I couldn't imagine a better car-buying experience! My salesman was honest, straightforward and easy to deal with. The car was a fairly priced, and they let me have it for several hours to test drive and have my mechanic inspect it. After I decided to buy it, they trusted me and held the car without a down payment until it was ready to pick up. And when it was ready, they picked me up and drove me to their lot so I wouldn't have to shuttle cars. OUTSTANDING!!!
I brought my car in to MAG Service that needed a list of repairs. I had gotten quotes from 5 other repair shops. The technician at Munsterman Auto explained the repairs from the previous quotes I had gotten. Most of them where things that I didn't need and I had been taken advantage of for my lack of car knowledge. Munsterman Auto was not only MUCH less expensive on the repairs that needed to be done, they also only fixed what was broken, saving me over 60% on even the lowest quote I was given. They are such a blessing and helped me save so much money right before the holidays. They have earned my business for absolutely every car related purchases moving forward! They truely do treat people like family.
New car under warranty which Kia in St. Joe would not investigate leak damage, because they "did not have time to pull the carpets, just put a fan on it for a couple days." Soaked under carpets, pads, etc. Took car to Lee's Summit and they got it right in,pulled carpets/pads, let the car dry out for a couple days and then replaced the carpet, provided loaner, and were so amazing to work with. 100% customer focus. Thank you Cable-Dahmer Kia Lee's Summit! That is how you run a good business. Our family appreciates you!
I live in St Louis and had been looking for the right car for a while. I found the perfect 2013 Subaru Forester on LSH’s website and put the car on hold after talking to Leslie. She was very helpful and made the process easy.
I flew into KC and picked up the car yesterday. Austen and Darryl helped me to close the sale. They had already detailed the car and prepared paperwork before I arrived. All I had to do was test drive, talk about financing/warranties and sign. The paperwork didn’t take long, they made sure I was 100% comfortable with everything, patiently answered all of the questions I had, (I’m not very knowledgeable about cars and likely asked some stupid questions!) and had me out the door in about two hours. It was not the all day, stressful situation I’ve learned to expect from other dealerships!
This was definitely the best experience I’ve had buying a car. The entire staff seemed very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend going to them!
Very pleasant staff treated me well as a potential customer. I test drove the car I spotted online and a very good time-limited deal was offered, but I had to decline actual purchase right then as I am still early in my "search" mode. Their car is still on my list of potentials as I continue my search. Fine folks, lots of cars, and negotiating a "deal" was upfront, no pressure, and friendly.
Kyle did an excellent job of detailing the Lexus 450h features and benefits to me. Then provided the same level of detail to my wife when I brought her back to see the car on a later date. Strong product knowledge, but not pushy at all. Just providing superior information. It was a great buying experience and I WILL buy my next car from Kyle! In fact, my wife commented to me after we left the dealership what a great job Kyle did and how much she enjoyed the car buying experience... she hates buying cars! Great job, Kyle!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My previous Fiesta that I also bought from Bob Allen Ford was in accident/totaled. So when dealing with insurance companies you don't have time to go out comparing. I sent my request online for help finding my car. I also did my credit approval online. So when "Woody" responded that he had what I was looking for, we set up to meet after sending me a picture of the car. From the time I walked in to the time i drove away in the my new Fiesta was just over 90 minutes. The Jason and Guy got me some nice deals for my car as well. Looking forward to my next purchase (hoping in another 6-7 years.)

I am a big fan of Infinity of KC due to their professionalism and efficiency. The sales team knows their product, listens to the customer on the type of vehicle desired and provide an efficient purchasing process once the agreement is met.
My husband found a car online from here. He called them up and spoke with Robert Cosgrove about meeting with him to test drive this car out. While speaking, my husband pointed out that there weren't any pictures of the inside of the car online. Robert went out and took a video of the inside and out of the car and sent it over to us so we could see it before we went. When we showed up he was very prompt to meet us and already had the car up and ready for the test drive! we weren't expecting to do anything more than test drive today so we didn't take my husbands car (the one we we're going to trade in). Robert said "let's go get his car while on this test drive so we can check it out". By this point in the test drive we knew we weren't going anywhere else for any other test drives, so we went and got it and Robert was awesome the whole time listening to my stories on the return trip back during rush hour. His personality was right on point with ours making this an easy sale. He was never pushy with us and didn't seem like a "car salesman". Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and tentative. They even had popcorn waiting for me when we got back from cleaning out my husbands car. It was a great experience all around, and I would recommend both Robert and Hendrick to anyone looking in the future.
Lydia was my sales consultant on this vehicle - and was she ever sharp! She has been very patient and generous with her time in guiding me through all the features on my Highlander that were new since I bought my 2007 Yaris. I have no hesitation in recommending her! Knows her stuff!
I needed a new battery. Zac found that I also needed new filters, which he brought out and showed me. I also needed new wiper blades. He was very friendly and helpful I didn't feel pressure to do anything . He is a good employee.
Great place, and excellent vehicles. Just bought second car from Steve in less than a year. Incredible services from start to finish. If he doesn't have what you want I would be surprised. Steve is one of the few people I would trust to sell me a car!!
This is a great place to buy a car! Everyone was very friendly and seemed to be really enjoying themselves. I feel like I got a great deal on my car and it wasn’t like fighting a tiger to get a good deal. Overall, it was a really good experience!
5+ Star for Sales team. Great experience. Works well with customer. Paper handling and title/registration dept "upstairs" is AWFUL. 1 month from buying and still not received papers. False promised 3 times already saying its mailed out (outright lies). Everytime you call they have excuse for lying previous time. Now my tag expires in 3 days with no papers in hand. That's the "LEGENDS WAY" I guess..
