Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

I recently purchased a Toyota Camry at Rice Toyota and in doing so had an incident with Rice that left me unhappy! You can read what happened at dealerrater.com if interested. I told them they are making a mistake because I was going to purchase a car for my daughter. This past Friday I did just that. My daughter and I traveled to High Point and dealt with Vann York Toyota. We were just looking when a salesman came out and asked if he could help. It was Greg Reantillo and we had some questions about a couple cars in the lot and a couple we had seen on-line. Greg was very helpful, knowledgeable about all and any car we had questions about. He was not pushy, didn't act like he had something else to do. He took his time with us and my daughter whose decision it was liked him so Greg sold us a car! We dealt with Rodriguo in the finance office and he was very nice and he did a good job with us. We left happy and my daughter just purchased her first car and I am sure we will be back again! So i didn't get the car i really still want it i keep seeing it 😔😔 i can afford it but I never been without a job more than two years ....but 2 yrs ago I was hit by two vehicles on my job and hadn't worked since 😔 I'm wondering if I could put more money down could I possibly still get this car ....just a thought

We have the 2022 Limited edition. Love the heated and cooled leather seats, very comfortable. Overall vehicle is very quiet, except on concrete roadway surfaces. The rain sensing wipers don't function as well as the ones we had on our 2019 Rav4. I will say, the 3rd row seats are for young kids or very small flexible adults. Also, front doors need more of an arm rest higher up on the doors. The tri zone heat and cooling is great. I like how the adaptive cruise will even slow you down some when entering curves. The 11 speaker JBL sound system is very good. Overall, the negatives listed are fairly minor issues, because we really enjoy this vehicle and the features. I am disappointed that Toyota will not be offering the v-6 in 2023. I much prefer the smoothness and power and torque curve of the 6 versus the turbo 4. The 8 speed transmission is butter smooth, although the kickdown response could be improved. This is our 4th Toyota and will keep coming back because of the higher quality standards and overall reliability. Also, Toyota seems to listen to customers better and making adjustments or corrections better than a lot of the other auto makers.

my wife and I were looking for an MDX, had been looking several weeks, when we recently stopped by Jerry Hunt Auto...we were assigned to salesman, Axel Camargo, who was friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car we desired. He found nothing that day, suggested close alternatives,etc. but we chose to wait. Axel continued the hunt for what we wanted, which showed up on Cars.com and was at Jerry Hunt's. Alex was called by us, showed us that car, not pushy, though, and we made the purchase. He followed up with us a few days later, which was nice of him. I bought a brand new Toyota Highlander platinum hybrid, 2022. I’ve owned Mercedes and a whole bunch of other cars but the noise from this literally hurts my ears. Really sucks because I wanted to keep this car forever but now I wanna get rid of it because the low bassy vibration is absolutely terrible. I have seen some people talking about a foot to radiator seal, hoping that might help. I want to fix this but its some serious xxxxxxxx. I like bass but this suckd toyota… 😢

The sales staff was very easy to work with when buying my QX60. The concierge service has been great since I don't live in Winston Salem and work from home. They bring me a loaner vehicle and take my car for service. The drivers are very professional and I don't worry about my vehicle in their hands. If you're looking for a new vehicle I would give them a shot.

We switched from 4Runner to Highlander! Many years of Toyota loyalty in our family. Camrys to Tacoma’s we have had them all. I stole my wife’s 4Runner away from her and replaced it with a 2021 Highlander XSE. It’s been awesome. Bought it brand new. We just hit 65k. We drive from northern Idaho to Scottsdale Az all year and at anytime. Yes, anytime. AWD Snowmobile. It’s awesome in the snow! 22-28 MPG on the Hwy. For those worried about driving a wagon looking vessel around that does not have the great looks of the 4Runner? Don’t worry about it. The XSE has a great looking front end. The XSE Model handles great and boogies. Yes, it’s quick and drives like a sports car. Well, it handles well not quite a sports car. Don’t get the regular Highlander. XSE looks different, has the JBL stereo and drives great. AWD with a Snow Mode. Oh, and it had a third row for little ones. Reliability - been amazing. Zero issues.

Today I purchased my 2nd Ram 1500 from Brandon Issacs. The first was a 2020 Limited and today a 2022 Longhorn. Brandon is one of the hardest working automotive Salespersons that I have ever met which is why I keep coming back. Brandon figures out what is important to you and he does his best to outperform your expectations, and mine are pretty high. He does not waste my time at all. I went to another store with the same truck and after wasting time trying to put a deal together, and it was a pretty good deal, I left because the sales manager got involved and was pushy and unprofessional. So back I came to Northpoint CDJR and left 45 minutes later in another new truck! Thanks Brandon! The service department is also first class. I have dealt with Jessica several times and she does exactly what she says and gets it done when she promises it to be done. Great job Northpoint!!!

I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

Luxurious is how I would describe this car! Smooth ride, efficient and a great looking vehicle! It has plenty of room and pretty cool features as well. I live this car and highly recommend it!

Overall very good and reliable vehicle for the money. Not the most comfortable, stylish, or best on fuel but for the price i dont think you can find better

I’m very well pleased with the way he explained assist help me set up test drive in all the different little odds ends or add on’s that he explained to me that was very helpful to me, help assist me with my shopping for my vehicle, which was a Toyota Corolla cross 2026, He even set up the Radio and Phone to the Vehicle. It was just a Great way how he went about this Journey or Process that made the wait time at the Dealership Amazing. First Time not Being at the Dealership all day or even 4-5 hours long. Great 3-row hybrid. Very reliable. Very comfortable. Lots of cargo space, especially with the third row seat down. Put down the second row and cargo space is enormous. Good gas mileage for a 6-cylinder. Nice pick-up for an SUV. Would definitely buy another Highlander
