John Hiester Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of LillingtonReviews
John Hiester Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lillington review
I have been searching for a AMG since June, 2022. I have been dealing with the mark up of these cars that go against what banks value them. One after another I end up passing a deal on one due to the owner not having the title in hand, price and delayed responses from sellers. Frustrated, I decided to do my daily web search for a AMG and calm the nerves. Little do I find, a car I once owned. Back in 2020 I ended up having to sell a few of my cars due to medical reasons and expenses. One of them was a 2005 SLK55 AMG, which I had worked on personally rebuilding/improving the Roadster. I never thought I would see this car again until I found it on John Heister's website, which this Dealership was located in North Carolina nearly 1825 miles away. I contacted the dealership quickly hoping it wasn't pending sale. John(Sales) who I had first contact with, listened to my story about the vehicle including my past ownership. I went over the details of the worked performed and the modifications I have done to the SLK. He was intrigued with my story and was interested in helping me buy this car back. Now in most cases dealing with price is always the harder end when buying a vehicle but John made it easy, working with his Sales Manager they both gave me the green light on what I would pay for this vehicle. I was so happy and with John's constant communication throughout the buying process and getting the car ready for transport I was beyond exhilarated. This was a effortless experience compared to other Dealers who have only seen customer's as a Dollar sign walking through the door or in this case thru a website haha. Thank you John, Sales Manager and the John Heister Dealership! Yours's Truly, Panzer

While shopping for a used vehicle, Willie Williams was the perfect sales person to land this sale. His knowledge on the Buick was above all over sales person I spoke with at other dealerships. Along with John Linton on the paper work along with the extra warranty, everything just fell in place. We will return but maybe the next time it will be a new vehicle.

Great staff and exceptional customer service. Everyone is very knowledgeable about your financing and automotive needs!
2023 Toyota Corolla review
I've owned several Corolla's before, and the 2023 XSE is the best one yet. The fit and finish of the exterior, and the design and materials of the interior are all high quality for a car in this price range. The overall drivability is excellent, and feels like a car that's much more expensive. I'm still not really a fan of the CVT transmission. When you go to accelerate quickly, the car seems to be sliding in between gears and never actually chooses one. But after reading the owners manual and learning to shift the gears manually, it allows the cars performance to really shine through. It has 10 gears in the Manual Mode, and it's actually pretty fun to shift with either the up & down shift paddles on the side of the steering wheel, or pushing the gear-select lever one at a time. Anyway - it was the only driving issue I had, and Toyota already had a solution. Overall, this new Corolla is the best value car I've ever owned.

We originally saw the auto online and talked about a trade in via phone. Richard Walsh made the transaction easy and pleasant. He knew we would be driving down from the Northeast and would be exhausted; papers were organized and ready, car was right up front when we pulled up. The dealership was clean; people very friendly, the car was clean, had mats and 2 keys. YAY! I would recommend Mazda of Port Charlotte and Rich Walsh. We will be back when shopping for a second car. Thank You

Big Thanks to Truck Town and their Miracle Worker Angela, she did what she said she would do and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to give us the best deal and the best vehicle for our needs and budget. This is a dealership like no other, the sales staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I also wanted to give Mark the Finance Manager and a big thank you for personally calling the few Credit Unions to give us the best interest rate. Again there is no other dealership like this........ They fight for you to give you the best deal and the best rate.. You are the best and I will only send friends, family, and anyone in the market Angela. Preferred Autos LLCReviews
Preferred Autos LLC review
This was the best used car shopping experience. The whole process was so easy and painless. That is not my usual experience as a female. Pat was wonderful and respectful. He showed me the car and had to jump it since the battery was dead. I notice the seal in the headlights was broke so moisture was inside the headlights. I said if I liked the car I’d need the headlights replaced. The car drove great. Pat agreed to replace the headlights and, without me even asking said, “obviously the battery is shot so I’ll replace that as well”. I asked if he thought it needed new tires, which I said I would pay for, and he said the tires were Michelin, a good brand with probably 10,000 miles left, so it should wait. I appreciate he didn’t try to sell me a set of tires I didn’t need. When I picked up the car, it had brand new headlights and a brand new battery. He didn’t pull parts from the junk yard or repurpose a battery from one of the other cars. He also spray painted the arms of the windshield wipers black (they were rusted metal) to make it look good. It was washed and waxed and looked great! He had the paperwork ready to go when I arrived to pick up so it was easy to complete the sale. That was 2 weeks ago and the car has been sound with no problems. Thanks Pat! I will never buy from anywhere else!

Had the best experience. Skylar and staff are warm and very welcoming. My family and I felt very comfortable and will recommend to all other family members. Completely worth the drive.💜

We purchased a car from Joe Peters and couldn't be happier with the experience. He did not pressure us and was extremely kind. We even laughed a lot during a time when you are making a big decision! We will check with Joe when it is time for another car. Thanks so much Joe!
