I am a university student and this is my first car in the America, so many things I don’t know but Brandon helped me a lot. He helped me ordered small parts for this car to replace and he checked everything of this car then shipped to me just a one night.
Audi sometimes have a little problems but whenever I call Brandon for help, he was so patient and nice to give me suggestions to figure everything out. This company is very reliable and their service really made me satisfied. I am so happy that I bought a car from them, and I am with pleasure to meet my seller, Brandon.
And now, I enjoy driving this car to go to school, everything is so nice and I love this car so much! I purchased this vehicle to be my personal take me to the mountains, rivers, golf course, etc. It has been totally reliable and given good comfort doing it. On long trips I get better than advertised gas mileage.
This place is great. Always friendly and helpful staff especially Sean in service and jim in parts. One thing is needed a pop mechine I don???t like coffee.

Too many issues...been serviced only at Griffin ...radio/stereo quit working and all door locks do not work!! Only 41,000 miles!!!! Very dissatisfied and disappointed in problems and cost to tepair issues that should have not even been an issue with such a new car!!!
I honestly have never had a better sales experience at an auto dealership. In November of 2017, I originally bought an IS 350 AWD and was sold based on the level of care and detail John Irantos put into the process. He walked me through some comparative stats on the IS versus some other cars I was looking at (BMW, Infiniti) and explained the strong relativity of the resale value. I work in sales and do not respond well to overly "salesy" folks and McGrath does not use that approach. They instead make you feel like family and respect you throughout the entire process. Fast forward to October 2018 and I was no longer in need of my vehicle as I plan to move to NY. Matt Fenton and the team at McGrath made the buyback process super easy (30-minutes tops) and gave me a fair and equitable offer. I highly recommend working with McGrath!

I needed a car that was AWD and simple - this rides on the snow like a snow mobile especially if you add snow tires...gas mileage is great and style is perfect for me !!! I love em' so much I bought a second !!!
Walked in one day after previously looking at a new car in the lot for my wife. Within 10 minutes after talking to John Vanik and Tim Duda I received and excellent lease deal on a new Rouge Sport that I could live with.They gave me a rock bottom deal, much better than I had expected. A few days later I came back to lease the vehicle. They also gave me a great price on the paint protection package.
They were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend them and the dealership.

This vehicle has definitely met my needs being roomy, all wheel drive and I am able to use the racks on top for transporting my kayaks and by the way, I love the color.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
The overall experience was nice. The sales associate was nice. But when I got home and lifted the hood. I realized I immediately needed new filters, new oil. Top of the antifreeze the windshield wiper fluid was empty. Everything was good until then. Then I was just irritated and realized I was going to be paying a few hundred dollars to get everything up to par.
We went there with high hopes and weren't disappointed!! Sebastian was fantastic and did everything he could to make this buying experience a great one, THANK YOU. Patrick, lives with sponge Bob under the sea, the finance manager was phenomenal with helping out and not breaking our pockets. Thank you Muller team!! Keep up the great work, and always keep that personality!!

We looked for several other cars before getting this RAV4. We compared to a Mazda CX-5, Subaru Forester, and Honda CRX. But none of those cars compares to our Toyota. We love how smooth it is to drive, how fuel efficient it is, the cargo space has no comparison and even though we own an LE (lowest trim), the interior is very comfortable, and it has almost every accommodation that the competitors' mid trims have (except the automatic lights)
Drove up to Castle Honda to look at a car we seen posted on Cars.com. After finding the car, we were able to look at it without being rushed by salespeople . The used car department is laid back yet professional with excellent customer service Ali & Josh were great to work with!
Came in to see a car that I saw online. It was a 2008 RDX. Car was very clean. Car drove well. All clean inside. Got a bit off the listed price and picked up the car the next day. Car was detailed and had oul changed too. Drove home. Battery though was weak and died at home. Brought car back and they put new bateery in on a Saturday first thing. Took less than 30 min. Great customer service...

When we drove it a little sluggish when asked to get up to freeway speed and enough road noise anyone in the back seat couldn't hear.
We visited a few dealerships and are glad we landed at Northbrook. Larry in sales listened to what we needed, answered questions and gave us good options. Manny and Anthony were very helpful in processing the sale. We were not familiar with all the new safety and communication features and they took their time in explaining these to us. We feel that if we continue to have questions we will get excellent customer service there. And best of all are very happy with our new Toyota!

Owned the car for four years. I love how it handles and quickly accelerates. The ride could be smoother and quieter. I never had to take it to the shop for anything other than maintenance.
Felt welcome as I entered the door. Staff was available and when I asked for the sales person that I had been communicating with, salesperson was waiting.
