This was our fourth dodge purchase over the past ten years and our second from Jerry Ulm Dodge in Tampa. We have all of our vehicles serviced at this dealership and the service has been outstanding so far.
2024 Toyota Corolla review
Bought this car brand new and I really like for an economically standpoint. It's just as spacious as the Camry. Totally Love this car. Highly recommended.

Car is in excellent condition, service was fantastic. Only caveat was a $2k reconditioning fee, but this brought the total price to the same value in KBB, so we went for it.

This has been the easiest we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle!!! The down payment was literally $95 & there was absolutely no catch. We were able to get a 2017 vehicle!!!! How much better could your day get. Linny was amazing to work with & made the whole process so simple. She streamlined everything.

I would highly recommend this be your first spot to go to for finding ur new ride. Ken Logan greeted us the door with a nice warm welcome. He was knowledgeable and seemed to really understand what kind of car I was looking for. Ken was very patient as I made my decision and never made me feel pressured into the sale like most car salesman are. I would highly recommend this place.

Ferman BMW review
Purchased a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica from Ferman BMW and David Soto was our salesman. We had arranged to see and test drive online and were using Sams club program I did not plan on trading in as I had a good offer from Carvana. They were able to meet my requirement to trade in my vehicle. David was excellent, no pressure, calm and friendly. Business office was the same, no pressure and easy experience I will highly recommend Ferman based on this experience and David Soto as an excellent person to deal and buy from. Only issue we wish we had been told there was only one key/ fob to vehicle as now we must pay for a second key/ fob

IT was amazing 🤩 I was scared at first because my car was in good shape but after listening to the dealer explained the future of my car life I sat there thinking WOW 😦 I never thought of it that way before I thought I was set up for another 6 years to come. But he shift my site to a new look at the truth and I was so excited yet overwhelmed to be honest I felt so unreal me leaving from two second hand cars to a new car that I was going to be the first one to drive it i had to pinch myself and give God all the Glory a oil change was all I needed now I'm in a new 2026 Toyota Camry thank you Mr Jesse Eubanks and your good friend for helping me to get financed so I could drive away with my new car 🚗🚨 I will always be tell my family and friends if they need a new car or a good second hand car this is the place to go they are compassionate caring and understanding they know what it is like out there to need a new car but cannot afford it. So again thank you for letting me drive out of your dealership with my head high again and again 🙏🤗💘

CarMax Jacksonville WestReviews
CarMax Jacksonville West review
I recently purchased a 2018 VW Beetle Convertible. I ran a CarFax on the vehicle for my own peace of mind. It was mint condition with very low miles. My salesman was Hugh. He was great. I test drove the car on a Friday, filled everything out on line, was approved for my loan, came back on Monday and purchased the vehicle using the express checkout. My local VW dealership checked out the vehicle and it was perfect. Thanks CarMax.

CarMax Ft. Myers review
I was selling my car. They gentleman that helped me (Reggie as I remember) was so kind. He was on point with everything very well versed in his field. More then that he was fun to talk to it was more like having a friend there with me then a car Max employee.
