I told them they are making a mistake because I was going to purchase a car for my daughter. This past Friday I did just that. My daughter and I traveled to High Point and dealt with Vann York Toyota. We were just looking when a salesman came out and asked if he could help. It was Greg Reantillo and we had some questions about a couple cars in the lot and a couple we had seen on-line. Greg was very helpful, knowledgeable about all and any car we had questions about. He was not pushy, didn't act like he had something else to do. He took his time with us and my daughter whose decision it was liked him so Greg sold us a car! We dealt with Rodriguo in the finance office and he was very nice and he did a good job with us. We left happy and my daughter just purchased her first car and I am sure we will be back again! 2024 Toyota Corolla review
It is a Corolla so don't expect a Lexus. Many nice features like keyless operation, auto headlights and parking brake. Human Factors design is terrible. The center display has a lot of good information, but in font so small it is distracting to try and read it while driving. When you engage cruise control, a warning in small print legalese appears for several seconds, blanking out your speed and telling you not to take your eyes off the road. Of course if you want to read the warning, you cannot see the road. Other feature that is annoying is the assumption that if anything like a coat or a book are on the back seat, you must have left a small child in the car so it beeps repeatedly when you lock the car and then sends you a text that there is something in the back seat. Oil is 0W-8 so don't expect to do your own oil change as it is not generally available in stores. The ride is comfortable for an economy car and it is reasonably quiet. If you love AndroidAuto, you will like the interface, if you don't like it, well, Toyota does not give you any other option that is easy to use. There are 2 cupholders, a small glovebox, and a very small center console compartment. No other storage. No place for a small box of Kleenex, no place to store sunglasses.

Over the past month I have been looking at the 2021 4Runner, which I recently completed the purchase. I visited several Toyota dealers and spoke to quite a few sales people about this vehicle. I was very happy with the deal we were able to make on this SUV. It was a great value! Everyone I met at this dealership was kind and well informed about the product they were selling. It was very clean, organized, and efficient. Mrs. Dawn Grubs had exceptional knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in. Unlike the other sales people I dealt with at other Toyota Dealerships, she was interested in making sure I purchased the vehicle that fit my needs, not just one that was in stock. Overall I was impressed how the staff worked as a team to help me select and purchase my 4Runner. No one pressured me or rushed me to make a decision. No matter who I asked for help I never heard "let me find someone else to help you" or "you can ask your sales person" like at the other dealerships I visited. I checked around and other had expressed confidence in working with your dealership. I found a 4Runner that I liked and I was presented with a great deal on it. Unfortunately, within a few hours it was sold to someone else. Mrs. Grub's positive attitude shined through as she told me her team would find a better one, and they would work hard to make sure it was the best deal they could make. She answered all my questions, and we were able to order a new one in the color I wanted. It was clear to me that the staff had my best interests in mind rather than just trying to make a sale, and I appreciate that very much.
