2020 BMW X5 review
1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

2025 Subaru Outback review
I have owned Subaru wagons both used and new from 1984 until present. I own a 2012 Subaru Outback Limited 2.5 which I bought new. It has 220,000 miles. Other than routine maintenance and a couple rear wheel bearings, it is doing great! I also own a 2025 Subaru Outback Limited 2.5, I currently have 24,000 miles in it. Only real nuisances are the center tablet and no buttons or dials for hvac. It’s frankly a safety issue to play with a screen just to change hvac settings-dumb. 2026 they got smarter but changed the style for the worse. Additionally, the OEM tires are starting to sing at 24,000 miles. The first 24k the car was whisper quiet. Now I have to blast the radio to drown out the hum. Subaru needs to quit playing with cheap OEM tires. Throw a set of Michelins on there to start… The seats are comfortable-a great improvement over the seat design used from 2015-2019. I got rid of a new 2017 Outback after 95,000 miles because the seating was like sitting on slate. A complaint I have is the overuse of “safety nannies” which are too sensitive and could cause an accident rather than prevent one. Case in point, car can slam on the brakes for you if it thinks you are doing something abnormal that you probably do all the time. I dislike the 8 speed trans. My 6 speed is better on the 2012. 8 speeds are too many. No issues shifting or anything, CVT “shifts” fine. I still get 30 mpg Hwy on the 2012 and 32-34 on the 2025 Hwy. Subarus are wonderful vehicles but they better watch out so they don’t get too much more expensive or start following the crowd too much. Cars in general are too high priced…

2024 Toyota Land Cruiser review
Reading some of the reviews here on Cars.com, and I get the impression folks bought the wrong car. This Land Cruiser is perfect. Toyota stripped out luxury, got away from a 90k luxo-barge, and built and off-road SUV. "the ride can be rough/stiff at times"; it's body on frame, for good reason! The suspension articulation, ramp angle, etc... beat the pants of a unibody SUV. "The transmission is jerky..." for a few thousand miles; once it learns your driving style, it smooths out (my '23 Alfa Romeo with the ZF 8-speed did the same thing). Hybrid systems are complex, and once the vehicle learns where you throttle off/on, brake, how firmly you accelerate, it behaves much better. "The hybrid offer rubbish fuel mileage"; first - blame the Federal Govt and CAFE for everyone switching to hybrids. second - if you actually take it off-road, you'll discover the brilliance of having electric motor torque at low speed while crawling... much better low-speed control than even my old LC100 with a V-8. "the interior plastics are cheap"; Toyota made a decision to use long-wearing, durable materials, and keep the cost down, so we could get an excellent off-roader for 55k (a little more than the average selling price of a car in America), instead of 90k (previous gen LC200 luxo-barge). Bottom line, if you want the luxo-barge, get the GX... the V-6 won't work as hard, has a larger tank, it has leather, and a trick suspension that smooths out body-on-frame ride characteristics... if you want a rugged off-roader, without stuff to break, and don't plan on being precious about it... the current gen Land Cruiser is a bargain, checks all the right boxes, and has reliability the Wrangler and Bronco can only dream about.

2023 Toyota Sequoia review
We bought this with 21k on it. It's a really stylish looking ride. We understood the rear cargo issues folks are having when we bought the vehicle. It works fine for us. The car came with a tow hitch and we have a carrier for that area to hall extra luggage. The fuel economy doesn't compare to the ratings given by the manufacturer, but for the size and power of the car it's quite good. We average 18 to 19 all the way around.. The car rides great for it's size and is very comfortable and the seats are very spacious. So far we are very pleased with this car. One note. Every person in the reviews talks of wind noise at 55MPH. It surely is a problem Toyota needs to look into. We like the car so much that we are willing to overlook this one issue. BUT it is a real issue. This is where the luxury of the car disappears.

I only needed two but everyone kept telling me, being that I had a Mercedes Benz I would have to replace all four or possibly mess the car up. That was a total lie/ I called Mercedes Benz of Marietta and was told to bring the vehicle in to be inspected that day. Once I got there Nicholas was beyond helpful. He explained to me exactly what I needed after the car and tires were inspected. From here on out that’s where I’ll be taking my car for any kind of service.
2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 review
I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

2025 INFINITI QX80 review
I recently purchased a 2025 Infiniti QX80 at an excellent price. Even at full price, it offers good value in the full-size luxury SUV market. After one month, here's my assessment. Strengths **Styling**: The QX80 features elegant exterior and interior design that outshines most competitors. The Navigator's redesign was disappointing, while the Wagoneer lacks refinement. Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. The third row comfortably fits adults with easy access, and cargo space is generous, especially with seats folded. **Towing**: All models can tow 8,500 pounds, above segment average. Only Wagoneer models with Hemi V8s offer more. Weaknesses **No Homelink**: Inexplicably lacks the standard garage door opener system. Instead uses "myQ," requiring compatible equipment and Wi-Fi. 2025 Subaru Outback review
I have owned Subaru wagons both used and new from 1984 until present. I own a 2012 Subaru Outback Limited 2.5 which I bought new. It has 220,000 miles. Other than routine maintenance and a couple rear wheel bearings, it is doing great! I also own a 2025 Subaru Outback Limited 2.5, I currently have 24,000 miles in it. Only real nuisances are the center tablet and no buttons or dials for hvac. It’s frankly a safety issue to play with a screen just to change hvac settings-dumb. 2026 they got smarter but changed the style for the worse. Additionally, the OEM tires are starting to sing at 24,000 miles. The first 24k the car was whisper quiet. Now I have to blast the radio to drown out the hum. Subaru needs to quit playing with cheap OEM tires. Throw a set of Michelins on there to start… The seats are comfortable-a great improvement over the seat design used from 2015-2019. I got rid of a new 2017 Outback after 95,000 miles because the seating was like sitting on slate. A complaint I have is the overuse of “safety nannies” which are too sensitive and could cause an accident rather than prevent one. Case in point, car can slam on the brakes for you if it thinks you are doing something abnormal that you probably do all the time. I dislike the 8 speed trans. My 6 speed is better on the 2012. 8 speeds are too many. No issues shifting or anything, CVT “shifts” fine. I still get 30 mpg Hwy on the 2012 and 32-34 on the 2025 Hwy. Subarus are wonderful vehicles but they better watch out so they don’t get too much more expensive or start following the crowd too much. Cars in general are too high priced…

I am attempting to upgrade to a newer pre-owned Mercedes, preferably a convertible. I am still shopping but the trade-in offer was much lower than another. I have owned 5 different Mercedes as have both my sisters but we all agree on thing, which is why my older sister bought a Lexus. This is an example; I was purchasing new rear tires (not from you) and I had to pay your service department to remove the locks and buy new non-locking items. I am perfectly happy with the car I bought from you and the Mercedes Financing but you harm your product by squeezing your clients on the small stuff.......anyway that's my opinion.

2021 Mazda CX-5 review
The only issue I have had was the code P0126 having to do with the thermostat. This is common for this car. I was 170 miles from home when it happened. I talked to a Mazda dealer and they said I could drive it home, which I did and made an appointment with the dealer to have it fixed. It has not happened again. I am very happy with this car!

Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

2024 GMC Yukon review
Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. 2025 Lincoln Aviator review
An amazing vehicle. We went with the all wheel drive Reserve II base, with 201A, jet, and dynamic handling packages. Took the price up to a tad below 84K. I love this vehicle! From it lowering itself a few inches when you walk up to it to make it easier to get in, The 30-way adjustable seats, the fantastic ride when you're driving it, and overall appearance of it, awesome! I highly recommend this!

2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E review
My first EV car. Not sure if I love this car or the fact that it is an EV. What makes this a bit different from a Tesla is that it still reminds you of a regular car in terms of gear shifting controls and displays. My car is a premium trim, dual motor and long range battery extension, so if you get a lower trim, the experience might be slightly different.

2023 Tesla Model X review
I recently purchased. a Model X Long Range to replace my 2021 Audi e-tron; I couldn’t be happier. The Tesla is faster, more efficient, and more fun to drive and the charging network is second to none. Interior quality and ride are comparable. My dogs love the extra room and Dog Mode in the Tesla. I have no regrets!
