After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. Leith Ford serviced and solved my F-150’s issue very quickly. The service technician was very knowledgeable and talked to me multiple times to explain the issue and repair. The service department sends pictures and video message updates frequently throughout the repair which is really cool. The price was cheaper than I expected based off internet estimates. Their service was much faster and informed than the dealership I had been going to in Raleigh. John and Kate were very helpful. Before calling Leith Ford I had called the Ford dealership in Wake Forest to see availability and cost and they said that given the miles they wouldn’t even service the transmission and that it had to be replaced! What a scam! Definitely recommend Leith Ford.
