This was my second experience with VW of Everett and the team was fantastic. After an unforeseen accident, Shawn, Isaiah and Justin made the experience of having to replace my first Taos much less stressful and they couldn't have been kinder. They even got me into the same VW Taos in the color I absolutely love! The monument gray, which has a tint of blue that makes it a uniquely nice color, was what I wanted again and they came through! Fortunately one had recently come into the lot and I drove away in exactly what I wanted! It's gorgeous and in the brand new 2026! They went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier. The sales guy that helped me out was great (thanks Sal!). I was pretty decided on what I wanted so skipped the whole “finding a car” process. Called in advance and when I got there it was pulled up out front for me to test drive. Sal was friendly and offered water and they had snacks which was great for my 8 year old (it would be cool if there was a TV or some kid legos or magazines or something but not a big deal, he had his tablet). Manager that helped out towards the end of the process was great as well, very helpful and kind. Waited a few days to give a review just to make sure everything went ok, and the car is indeed holding up just fine (2019 jeep compass). There is a small problem with the headlights that I’m sure wouldn’t have been noticed by them (took me three days of driving to notice it myself) where they won’t turn off and fog lights don’t turn on, but for buying a used car that’s to be expected. Reached out about the headlights today to see if there’s anything they would be able to help with, while not obligated to help at all by any means, a different place I bought my last car from was able to help when I experienced tire problems 2 days after buying a car from them, so worth a shot. I’ll update the review on how it goes with the headlight, but so far I’d highly recommend em!

Absolutely love my Tesla. So much so we bought a 2nd one for the family. Smooth drive and zero maintenances in two years. Frequent software updates means I got new features long after purchase. Though I do suggest avoiding FSD. That's vaporware and will not be released in the lifetime of vehicles sold today.

2019 Tesla Model 3 review
So fast, stable and responsive! Like being squirted out of a hose when you hit the accelerator. Comfort is first-class, too. I have had back surgery, but I never get fatigued or sore in this car, not matter how long I drive for. I couldn't say that about my Porsche's. So many "WOW" features, I feel like I learn something cool about this car every time I drive it. You will NOT be disappointed!

I recently purchased a used Nissan Pathfinder from Bill Korums Puyallup Nissan. The process was quick and easy. Since this was a used Nissan, it had undergone a very extensive vehicle check in the service department. Several repair items were made. Once item that was noted was a problem with the radio. After we took possession of the vehicle, my daughter continued to have some issues with the radio, so we had to take it back in. We were provided with a loaner vehicle while the radio was being repaired. Vehicle radio is now repaired, and all is well with the vehicle. Would recommend them if you are in the market for a used car. Did not deal with the new car sales, just used cars and the service department for the radio repairs. Over all experience was very positive.
