We deal with Josh Carvalho, the service manager and Bryan Wells, the service adviser. They both go out of their way to work with us in getting our fleet of Volvos in for service in a timely fashion when issues crop up.
My mom and I came in to look at several vehicles for school. We were greeted warmly at the door by our salesperson, Chris. We explained to him what we were looking for, and he made our experience easy and transparent. I would recommend Chris and the dealership to all my family and friends. Don't pass up on the good deals they have.
Daniel Wood was very helpful and professional. After visiting many Toyota dealerships, he made McGee Toyota a pleasant place to buy a new car .I am completely satisfied with my whole car buying process .

I called and set up a 5000 mile service on my new tundra. I spoke with Dan Prescott who listened to my concerns, and work to be done, and he set my service appt up and Mark Whitman did the service on my vehicle. Both men were very professional and all work was done in a timely fashion as promised, and even a recall I didn???t know about was taken care of during this appt. I would recommend the service dept at McGee to anyone.
We very impressed with the detailed knowledge of the Mazda CX-5 Grnd Touring vehicle by Thomas Belliveau. He was not forceful or aggressive as many sales dealership sales representatives are. He took his time and ensured we were comfortable with his overviews he demonstrated patience and walked through the process of leasing a vehicle. We felt his customer service and our experience was outstanding. Ricardo Dordete whom did the lease paperwork was. very personable and patient with our questions.
My daughter purchased two cars from Mastria Mazda and is very happy with their service so I decided to go with a Mazda. I have always been indecisive and a perfectionist so I was happy to have Alex walk me through the purchase. He has an understanding and patience that seems never ending. If Alex was not there when I stopped by, his associates stepped right in to accommodate. Previously, I owned a business and in my opinion, this is a first-class operation. Alex and the others are very knowledgeable and customer service is their first priority. Even after the sale, they continue to be concerned and still very helpful. Now I understand why my daughter and her husband are repeat customers. I’m sure I will be as well.
I purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2015 Subaru Impreza with just under 38,000 miles for around $16,500 after all was said and done. I also paid only $1,000 down. This included sales tax, gap insurance etc.... Toni and Bob were truly a delight. Toni made the car buying experience absolutely effortless. They had paperwork ready to go and registered my car right on sight for me. Even put my transferred plates on for me. I arrived at the dealership at approximately 11:00 a.m. and my car was ready to drive off the lot by approximately 2:15 p.m. They handled EVERYTHING for me.... EVERYTHING! Toni was extremely informative and helped me set up the right deal for my budget. And with his suggestions (which I ended up agreeing to) I now have auto pay bi-weekly. So, instead of paying a large sum once a month. I pay twice a month smaller installments. With the bi-weekly auto pay my new beauty will be paid off approximately 4 to 5 months earlier! I guess as I ramble on I don't have enough positive things to say about Atlantic Subaru and their staff!!!! I would 110% tell my friends and loved ones to check them out. I walked in to have an inspections sticker and lucked out to have it done in about 50 minutes . Phewww. The customer service rep as always was efficient ,kind and informative . This was a far cry from my last visit for an oil change and license plate bulb replacement which took 2.5 hours even WITH an appointment .
Anna made a difficult deal relatively painless. She worked hard to make it happen and came in on her day off to meet with me. She addressed all of my concerns and was able to mediate a successful closing. Strongly recommend her!
