I went in for an EV test drive and by end of day came home with a brand new 2026 Toyota BZ Woodland. The experience was very pleasant. At no point I detected subtle or blatant sales pressure. Even discussing the numbers was a quickly converging and satisfactory experience. Art Livingston is a super sweet guy. We test drove two EVs. He stayed until about 9pm to see me drive out with the new EV. Most everybody else were also very decent - you could share life-stories with them. Best part: Toyota BZ Woodland Premium is an amazing car. Drove beautifully. Nice set of high end features. Great styling.

I bought a used Ridgeline from Mark Jacobson Toyota (Pre-owned) in Durham. There was a small problem with a crack in the molding in a rear wheel well. I bought the car with the understanding that they would fix it and had it noted on the paperwork. Long story short, there was a significant underlying issue with the bumper hidden from view. Evidently it had a small dent that meant the new molding would not have fit perfectly. They could have slapped the new molding on it and called it a day but they said "they wanted to do it right" and sent it off to the body shop to get a complete bumper replacement per the Honda Dealerships recommendation. Ramzi (car salesman) kept me in the loop the entire time. I never had to chase anyone for them to honor the agreement. Picked the car up today and it looks brand new. The customer service received was excellent. My representative was Lane HARTSFIELD. He demonstrated excellent customer service….knowledgeable and professional. My only concern is why the service department did not diagnose the issue the first time. I had to return the same day because my issue was not resolved; however, I did not have any issues in getting a loaner car for the weekend which was so very helpful as I had an event to attend. Also, it’s difficult getting to the appropriate rep when calling your main number. I do not deal with digital/AI. Phone calls should go directly to the receptionist.
