The reason I go to Mercedes’ Benz Sugarland to service my vehicle is because of their amazing customer service, particularly my service advisor Tammy Stafford. She makes you feel right at home and address all the issues you may have or think you have with your car. Top notch service. She should be the staple of any service department. If she was working for my dealership she would be of service director.

We recently (01/20/23) purchased a vehicle from the dealership and our sales representative - Pete Sanchez, was very professional, cordial and understanding. Throughout the process of placing the order, through the waiting period and up until the vehicle arrived the dealership, Pete kept us informed. Just bought my 2021 Chevy Trax in January, And nearly 2 months later I still love it. I don’t drive a lot, But I’m looking forward to taking it on a road trip. It has great power and just takes off. I get in and out easier then I did in my 2014 Ford Fusion. Roomy enough for me and love the features. Love the Color which is red. So cute I can’t stop admiring it. With under 35000 miles I hope it last for years to come. At my age this Trax will be my last vehicle.

This is my first brand NEW car, and I absolutely love it. I does great on gas and it's very comfortable to drive. If you have long legs or larger in size the back seat would not be good for you. We have only had one problem with the usb port for the CarPlay keeps cutting out but the dealership is working on fixing the issue, not sure if it's the fuse or the box yet. But I would buy this car again

I received the car that I wanted. I was in and out in about 5 hours. That was really good. Love, Love, Love, my car.:)) She is really fast even when I'm not going fast. Martin as usual was a pleasure to be with. I've been with Davis Chevrolet since 2006. I had the pleasure of driving a Suburban and I've had 2 Traverse. I'm looking forward to Driving the Tahoe in the future. :))

I am TOTALLY pleased with purchase of my Trailblazer RS It rides beautifully/gets great mileage/has a very nice interior and a larger screen I actually was thinking more about an Equinox, however, I have a close friend who also recently purchased a Trailblazer She is also very pleased with her purchase

THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN LIFE. HALEY MADE THIS PROCESS SO SMOOTH AND EASY, IM HONESTLY STILL SURPRISED. HALEY COMMUNICATED VERY WELL AND WAS VERY TRANSPARENT FROM START TO FINISH!

Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

Everyone was great and knowledgeable but the buying process was too long. The number of cars available was excellent. In general I was very pleased.

I love my Chevy Trax I bought it in 2023 its a 2024 it drives good get awesome gas mileage drove from Oregon to Oklahoma and back and one more time to Oklahoma no brake dows yes its lower to the crowd but for me its perfect to get in and out It has a lot of room in back seat and back of car for shopping It only hat one problem the Moniterscreen whent out but the Recall fixt it
