Ourisman Toyota 40Reviews
Ourisman Toyota 40 review
My wife and i bought a Toyota Rav4 2025 yesterday 01/31/2025 from Ourisman Toyota in edgewoodmaryland. Initially, Briscoe and i have been talking through phone and text message for 2 weeks this guy is wonderful,he is such a wonderful guy.He was accommodating and worked with us through to find suited and beautiful SUV I also had the pleasure of working with Ron J., who assisted with my vehicle financing. I also want to thank and appreciate The manager Ron Jackson for his help in guiding us through the paperwork. Every employee I came in contact with at the dealership was professional and helpful. Overall, I would recommend this dealership and its staff to anyone interested in buying a vehicle.

Bob Bell Chevrolet review
I have a major engine overhaul done on my Colorado. They did a fantastic job. It runs great. I have a little problem when I receive my truck back and the service director and the service manager gave me a loaner car. They worked on my truck. They did everything right I was very pleased with everything. They corrected everything in a very timely manner and a very professional manner I would definitely support Bob Bill keep up the good work, gentlemen and ladies.
2026 Toyota Corolla review
So far so good. If had her a week. My only complaints and they're minor. One, there is only one cigarette outlet inside the center console so you have a wire going from the center console to your dash. The outlet should be somewhere on the dash. There is a usb outlet on the dash so you have to buy a new camera. Like I said minor. Two, no rear windshield wipers. The car is very quite so you don't have outside noise. Ride is very smooth. Seat is comfortable. The Ruby Pearl is stunning. For a 2026 I thought $24k was a fair price. I just filled up yesterday so jury is out on gas mileage.

Ourisman Toyota 40Reviews
Ourisman Toyota 40 review
I had an outstanding experience purchasing my Toyota! Even from before we walked into the dealership and were just doing online inquiries, Mo was knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle without any pressure. The buying process was smooth, transparent, and surprisingly stress-free. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and Mo took the time to explain all of my options, ensuring I felt confident in my decision. The financing process was straightforward, and they worked hard to find a solution that fit my budget and suited my lifestyle! This dealership is extremely honest, efficient, and committed to providing a great car-buying experience, I highly recommend them.

Was Told the recall work may take up to 3 1/2 hours with the oil change included. It took 3 hours total. I also ask the to check on a front passenger mirror to see if a reasonable fix was possible. I saw a $925 charge was necessary. This was on the paperwork I got. I would have rejected it at that price and checked other sites. Never got that chance. Good clean service operation

Compared to other dealers I. The DMV area, this has been one of my better experiences. I?ve (sadly) purchased over 100 cars and where as most dealers nickel and dime you at ever turn, Koons gets it. Koons Toyota and what used to be Koons Annapolis share a similar philosophy. Your happiness doesn?t have to come at an inflated price. For example, those fees that some dealers beat you over the head with are crazy and inflate the price. Koons doesn?t even beat you up over the 3% credit card fee. (They probably would rather I not mention that) and the cost of the cars is usually the lowest in the area.

Easterns Automotive Group of Laurel review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Easterns Automotive (Laurel) – A Shoutout to Mr. Lorenzo Joseph! From the moment I walked into the Easterns Automotive Laurel location, I knew I was in good hands. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere—but what truly made my experience exceptional was the customer service provided by Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. Mr. Joseph went above and beyond to ensure my car-buying experience was seamless and stress-free. From the initial greeting to handing me the keys, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to understand my needs and budget, provided expert recommendations without any pressure, and answered every question I had with honesty and professionalism. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the way he treated me like more than just another customer. His calm demeanor, transparency throughout the process, and commitment to making sure I left happy made all the difference. In an industry where great customer service can be hit or miss, Mr. Joseph is a true standout. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle and want a team that values integrity and top-tier service, I highly recommend Easterns Automotive in Laurel—and be sure to ask for Mr. Lorenzo Joseph.
