I had the pleasure of working with Anna Beltran while my Toyota Tundra was in for maintenance, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, she was extremely professional and delivered world-class customer service. Anna kept me fully informed throughout the entire process, ensuring I knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle every step of the way. Her clear communication, attentiveness, and genuine care made the experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and thorough in their role—Anna truly sets the standard for excellence. Absolutely amazing service adviser and if anyone deserves a raise it's her!

Matt was a pleasant change from the typical high pressure sales person and that made such a difference to me. At the end of the car shopping game I feel I paid a reasonable price for a car that was close to everything I?d hoped for. Fingers crossed it?s an easy own for many years. And if I have questions or problems I?m comfortable stopping by the dealership.

I wish to thank Mike Gillespie for helping me set up my recall for my Honda pilot carbrator replacement. And Mr Mike introduced me to Dominic Neglio sales leader to help my wife and I to talk about a car for my wife. Then Dominic introduced us to Mr. Kaleb Clarke . Mr Kaleb showed us two cars that we liked. 2024 new Accord. very nice. Then he said we just got a new 2025 accord in today that I think you will like. He was correct. My wife loves it so much.I won’t to thank all the staff for their professionalism. A early Christmas for my wife. Thanks Westshore Honda. You’re the best. Thanks Mr. Jeff an Jean Hulec

It’s so much nicer when you show up for your appointment and they actually have the part you need available to install. That way the service advisor doesn’t get into a shouting match with you because you’re pissed off that you drove all that way and they didn’t have the part and tell you that you can take your business elsewhere.

Visited the Sun Toyota service center today. James Lake, my service advisor is simply terrific. Got me quickly set up during an incredibly busy day. When my car was ready James came by and walked me back To the shop floor to my car and Kenneth Walter (sharp young guy) succinctly Showed me the issues and gave me two solutions. Professional, short and sweet with options. Sun Toyota is the best! I always feel well taken care of. I consistently have this kind of experience here. Highly recommend!

We made our first purchase at Sun Toyota yesterday, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Mike Devito went above and beyond—he didn’t feel like a typical salesman, but more like a trusted friend guiding us through the process. Everything felt easy and relaxed, with zero pressure. The dealership is stunning, and their selection of pre-owned vehicles is impressive. We drove off in a beautiful 2021 Nissan Murano and couldn’t be more thrilled. It truly feels like we’ve joined the Sun Toyota family!

Sun Toyota review
I wanna start off by saying my last Experience approaching a vehicle from Sun Toyota In Holiday Florida was a complete nightmare. That was two years ago. I went in yesterday to have a couple of things taken care of. The gentlemen by the name of Michael Shumaker Was the first person that I spoke to when I pulled into the bay. I explain issues I had said while you’re waiting can I show you a car that I think would be happier with. From the very beginning, I told him The issues that I had with my prior purchase. He was so patient and still took the time to go over her numbers to see if he could match my payment. I received the inspection of my vehicle at 8:34 AM. At 11:17 AM the advisor called me and asked me what they wanted to do about Top mounted brake light. At that point, I put my phone on mute with the advisor and told Michael that I needed to walk out of the store because I was furious. He followed me out to talk to me. I told him that thanks to the advisor that he just lost a sale. When I went back inside, he sat down with me the waiting section and we talk some more. Let’s just say he not only came up with the best offer, he got me a better deal on it the vehicle that is completely loaded and is in perfect condition and I looked at him and I said you’ve got a deal and shook my hand. Michael Shumaker Was extremely patient with me. He went to the mat for me and got me a payment that was no more than seven dollars more than my original payment. Not only that but I do not have to make a payment for 45 days as well as I’m getting over a $500 refund check from something that they had put on my old car loan two years ago. This guy is the guy you want to go and ask for when you go there. He was with me for over three hours because I couldn’t decide what to do in the entire time we were together he looked at me directly in the eyes as While speaking and had feedback for all my concerns and questions. This gentleman truly went way above and beyond. He deserves more than a 5 Star rating. In my review, I’m going to give him 10 stars. He told me what I need to go back For any type of service to contact him first. This gentleman even followed up with me in the evening to see how I was enjoying my new purchase. Sun Toyota Extremely lucky lucky to have Michael Shumaker On their team. I hope they do whatever they can to keep him there. Should he go elsewhere I will follow him wherever he goes. I hope that people read the reviews for Sun Toyota In. See this. You will not regret going there and asking for this gentleman.

AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park review
I have been buying cars from this dealership since 2018. Once I found the best employees in the place life has been great! Buba’s the best guy in service always going above and beyond! Trey is the best in sales! Making sure everything is as it’s supposed to be! And Christie when you need a service advisor she is the best person in the whole dealership.

I?m always greeted like part of the family, I am always treated like family and that is one of the reasons I keep coming back. My advisor always listens to my concerns and actually does what I need for my car. My tech was awesome as well he showed me the work and explained what he did. That?s quality in a dealership.
