We bought 2015 Honda CRV in 2016. Great car, Driving experience and routine maintenance increases car life. Every time take to my car for maintenance, always given honest advice and I respect their services. Only thing that is little expensive service cost. Still I would recommend to take it to them to fix the car.

Worked with me on my trade and working a good deal but could not finalize the deal because I was leaving on cruise and decided a trade was not in my best interest! If the car is still available when I return we will pick up and see if we can put a deal I. Place!
2022 Toyota RAV4 review
Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

Jada and nearby Tyler were both very helpful in getting our RAV4 checked in for service. These two made the experience most pleasant and instilled confidence in me that the car would be serviced in an excellent manner. Keep up the good work you two!

Busam Nissan review
I went in for a maintenance appointment and from the second I pulled up I was greeted by friendly staff. I had recently purchased my car and the gentlemen that was taking care of me pulled up all the history and could tell I was interested so he showed me all that had been done and helped me understand things I didn’t know about. He was so friendly and helpful. Their waiting room is set up very nicely and fully stocked with delicious free drinks like Lattes and Cappuccinos. I was even offered to take one of their cars if I didn’t have time to wait. I opted to wait and was shown all the amenities, I was even able to work from my laptop in their waiting room (free WiFi!) while they serviced my car, which didn’t take long at all. When they were done they carefully went over everything with me very thoughtfully and honestly. Which was nice because other places I’ve gone to would just name a list of unnecessary things they would make me feel bad about if I didn’t do them right away, but it’s not like that at all here. If you’re looking for excellent service in every aspect, for all your car needs, this is the place to go. Thank you Busam Nissan for going above and beyond! I will definitely be back

2022 Toyota RAV4 review
My family has always been devoted and loyal Toyota owners for years. My dad had a Celica and a Corolla. My Aunt had three Camrys back to back 1999 LE Gold Edition, 2004 XLE , 2007 XLE and her daughter my cousin had Camrys as well and a black Camry Solara SLE V6. My sister today has a Corolla and so does my cousin. My Uncle has an Avalon. Toyota loyalty runs deep in our family. They have never let us down. The RAV4 is no exception from the Camrys and the Corollas. We had a 21 Camry LE that we bought new and eventually upgraded to the 22 RAV4 XLE. Loved the Camry also. The quality, reliability, resale value, and value you get of a Toyota is unbeatable! You just cannot go wrong with buying any Toyota.

2022 Toyota RAV4 LE. I purchased this SUV new in 2022. It is the second RAV4 in our family of two. My wife purchased her 2018 RAV4 Hybrid limited new in 2018. She has depended on and enjoyed her SUV for 4 years now. Her experience influenced my decisions to buy a Toyota RAV4.

CarMax Columbus Sawmill review
Great experience from start to finish! During the test drive, I noticed a noise in one of the front wheels. My salesman (Mike Khurshid) noticed it too. He said he would have their service dept look at it the next day. He called back to say that the tires were mismatched, so they put 4 brand new tires on the car (no additional charge). When he drove it again, the noise was gone. I was just going to pick up the car, but he insisted I drive it again myself to make sure the noise was gone. This was a small sale for CarMax, but everyone there made me feel I was the most important customer they had that day. I left with my new car, and a handful of Mike's business cards to give to friends!

I took my car in to have the tires rotated, which I bought there at a previous visit. While waiting, I was updated by text about the progress. My car was completely checked out to make sure everything is working properly. I was also given information about 2 issues that needed to be addressed. I approved having the issues taken care of. The dealership is very clean, comfortable and well run. They have it all together. Everything I needed to be done was completed at a very reasonable price.

Marshall Dry Ridge Toyota review
My husband and I recently purchased a brand new 2019 Toyota RAV4 through Marshall Dry Ridge Toyota, with Bob Snow. We have absolutely nothing but incredible things to say about our experience at this dealership, and more importantly, with Bob in specific. He was beyond patient and willing to do anything he could to get us the best deal, and make sure we got everything we wanted in the car. When we decided to purchase the car, Bob came back in on his day off and took his time explaining the interior features, and let us have another test drive, all on his day off. We loved the service we received, and our new car. Thank you Marshall Toyota!!

It was a good experience. Severely low offer for our trade in but that’s ok. The staff was friendly and communication was great prior to us coming into the dealership. Once we decided to buy the vehicle the paper work took the most part of the day, seriously, our mortgage and when we bought a new camper seemed quick by comparison. Other than not we would recommend them.

I had a great experience working with Nathan at Drive Direct. He was very professional, patient, and straightforward throughout the entire process. Even though my credit score was only okay, Nathan Weeks worked hard to help me get a really good deal and made the financing process much easier than I expected. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure I was comfortable with the deal. I really appreciate the effort and professionalism he showed. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Nathan and Drive Direct to anyone looking for a vehicle.
2022 Toyota RAV4 review
Not outstanding in any single category other than reliability, but rock solid overall. It's a rides nice, has a functional interior, looks good, and performs well. Certainly no negatives. The gas mileage has been 30+ overall and 35+ on the highway if driven at the typical speed limits. The only annoying feature is the auto engine off that has to be manually turned off with every start.
