We had a wonderful car buying experience (x2!) at this dealership. At the end of October, we purchased a used CX-9 that was in great condition. Our salesman, Jesse, contacted us within 10 minutes of submitting our online request for information and we made an appointment to test drive the car. The next day he sent us a video of the car. We test drove and purchased in 2 hours with what we felt was a very good trade in value. Unfortunately, 6 days later a large buck ran in front of us in the dark and heavy fog on the highway and the car was totaled. The front-end damage was significant and the front side doors had damage as well. All front and side impact airbags deployed. The car did what it was designed to do, and my daughter and I walked away with only minor scratches. We had not registered the car yet so Jesse and Luther Mazda sent our paperwork by FedEx so I could register the car. Then when the insurance company didn't want to pay me the price I just paid for the car, Cameron found the window sticker, and I sent the video Jesse had sent me. The insurance company paid us our purchase price. So, we returned to Luther Mazda Lee's Summit and bought a used CX-50, completing the negotiating and paperwork largely from our sofa. We were in/out in about an hour to pick up the car and finalize the sale. Great car buying experience, would not hesitate to use them again!

2021 Nissan Kicks review
It's a great car, except for the fact it sometimes does NOT have enough power. whenever I accelerate from 0, it may take up to a second or two to actually accelerate. in roads going upwards, not even full throttle will make it accelerate enough.

2020 Chevrolet Trax review
This is my first crossover. I've been a truck and SUV person for about 20 years. When my truck was stolen and totaled, I bought this car used with 84k miles on it. The first week I had it the water pump went out, I kid you not. Not good so far, huh? The good thing is the car told me " car overheating, idle engine." My mechanic says newer vehicles are made to warn you before overheating causes damage to the engine. Thank God. I like the car, I'm actually starting to love the car. Trunk space is minimal, seats arent the most comfortable, I miss having a center storage space, and a passenger armrest would have been nice. The radio is kind of small to be tinkering with while driving, and I wish Android auto was wireless with built-in wifi (newer models have this) but the steering wheel controls help me overlook this minor inconvenience. This car is the only car I looked at with all the options I wanted for this year and price: remote start, extra CLEAR backup camera, push start, power driver seat AND park assist which alot of cars are phasing out these days in favor of things manufacturers believe consumers find more desirable. The blind spot indicators and cross traffic warning is nice as well and the ac blows freezing cold. You really get lots of bang for your buck. Oh and I was surprised by how well it handles bumps in the road, my last vehicle made me seasick going over those big speed bumps, not this car, it's extra smooth. I can't buy large hauls at rummage sales or thrift stores anymore because there's not enough space to haul them home, but there's plenty of room for me and the grandkids. I really wasn't financially prepared to buy a car right now and couldn't afford to buy brand new. But TBH, I find this model year of this car prettier than the new ones and overall am really pleased with my purchase. I'm getting older and this will probably be the last car I'll ever own or drive and I'm glad it was this one. Thank you Chevrolet.

2017 Chevrolet Trax review
A little more than 2 years ago I bought a used 2017 Chevy Trax LT AWD, with a 1.4L engine. In addition, this vehicle was in a wreck which got hit on the rear end of the vehicle. However, the vehicle was fixed before purchasing it and I bought it with a fair price, with 49k original miles. Now the Trax has 97k miles and has had his fair amount of issues. Additionally, at 60k miles the turbo was leaking antifreeze and had to replace it with the valve that was attached to it. Also, I had some minor issues on the AC controller which h I had to have those replaced, and sooner or later I'm going to have to replace the blower motor since it's making a weird sound when it's on. This vehicle has treated me good since I've been keeping up with the regular oil changes (I usually buy Mobile 1 oil and filter, advance full synthetic) and I usually change also the air filter every 15k-30k miles. Also I've done 2 tune ups with new spark plugs and coils. To be honest if yiu do the regular maintenance you won't have any issues especially the engine and transmission. Furthermore, in a couple of days I'll be replacing the break pads, and also just FYI the 1.4L engine has a timing chain, so if you do the regular oil changes it will last forever. Soon I'll be replacing the gaskets and water pump since it's about to turn 100k mikes. All in all, I give it a 4.0-4.5 overall rating, space if very bad you can't fit regular size adults in the rear seats!

2024 Mazda CX-30 review
I love my CX30. Only a few very minor complaints. The back seat is small. I would only recommend it for small children. Since i'm the only user, it doesn't really apply to me. The car overall is small, which makes it easier to maneuver and more fun to drive than larger CX models. I'm 6'3 tall and have no problem fitting in the driver's seat - plenty of head and leg room. The other complaint is the small gas tank (under 13 gallons). Even though, I don't regret buying my CX30. It's a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend not looking at any trim level lower than premium due to all the options the premium includes. I opted for the non-turbo. It's fast enough without it, and was 3K less.

2018 Subaru Crosstrek review
Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

2025 Mazda CX-30 review
Owned the car 5 months. Very happy with interior comfort and the stowing/storage space in the rear. The sound system is impressive. Took a little time to become accustomed to the entertainment system but I just needed experience. Good road handling in the winter. Practically no road noise. Riley Harmon created a flawless car-buying experience for me, even as an out-of-state buyer. As a life-long car enthusiast, I consider myself a demanding buyer. I know what I want from the car, and I want the car-buying experience to be fun by being easy. To ensure that, Riley was responsive, communicative, clear, friendly, professional, patient, and informative, among other things. He responded to every phone call, email, text message in a very reasonable time, and was clear in communication and explanation of their process. The car I bought was the only one in the country in the right color and options combo, which is why I was making the purchase from out-of-state. Not once did he pressure me in any way, despite the unique inventory. The Alfa Romeo I bought has been a life goal, but I wanted to remain rational about the major purchase, so not feeling pressured was important. I flew to Kansas City (my first visit) before the paperwork was completed due my late decision to move forward the previous day. Riley picked me up from the airport, no questions asked. I enjoyed the ride over to Aristocrat Motors while he told me about the city and its history, as well as about the dealership, its management and practices. I truly enjoyed that drive and already felt justified in my decision to make a trip to buy a car. When we pulled up to the dealership, I knew to expect a large, multi-brand campus. It was even nicer than I had expected. Given that the car was a life goal as well as having a sticker price double what I have ever paid for a car before, I was hoping for that ‘above and beyond’ sales experience you always see in commercial, but also knowing that the car I wanted was still a fraction of the most expensive cars that Aristocrat offers. What happened next sealed the deal. The car was not parked in a delivery area outside, not set up in a staging room inside the building; the car was in the middle of the prettiest, most impressive showroom room that I have ever seen, under a massive domed ceiling with indirect lighting, on a stoned floor, surrounded by other Alfas and Maseratis. I was blown away that this is how they treated me. After a quick test-drive just to make sure everything was in its right place, Riley reviewed the online paperwork and pricing that I had gone over the night before. Their online purchasing system is transparent. I could see everything I needed to in one spot, including selecting any applicable manufacturer discounts that applied on my own. The number he showed me matched what I saw the day before, no surprises. Now, the last step before a very long drive home, was the finance office. I was still expecting to walk into Ben Jones’ office and get hit with offers for last-chance, just-in-case add-ons; I was wrong. Ben rattled off the same numbers I saw at home, the same numbers I reviewed with Riley. A handful of signatures in what couldn’t have been longer than 5 minutes, and I was done. My head still spins at how fast that process was, as well as respectful of me as a buyer and my time. I walked out of the office, back over to my new car. Riley thanked me, gave me a parting gift then I quite literally drove off into the sunset. I almost cried looking around myself, seated in a beautiful new Alfa Romeo, with not a single regret nor speed bump to give me second thoughts. The sole thing left to be desired is an Aristocrat Motors location in my home area. Thank you so very much to Riley and all of the Aristocrat Motors staff, it was an absolute pleasure.

It was like having a Honda Tour Guide show me around rather than pressuring me with high pressure sales tactics. It worked; I bought a CRV! Ron Weiner did a fine job with the paperwork, too. I can't believe I am able to write a good review about a car dealership without having to go to confession for lying! Oh, and Carol, sitting at the front counter (I have no idea what her job is, sorry) stopped what she was doing (both Stephanie and Rob were taking care of others) and came outside to help me with my GPS a few days later when I couldn't figure something out. She didn't have to, she could have told me to just wait, but jumped right up to assist. Great team!
2024 Honda HR-V review
I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

2024 Mazda CX-30 review
The turbo is remarkable feat of engineering. 227 HP from regular unleaded and torque that leaps right from the get-go, maxing out by 2500 rpm. 29 MPG on a trip with 2 hours of highway and 1.5 of city stop & go. Add 93 Octane and you get 240 HP and change. Very responsive steering and suspension. The Premium Plus will spoil you rotten. THAT SAID ... the gas tank is tragically under-sized. Good luck getting to 300 miles even on a well-behaved week of driving. Though 2 gallons remain when the panic lights up on the dashboard, you won't know how much you've used of it thanks to zero=2 gal on the gauge. Also, at 1 of those is just used to keep the fuel pump cooled. We've wrestled for months now over whether it's even safe to drive around these parts with a measly 275 mile range.

2021 Jeep Renegade review
ISSUE WITH SUNROOF CLOSING, NEW ONE PUT IN SAME PROBLEM. IN COLD WEATHER SEVERAL DOORS WOULD NOT LOCK AT ALL. AT FIRST I THOUGHT THEY WERE FROZEN THE DEALERSHIP IS STILL NOT SURE WHY THIS HAPPENED. I WAS UNABLE TO DRIVE IT WHEN THIS OCCURRED. JUST HAD THE IGNITION REPLACED - CAR WOULD NOT SHUT OFF. I REALLY LOVED THIS CAR THE SUNROOF IS HUGE, MY FIRST NEW CAR, IT IS A LITTLE SMALL IN THE BACK SEAT FOR PASSENGERS BUT NICE, I LOVE HAVING A HATCH AND NO TRUNK TO MOVE THINGS IF I WANT. I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED A JEEP AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE 4 WHEEL DRIVE AND OPEN FEEL OF THIS CAR. IT DOES VERY WELL ON THE HIGHWAY. THE REAL ISSUE I AM HAVING IS WITH CASTLE JEEP/ RAM IN NAPERVILLE,ILLINOIS COVRING THESE ISSUES WITH MY 100,000 MI WARRANTY.

The Trax has been a great vehicle for us. We've used it as our band car, taking our music equipment to and from our gigs. rear seats go down leaving plenty of room in the back for hauling our stuff. 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
Overall this is one of the best Chevrolets I've owned. I change the oil every 5000 miles. I have had two issues with engine related problems, one being Fuel pump driver control module which needed to be replaced after warranty time and the other was the emission canister purge pump replaced under a special coverage. Styling wise I love it. Gas milage is great especially with the gas prices today.

2019 Mazda CX-3 review
Drives like it looks, sharp and smooth. (It’s faster than you’d expect) and I haven’t had any problems or issues with it mechanically. Bought it new in 2019. It’s been paid off for 2 years now and I Still own it…I Didn’t buy it to carpool, and thankfully I don’t have kids. My fiancé and I traded in our ‘07 Mx5 5spd and bought the 2019 Cx3 Gt AwD mostly to take on road trips and it’s been perfect for that. But it’s been used to do all sorts of things. It currently has 47k and it’s doing just fine. It’s the perfect sized car for a normal couple with normal hobbies. Don’t compare it to something it’s not like a 4Runner or a Cx5 and you won’t be disappointed or have anything negative to say about it. BTW it was recently voted “Car of the Decade” by Driven (NZ)

My mother and I went to Carmax with the intention of doing a trade-in with our 2007 Chrysler Town & Country. We wanted to downsize on the amount of vehicles that we owned and had discussed the possibility of purchasing a new car for next year. We worked with a sales consultant by the name of Mike Snyder, who was very friendly and helpful! In a few hours we were able to sell the van and use the rest of the money to purchase another car that was within our price range, dependable, and roomy. Mike didn't try to get us to purchase a vehicle that was "out of our range" or anything that would've required us to pay "out of our pocket." He was straight-forward and honest; my mother and I had dreaded the idea of meeting a typical car salesman who tries to get a lot of money out of their client. We've purchased vehicles from Carmax before and we're glad that we did it again! We'll be back to trade-in our other vehicle, but it was an exciting and fruitful experience!
