They really work hard toward helping you find what you are looking for if they don’t have it right then they don’t stop looking if you tell them your looking for something different then they will look for that they try and make there customers happy
I was in town visiting my sister when I was involved in an accident. I wasn’t planning on trading. I found it to be a very pleasant experience. A female doesn’t get treated this way when buying a car in Houston.
As always, I took our ‘17 MKX into Fastlane at Champion Ford/Lincoln for regular service. The staff got me in and out in an expedient fashion and completed the service and delivered my freshly washed vehicle, while I enjoyed a cup of coffee and caught up with the morning paper. Thank You
Service was great , except when I got to GreenRiver Rd and Spring Valley my low tire light went off and Lucus Oil was close, so they aired my tires up as my back two tires were low after having my tires rotated and told the air in my tires had been checked.

The entire process was very quick and seamless. They took the anxiety of purchasing a new car away from the buyer. From the friendly and informed staff (Travis, Kameron, Josh, and Jenny who assisted us in getting a good deal on the car that we wanted, to answering the countless questions my wife had, the entire experience was great. I highly recommend them.
Started to buy a camry and thought about it over night. Too late it was sold the next morning. Salesman got a Lexus trade in that he let me know of immediately - test drove it and am so happy we it and the buying process. This is my second car from them.
For me to travel 3 1/2 hours to purchase a car, obviously the deal had to be right. One email, followed by a 7 and then a 5 minute phone call, we had a deal. Cut to the chase, no waste of my time. This is the way all dealerships should operate. Extremely courteous and respectful of my time. Since the purchase, I have been called by 3 different individuals to make sure I was happy and satisfied with their dealership and staff.
My service was quite eventful. After the service supervisor advised me that our vehicle was finished we left the dealership. Shortly after leaving I realized I had left my phone charging in the lounge. We immediately called the service department. The lady that answered, put us on hold and went to check on the phone. Soon she came back and described the phone, which was mine. I appreciate the above and beyond service that was performed.
My buying experience was both fast, pleasant and efficient. Everyone was very friendly and the facility was excellent. I received an excellent deal on my purchase and I would not hesitate to deal with D-Patrick Ford in the future. I traveled 200 miles in a one way rental to the facility. My D-Patrick sales rep even called the rental agency for its pickup at the dealership.
