I’m officially a CarMax fan for life! If I could give this team more than 5 stars, I would. My entire experience—from the high-energy sale to the incredible post-purchase service—has been top-tier. The Buying Experience: I came in looking for a specific Tesla Model Y that was still being processed as a trade-in. Despite the logistical hurdles, Mark worked tirelessly to make the car available for me to buy that same day. He then handed us off to Briana M., and the rest was history! A huge shoutout to the Business Operations Manager, Cherisse O., for her expertise in clearing the paperwork and title issues so I could drive home in the car I wanted. The Trade-In: CarMax made trading in my Jeep Laredo X incredibly easy. While Friendly Ford in Las Vegas tried to lowball me at $25,500, CarMax offered a fair $31,800. They are honest and easily the best to work with. The Service (The True Test): The real 5-star service happened after the sale. My 2025 Tesla Model Y had a minor error, and Vanessa Blaschick in the service department was a total rockstar. She walked me through the entire process, kept me updated constantly, and coordinated a transfer to Tesla to ensure it was repaired correctly and for free. I had my car back within 48 hours! High praises to the management team at this location for hiring such professional, dedicated people like Mark, Briana, Cherisse, and Vanessa. They’ve earned a customer for life!

The employees have to work a lot more to protect both the Buyer as well as the CarMax employees. I waited around a lot before I was able too complete my purchased. We had just left a Toyota dealership and I was already dreading coming here based off that experience alone. I?ve never been able to recall feeling at ease in any car buying experience? until we met Marcus. You know when you can already feel the pressure, slight aggression and desperation to make a sale from a salesperson from the first hello? Marcus was the opposite. The most stress I felt was when my husband was explaining things to me and negotiating lol and I think Marcus could tell because he always offered to explain everything further for me that really helped me understand everything. Usually, I?d be the invisible wife on the sidelines, but Marcus really made me feel included in the decision making. And the manager Wei was very direct, but so funny! He actually sold me a car years ago and I remembered him! Great team and experience overall and can?t recommend enough! Lesson learned: only lease/purchase vehicles from a Jabbawockee (he used to dance with them for context lol). Will be referring all my friends and family to you guys for sure!

2025 Tesla Model 3 review
I've had mine for almost 2,000 miles now, and its been great. It rides super smooth, and is super controlled over bumps. The turn signal stalks aren't that big of a deal. They work plenty fine for most every use case. Interior quality is much improved over the last generation. There is not a single piece of hard plastic in the interior. Infotainment is super snappy, and is a worthy replacement of CarPlay or Android Auto. Seats are comfortable, and their heat/ventilation works great. There are no creaks or rattles to speak of as well. Performance is plenty for what anyone will ever need. Tons of storage as well for a midsize sedan, especially since the frunk is there, as well as another section below the trunk floor for more stuff. Rear seat screen is very nice for rear passengers as they can control air, seat heating watch movies/videos, and play games. If you are interested, go demo drive one to see it for yourself!
