This is an open review of my positive experience with Grappone Toyota Auto Sales in Concord, NH.
In December – 2017, I was considering the purchase of a Hybrid vehicle, so I started researching available makes and models. Having been satisfied with owning two Prius Models in the past, I was more drawn to their performance, dependability and reasonable price, especially after I learned that they introduced a new model for 2017 called the Prius “Prime” Advanced which was a Hybrid – Electric vehicle with accessories that really perked my interest.
I decided to check out this vehicle at various dealerships to see where I could get the best deal, attention, plus service and the first one I went to happened to be Grappone Toyota in Concord, NH. There, I was first greeted by a very friendly “reception” person who I told of my quest and interest in the Prius Prime. I found that they had ample staff to attend to customers and I was fortunate be introduced to Product Specialist “Cortney C” in sales. I found her to be very pleasant, informative, well versed on the vehicle I was interested in and she gave me what I thought was a fair and honest “up front” price on the car (Grappone’s final “up-front” prices are not negotiable, and the staff are paid hourly and not on commission). There was no pressure, as Courtney listened and took her time to explain and answer any questions I may have had, and then came with me to explain the vehicle’s functions while I road tested a car they had on the lot. I also met with Team Leader “Jeff C” who gave me a fair quote on my trade-in vehicle, and later met Senior Team Leader “Joe D” and another Senior Team Leader “Bob M” who oversee and manage transactions, all of whom were very friendly and personal.
Because of my positive experience, and the way I was treated at this dealership, I sincerely wanted to do business with them. However they did not have the vehicle with the color I wanted in stock and to have one brought in from another dealership significantly added to the purchase price, plus it could not be delivered before the end of the year (which I wanted/needed). Although this forced me to (reluctantly) go to another dealer who had the exact vehicle I wanted in stock, I still returned to Grappone and “sold” them my trade-in vehicle out right for what they quoted me.
Throughout my interaction with Grappone Toyota, I was thoroughly pleased with the way I was treated, and my special appreciation to Courtney and the time she spent with me, plus Jeff, Joe and Bob who also made me feel like “Family”.
If anyone is looking for an honest dealership with upfront prices (and hopefully they have the vehicle you want in stock) I would definitely recommend Grappone Auto Sales in Concord, NH.
