment to drive an EV over a gas engine car, but the advantages are easily stated such as the smooth power and low maintenance required. The lower range is an issue for long trips, but if you’re not in a real hurry, the stops to charge can be quite pleasant. That said, my wife and I usually use her hybrid Lexus when we go road tripping as it is just more comfortable as it is what we are used to. Kudos to Cadillac for a job well done.
