Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.

Toyota of Greenville replaced my steering rack and pinion on my 4 wheel drive double cab Tundra after confirming a leak found by my regular mechanic crew. It is now fixed and steering is tight and working perfectly. 8 months before, the steering was repaired with some other work at Toyota of Greenville. So this latest fix was under warranty and no extra charge. I appreciate them honoring the integrity of their work. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the left wheel I could hear a noise that I presume was break pad mis-aligned disc. This sound has now diminished after 4 or 5 days. So the re-assembly of brakes needed to wear back in.
2008 Toyota RAV4 review
I bought a 2008 RAV4 V6 in 2014 with 177,000 miles. I drove that car until I sold it with 307,100 miles. Even with that many miles, it still did 0-60 in 6.7 seconds (GPS verified via Dragy). I abused that car and drove it like I stole it every single time I was behind the wheel. Some things I fixed during my ownership were the front shocks, alternator, water pump, transmission solenoid, rear O2 sensor and routine oil changes every 5,000 miles along with brakes and tires as needed. I did all of my own maintenance and this car was by far the easiest car to work on. PA winters eventually rusted out the rocker panels and it would no longer pass the state safety inspection which I why I had to sell it. These things also hold their value quite well. With rusted out rockers, a shattered windshield, TPMS light on, worn tires and brakes, I still sold my car for $3,000. Some common things to look for on these if buying used are leaky front and rear differentials, noises from the alternator, rattling or grinding noises from the water pump area, bouncy/floaty feeling shocks. However, parts are cheap and the car is easy to work on if you know how to wrench on a car. I would buy another V6 RAV4 in a heartbeat!

De’angelo is a fantastic salesman and understands what people want, works hard to meet your needs, and is an all around great person(yes, I said it, a car salesman that is actually genuine and honest) the entire team are all great in their own right. One person made me want to deal with them though, I originally was contacted by their manager of online sales, this young ladies name is Ashley, Ashley was tireless, dedicated and one of the sweeter young ladies I have had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with. She went above and beyond answering phone calls after she had left work(I thought they closed at 7pm, and Ashley was still working, but she was off and still answered my calls) she was extremely prompt in returning my calls and answering my questions. I’m not sure what they pay this young lady, but its not enough. I am extremely satisfied with my vehicle but I am more satisfied with the people at 5 star Nissan. I will be returning, even though I live so far away. Thank you 5star Nissan in a world of other dealerships delivering on nothing… you were a light in their darkness.

2008 Toyota RAV4 review
It’s a tank. So far V6 has been solid no issues with oil burn. Have been doing regular oil changes. Just recently replaced both front control arms due to worn out bushings. No other issues car has 160 K.
