2025 Toyota 4Runner review
I purchased a 2025 4Runner TRD Pro and only in a few hundred miles I love it. I had a few 5th generation 4Runners and they were great. But this is a whole new level with the 6th generation. Great ride, comfort, technology, and capabilities is unmatched by the previous generations. The only thing I don't was the price tag. But personally, I would do it again.

It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I still give 5 stars because I truly believe Carrie in corporate and the GM of the store are stand-up people who genuinely care about making sure their customers are happy and in the right vehicle. In the end, everything worked out as it should. Carrie was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process, and the GM was equally understanding and supportive. I stand by the fact that CarMax sells reliable, well-running vehicles. Two of my children have purchased cars from them, and I recently purchased a Ford F-150 myself. Each time, the vehicles have been excellent. I’ve been very satisfied with the service I’ve received—both when selling my vehicle (fair offer) and when buying one (fair price). I had a great experience working with Israel when I purchased my Camry. He was kind, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely funny. His jokes were perfectly timed, and he had my son Jonathan and me laughing throughout the experience, which made buying a car a lot more enjoyable. I was especially impressed by how thorough Israel was during the test drive. He took the time to explain so many of the little details about the car and its capabilities ? things I probably would have never known to ask about. He clearly knew the vehicle and wanted to make sure I understood what I was buying rather than just rushing through a test drive. What also really stood out to me was how Israel interacted with my son. He asked Jonathan about his interests, included him in the conversation, joked around with him, and was just incredibly personable. It felt genuine, not like part of a sales pitch. Israel was a really good salesman, but more importantly, I came away feeling like he was simply a genuinely nice guy. There was none of that stereotypical high-pressure car-salesman feeling. He made us comfortable, made us laugh, answered our questions, and made the experience fun. I would absolutely recommend Israel to my friends and coworkers, and I would happily work with him again. He was great and deserves the recognition.

2025 Toyota 4Runner review
I couldn’t wait to own the new model year and had to wait for months for it to be delivered. I love it. The exterior is gorgeous and interior is just enough for a 4WD SUV. The brakes are NOISY in reverse and quite embarrassing so I hope they fix that soon. It’s only in reverse and never in drive. Overall I give it a solid 4/5.
