My cousin recommended a sales rep at this dealer, Gil Zollarcoffer because she just purchased a new used Rav4 and said Gil was an honest sales rep. I was actively searching for several weeks for a new used Prius with AWD and heated front seats. They were hard to find anywhere (gas prices are probably helping the hybrid sales to go through the roof). Anyway, went up on a Saturday to test drive a few different makes (no Prius's on the lot) and when I came back from second test drive (Corella) Gil found me a Prius with the two things that were a must have for me. I highly recommend Gil and Torrington Toyota.

My salesman was Mike Shakro and he was very good. I was buying a used car and I gave him a price range I wanted to stay within and I told him 2016 or newer. He showed me three cars but I liked the Nissan Sentra 2016 with 20k miles on it. Max Tananbaum, one of the managers, came out to visit us and gave us below the list price. We got a Rust Proof undercarriage protection that allows us to get an additional $500 dollars if I ever trade in the car in the future. Jose Cordero was very helpful with a three year warranty that included towing and car rentals in case the car ever needed to be fixed. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience. It didn't take that long considering how busy they were and Mike the salesman even help me return my rental car by suggesting they were only a quarter mile down the road from the dealer. They have made me a loyal customer from now on.
