Shelly Jackowski is an absolute shining star in the service department! I have been going to her for years, and she is the sole reason I keep coming back to this dealership. She always keeps my Camry running perfectly and consistently takes the time to explain everything clearly, keeping me updated every step of the way. In an industry where it is hard to know who to trust, Shelly stands out as a wonderful, honest Christian woman of the highest integrity. I know I can always depend on her to never take advantage of me—she only ever recommends and schedules the work my car actually needs. When I leave my car with Shelly, I am totally at ease because I know I am in the best possible hands. She is simply the best at what she does, and the dealership is incredibly lucky to have her.

Graff Chevrolet review
My salesman was very patient with me. I asked a ton of questions because there was so much about the vehicle that differed from my 2013 Suburban. I suppose, if I were not such a Luddite, I would have found many of these things obvious. As it was, we didn't explore the engine bay. My age and under-hood vehicle complexity have pretty much made my access here a waste of time. The salesman balanced the time spent on each element and provided me with a reasonably good understanding of each. However, I still spend time digging through the owner's manual, after the buy, trying to grasp the fine points of various elements.

I'd like to thank the team at Sport City Toyota. They treated me with respect and honored their verbal pricing throughout the process. No hidden fees, no magic price increases, just straight dealing from some really great guys. Toyota's below market financing rates didn't hurt. I had an excellent experience, and it was worth the 2 1/2 hour drive.

If you’re looking for a new vehicle, ask for Jesse Esparza to help you out. He helped my husband I out when we were trying to decide on buying a vehicle. We were full of questions and he answered them all and he gave us a lot of information to help us. Jesse is definitely the one to ask for and we will always as for him. Again thanks Jesse

I wrote a bad review about how I felt I was treated. It is pending removal. I wanted to get right to placing a positive review while I wait. They went out of their way to make things right, and I am excited to be purchasing a car from them. Thank you for being open to working with me again, and being flexible.

Toyota of RockwallReviews
Toyota of Rockwall review
If you're in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend Toyota of Rockwall! Buying a car is usually something I dread because it's often a long, stressful process. This was completely different. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcomed, respected, and valued. A huge thank you to Quinn Flowers in Sales, Mick Schott in the Service Department, and Dave in Finance. Their professionalism, honesty, and customer service were exceptional. What really stood out was their commitment to under-promising and over-delivering. They never pressured me or made promises they couldn't keep—instead, they exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Quinn made the buying process easy and enjoyable, Mick took the time to explain the service side and made me feel confident I'd be taken care after my purchase, and Dave made the finance process simple, transparent, and stress-free. Great people. Great service. Great experience. This was hands down the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Thank you, Toyota of Rockwall, for raising the bar on what customer service should look like. You've earned a loyal customer, and I'll gladly recommend you to my family and friends! 🚗⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bianca Vigue was an absolute pleasure to work with! She treated the experience as an exploration of the vehicle and the fun in enjoying a car for the first time. She gave us plenty of space to examine the vehicles, but she also was very knowledgeable adding very helpful information. She was sensitive to our schedules and accommodated us accordingly. I would gladly use Bianca Vigue again and highly recommend her to others!

Simply outstanding. Quickly but professionally directed into the service bay, where I was immediately met by a service advisor named Phillip. As a recent buyer, he immediately recognized my identity and got to work. His projected work completion time was quite fast, but in reality, it was completed sooner than he had projected. The system was flawless and the people superior. I do not know how they could improve the experience I had this morning.

Julian was a great salesman. Gave me some off on the price, and gave me some extra on the trade-in we had, so I got to the price I was looking for. Genuinely nice dude who was great to work with! I bought a 2019 Ford Explorer because I found their website and it was the best price.

Made an appointment in advance for 20k mile maintenance. Arrived a few minutes before. Had a service tech greet me almost immediately, ask why I was there, and lead me into the waiting area which had plenty of comfy seating, free bottles of water and warmed individually wrapped cookies. I received a text immediately telling me that Toyota would update me through text on the progress of the work being done. The next text, at about an hour later, told me their recommendations for replacement, such as air filter and the cost, to which I could select approve or disapprove. I approved. 15 minutes later text was received saying my car was ready. I stood up and the tech met me and let me to cashier to pay. And then to my car. Very organized. Very clean. Very efficient.

Toyota of Fort Worth review
I just purchased a new Toyota Tacoma today and was beyond pleased with the experience. I used the Costco Auto Program and was contacted by Ruben Puente quickly. He provided me the Costco price (which was great btw) and provided me trade in figures quickly via email. This was super helpful as I leave 2 hours away and wanted to make sure all the numbers were buttoned up before I made the trip down. Unfortunately Ruben was off today but answered his cell phone and arranged for his peer Lee Makarwich to help me when I arrived. They coordinated well and Lee had the Tacoma cleaned up and ready for me to check out upon my arrival. Lee went to bat for me with a discrepancy with the value of one of my trade ins and made sure I got the deal I was expecting. He was very professional and took great care to make sure everything was explained properly and that I was taken care of. Kevin Tran, the Finance Manager, listened to my needs and offered a great solution for my long term ownership satisfaction. We settled on a short term/high mileage warranty and gap protection to protect me from any unforeseen expenses that may occur in the future. He was friendly, professional and a pleasure dealing with. Overall from the being to the end, this was a wonderful experience and highly recommend checking out the great staff at Toyota of Fort Worth for any automobile purchase.

First, Vivian was an exceptionally knowledgeable sales rep. She only showed us what we were wanting to see. Great listener. I dreaded going and have to say it was painless! She would spend as much or as little time as you wanted. She valued our time. Finance was equally respectful of our time. The dealership is very nice. I did my research in advance so have total confidence that I got a very fair deal. Thank you so much!!!

Arturo Vallez has been the only car sales person I’ve ever dealt with who was naturally informative, counseled in a non-salesy way, and just came across as honest and full of integrity. My family and I loved working with him. He was a wonderful active listener and generous in so many ways when my daughter was not feeling well. I highly recommend him. His service was exceptional. We’re very happy with Arturo and our new car!

Just purchased a 2026 Toyota 4 Runner from Vandergriff. My sales rep. Bianca Vigue was very pleasant to work with. I wanted to test drive two different vehicles, one hybrid, and one non hybrid. She allowed me to do thorough test drives and respected my opinions, without trying to influence me. She’s a nice person, and I recommend her if you’re shopping for a new car.
