Decided to sell my 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan. Highest online offer was Autonation Jacksonville. Made an appointment to pursue the offer. Arrived at the store and was connected with 2 representatives. Ash and manager Cam. Process was straightforward. Vehicle inspected, and very minor issues pointed out to me that I was not aware of. Fair offer made and accepted. Entire process took approx 1.5 hours and I left with the check in my hand. Payoff was no issue either. Both Ash and Cam were extremely professional, explained each step of the process and were a pleasure to deal with. As a retired automotive professional (42 year career) outstanding professionalism in the used automobile trade is the exception rather than the rule. Autonation and Ash & Cam were exceptional in this transaction. Very satisfied with the way the deal was handled and the positive outcome. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
2018 Tesla Model 3 review
I bought my midrange 2018 Tesla 3 in Dec 2018. Although the battery is not impressive range wise, this car has been so impressive over the more that 4 years I've owned it. The comfort, quietness, amazing sound system, make it effortless. Every drive is like the first (although w many updates on power, even faster) drive at delivery date. I have over 70,000 miles on it and have not had any issues that are major. I have bought 1 set of tires and had rocks hit me so 3 windshields, all paid with insurance. We have taken this Tesla on so many road trips to Houston, Yosemite, Zion NP, Las Cruces, Sedona, Phoenix and San Fransisco from SoCal. We just traded in my husband's 2018 3 on a 2021 3 AWD/Dual motor for our longer trips and bc we were losing our HOV tags. All in all these are fantastic cars and we keep buying them. Can't imagine how much we are saving in gas, probably $1.600 a month since we are professional musicians and drive so much!

The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

2021 Tesla Model 3 review
This car has been the best I’ve owned so far. Even if you aren’t looking at a Tesla, EVs in general are so much fun! I’ve had little maintenance in the three years I’ve had this car so far (tire rotations, wiper blades). Every major software update brings either new features or improvements.

2020 Tesla Model 3 review
2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range RWD I purchased this car with a little less than 60k miles one and a half years ago for 21k. It now as 97k miles and the only maintenance I’ve done have been new tires and windshield washer fluid. Someone made a left turn in front of me and the car was already braking as I was lifting my foot off the accelerator. Quite literally saved my life. The suspension is tuned to be sporty, so it’s not a plush ride by any means, but it’s hard to beat at its price point in the used market.

2017 Tesla Model 3 review
The Tesla Model 3 bucks the trends of the common auto manufacturer. The car can be upgraded with a simple software upload and you have a brand new car each time. The car is very sleek inside and out and very nimble. The steering is very responsive and the car doesn't have typical body roll because of the very low center of gravity by having the batteries along the bottom of the car. I would recommend everyone get into one of these cars to feel the difference, and then of course buy one for your self. Once you get bored with the ground breaking technology and quick acceleration, you should upgrade to the flagship model S and really blow the doors off the competition.

The Tesla Model 3 Performance 2024 is great for a family road trip. It has heated and ventilated seats with new bucket seats. The back seats are comfortable with heated seats and a touchscreen to control the AC, Seats, Volume, Bluetooth, play games, and watch videos, shows, or movies. The car looks nice.

A year ago I bought a new ID buzz and overall, the experience has sucked. This 5 star review is specifically for Francisco in the service department. Since day 1 of owning the brand new ID Buzz, the brakes have been TERRIBLE - squeaking and grinding every time I brake. I had brought the car to the Thousand Oaks dealership and the Woodland Hills dealership multiple times for the issue. I had been told that this is a normal problem, the metals they need to use in CA are going to squeak no matter what they do, the hubcaps were designed poorly so there isn't enough ventilation to remove dust and debris from the brakes, that it is my responsibility to be washing the car more and removing dust and debris on the brakes, and overall my complaints had been 100% dismissed. Finally, I gave up and just decided the car is a xxx and I will have to live with it. I brought the car in for unrelated issues and said nothing about the brakes. After this visit, Francisco brought the brakes up to me, noting how horrible they are, which I said I know, but it seems thats just how the brakes are and will always be. He said absolutely not, that is not normal and can be fixed. He is the ONLY person at VW who has actually CARED. He kept me in the loop of the whole process and completely FIXED the "unfixable" brakes. My brakes don't make a PEEP since he fixed them, they truly have not made a single noise since. I always wanted to love the ID Buzz and now I finally do!! I can't give enough praise to Francisco, it is so refreshing to be helped by someone who actually cares. Victor was also very helpful along the process of getting them fixed. Thank you guys! In my opinion, the only two people at VW (Thousand Oaks and Woodland Hills) that actually deserve a 5/5 review. :)
2021 Tesla Model 3 review
This is easily the most fun car I've ever driven; handling is great and it destroys muscle cars off the line! Very techy but fairly simple to figure everything out. I'll likely only ever buy Teslas now.

2021 Tesla Model 3 review
If you want a maintenance-free vehicle, this is the closest thing you can find on the market. We’ve been driving the wheels off our Model 3 LR for almost two years. No gas stations, no oil changes, no fluid changes (unless you count windshield wiper fluid,) tires still have plenty of tread, brakes have barely ever been used (regenerative brakes are amazing,) the temperature in the car is always perfect when you get in, and no turning the car off, simply get out and walk away, the car does the rest. The only service we have done to this car has been tire rotation, and they come to your house to do it if you want! Charging at home means you never, ever have to worry about the state of your “tank” unless you’re on a trip over 350 miles. And then it’s a quick navigation to a supercharger for a few minutes; the car automatically does the math for you and determines the best places to stop along your route. Admittedly, the occasional supercharge on a long trip is the only downside and could be a dealbreaker for some. But we plan accordingly. Plug up the car, walk the dogs or grab a bite to eat. By the time you’re done, the car is ready to go! The loudest voices in the room are always the people that had the rare bad experience, that’s inescapable. Just know that they are the minority. This car has plenty of get up and go whenever you need it and rides smooth. I used to drive muscle cars, so not hearing all that engine noise took a little bit to get used to. But now I don’t miss it at all. In fact, now I’m mildly annoyed when I’m the passenger in a loud car. That’s probably also a sign that I’m getting older. If you’re on the fence about an EV, go take one for a test drive. Tesla doesn’t pressure you, they don’t even ride along with you. It’s just you and the car, so you can see for yourself. I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!
2024 Tesla Model 3 review
All around best car for the price point. Not to mention, it’s 99% self-driving already and will be 99.99% soon! Most American made vehicle in its category. Save thousands on fuel.

2022 Tesla Model 3 review
I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

2018 Tesla Model 3 review
I've owned my 2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD car for 5 years and 65,000 miles. Over that time, the only maintenance I've done has been wipers, wiper fluid, tires, a 12v battery, and cabin air filters. The car has been a blast to drive and flawless. I was able to find a single paint run on one of the mirror caps. Tesla offered to replace it, but I never did. It's not noticeable. Panel gaps are better than the Camry I park next to every day.
