My shopping is efficient enough, with 6 hours from inquiring and quoting, counter with my bottom line, then test drive and contract. The sales (Kuwarbir) and financial departments are working flawlessly, which I liked most.

AutoNation Subaru ArapahoeReviews
AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe review
Paul is an absolute beast when it comes to securing financing and taking care of his customers. I drove up from Colorado Springs because, honestly, I had not experienced the same level of speed, efficiency, attention, and genuine care anywhere closer to home. Words honestly cannot express how grateful I am for the work Paul did for me. What impressed me most was that it felt like Paul was working to earn my business long before I ever walked through the door. He listened to what I wanted, understood what I needed, and then actually delivered. Paul found a vehicle that checked every box, and I mean every box. From the color of the car to the seat material, he somehow managed to understand exactly what I was looking for. He wasn't simply trying to put me into a vehicle; he was listening to me as a customer and matching me with something that genuinely felt right. I bought the car, and I couldn't be happier with how the entire experience came together. If you're in Colorado Springs, do yourself a favor: get out of the Springs and make the drive to AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe. The difference in customer service was absolutely worth the trip for me. And Paul? He's officially going on our Christmas list, because he 💯 reminded me that there are still dealerships out there that genuinely want your business, not just today, but for the long term. Thank you, Paul, for making what can usually be a stressful experience feel personal, straightforward, and exciting. You earned my business, my gratitude, and my recommendation. This is what customer service is supposed to feel like. My recommendation to others in this industry, you need you a Paul! Dealing with financing was certainly cake walk as well. Chris Espino Rivera , apologize for spelling, was thorough ;-) and answered every single question, all of them. This place is doin' it right.
2019 Tesla Model X review
You’ll forget about your childhood dream car once you get behind the wheel. 0-60 in just 3.9 seconds (curb weight ~5700lbs) No cost of ownership as compare to other $90k SUV after 12k miles.

2019 Tesla Model X review
Best car in its class. A lot of people who don’t know or never experienced a Tesla will create so many false narratives due to their own ignorance. Tesla are the safest cars hands down especially with autopilot engaged. They also have very little maintenance because they do not have all the traditional components as an ICE vehicle. Upfronted price is steep and the range of this vehicle especially can be further but I definitely recommend this car to anyone in the market.

Fast Fast Fast CAR! Anyone who has ever had one will tell you it's very difficult to drive another car after this. Anyone complaining doesn't have the money to afford this and isnt realistic when it comes to luxury cars. Expensive cars are expensive. Cheap cars are cheap. Pick your problems. I would give a 5 star review however, I received my vehicle as of yet. What I will say is that everything went good as far the purchase of the vehicle. They answered all of my questions as well as sent me photos and video of the vehicle. All in all my experience was great. Thanks to Robert he was helpful and made me comfortable with my purchase even with me being from out of state. Thank you Highland Auto and Thank you Robert !!!!
2019 Tesla Model X review
After driving the Pilot, Ridgeline, Highlander, Santa Fe, and several others, the Tesla model X was by far the best value for my money. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. The ride is like a heaven and it handles almost like a SUV. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology! On my first 500+ mile trip, I averaged 30$ in charge. If you're looking for a new crossover in this segment, put this one on your short list to test drive.

Preston was super helpful, let me take my time with my purchase and was extremely helpful. Not pushy at all, and the car is absolutely amazing. Exactly what I wanted, and fairly priced, made the entire process easy!
