Even though the new 0W-8 oil for this model can be pricey and hard to find at some shops, they took care of everything quickly and professionally. ?I also want to give credit to my service technician, Edison Herrera Moya, for the quality work and the thorough multi-point inspection. I was lucky to have Nelson Pavón's advice for the purchase of my car and at this moment I feel that it is the best purchase I have made since he is a great advisor who does not omit efforts so that his customers are satisfied with the purchase.

Worked with salesman for a few days trying to trade in a car and buy one of theirs. Not too bad overall, but could not get a decent price for my trade. Stopped communicating presumably because my offer was not good enough. Would probably try again with different and more responsive sales person.

Truck unfortunately had a engine light turn on 3 days after purchase and is currently in the service shop. We are waiting to see what is wrong with it.

I contacted Autonation based on an internet listing showing that they were receiving a Tundra TRD Pro in the Wavemaker Blue. The Internet Sales Manager (Jalen) was extremely responsive and very helpful, walking me through the process to reserve a pre-delivery vehicle and he provided regular updates while it was in transit. Jalen notified me as soon as the truck arrived and coordinated delivery, completing much of the transaction before I was onsite. Excellent experience overall.
