Roger Mayorga was my salesman. He was well informed on the vehicle and made me feel comfortable. Very pleasant and I was happy to work with him. He followed up and is currently having techs look into a Homelink system that is not working on the vehicle. I may up my score to 5 if he gets to the bottom of it. =) Julian Perez completed the process with the paperwork signing. He was welcoming, friendly and made me feel at ease during the process. A few words to warrant considerations: Please do not forget to give your customers very clear explanations of your additional fees and explain the finance paperwork. If it takes 4 hours to get in the finance room, the last step should never be rushed through!
Oil change & tires rotated took about 1.5 hours like they said. Nice waiting room internet connection, coffee, Service has always been very good, bringing our CRV there for 6 years. Prices are reasonable. Military vets get a discount on service.
Walked in one day after previously looking at a new car in the lot for my wife. Within 10 minutes after talking to John Vanik and Tim Duda I received and excellent lease deal on a new Rouge Sport that I could live with.They gave me a rock bottom deal, much better than I had expected. A few days later I came back to lease the vehicle. They also gave me a great price on the paint protection package.

Was looking to finance a use vehicle. I was having trouble looking into other places as I felt they didn’t really take the time to let me decide. It was more of a you should check out this car situation. A friend recommended me this place and I got to say they where really patient and cooperative. I bought Honda Civic 2014. Many options for Japanese cars at reasonable price. They price to sell the cars instead of spending time in negotiations .please don’t go over the facility as we don’t need nice facility to get a good price on the car
