I brought my new 2025 RAV4 in with 650 miles on the Odometer Ian?s expressed a couple of concerns I had. The Service writer (John) wrote it up and within 3 hours (I left the car with them), they called me to pick it up. I had a few questions about their answers and John went and got the Technician to meet me out at the car to explain in detail. I was impressed with my first interview-action with this dealer.

Finally I enjoyed the car buying experience! Bob Pearson understood our out of state trip had a tight window to look at the car. He made sure it was ready for a test drive after a thorough description of the features. He explained everything in detail and continues to answer texts about settings on the car after the purchase. Tim, our sales rep, was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He answered all of our questions and was very accommodating when I called back to check for some items we left in the car we traded in. Our only issues were 1. The sticker price on the car did not include all of the ?options? that were actually on the car so we paid more in the end than we thought we would. 2. The dealership would not hold the car for us for 48 hours even with a significant down payment. We had to hurry up and clean out our trade in car and spend quite a bit of time on the paperwork. Since we have purchased over 10 cars from this dealership over the years, we thought the dealership would have valued our customer loyalty. This is by no means the fault of our salesperson. It?s the dealership and corporate.

Ricardo S and Gloria P were exceptionally gracious, patient and helpful so I could understand the latest RAV4 lineup, gas versus hybrid, test drives, etc. Subsequent to my visit, they responded promptly to my phone calls and texts. Before stepping inside Victory Midtown, I was skeptical of the sales tactics I would encounter at an inner-city dealership. Instead, I was surprised and delighted to encounter transparency, no pressure, no nonsense, and no hidden fees. I ended up needing to go to an out-of-state dealership to find the unique color combo and options package I was looking for. Nevertheless, I feel compelled to give Ricardo and Gloria the appreciation and review they deserve to expect.

my parents bought a new camry back in 2016 the salesperson Greg recognized them right away when they walked in we came back to sell the camry because my parents wont be driving anymore even though we werent buying a car they treated us very well and were fair to my parents. big thanks to Greg and now i might buy a new camry from this dealership though i live in Indiana.

Based on my experience, I have to give five stars and double it to ten. What more can I ask? Very lucky! My first call was with the service manager Alberto. He explained the details of what to do in the situation like I was experiencing and Alberto, Nick and many others worked like a great team. They are polite, kind and they followed through every promise they made, charged me the minimally necessary, and even went ABOVE and BEYOND to reduce cost knowing what I have been through. Not only the new catalytic converter was restored, but I understood my car more, oil, fluid change, the car got a new life. I knew my car was happy there. Not only I am super grateful, but I know that God will bless their service, and each one of them for their kindness! Thank you! BTW, they provided great shuttle service at no charge, my car was super clean, the 13 year old battery was replaced, I truly appreciate the attention to detail. The car was there for 9 month due to the national back order, they took SUCH GREAT CARE for the car. Here is a bit more detail: My Prius's catalytic converter was stolen 9 month ago, since then my car has been through two Toyota dealerships. I called five. I had to move my car due to the dealership change stories after got me in or asking for excessive work, some suggested welding, it became confusing and exhausting for me physically and mentally having to move the car multiple times. So I just randomly search Toyota dealership and ended up calling Toyota on Western. The call with Alberto was short and sweet, about five minutes, I decided to move my car to their location. Glad I did! Alberto was straightforward, very educational and professional. It was from him, I finally understood, why welding the catalytic for the Prius converter is wrong, and I am all for doing the best for my car. I was uplifted, and relaxed after Alberto took my car in. He also move the car from time to time to keep the break in good shape, no amount of money or compliment can be exchanged with such genuine help and willingness to do good. I am smiling, and feeling very thankful!
