Went in for a test drive, drove out same day with the 2018 new Toyota Tacoma I wanted. After friendly negotiation (that’s typical in car buying), Jagger and Luis were able to work out a great deal. Financing was also super easy (which depends on your credit quality) and serving afterwards to get base boards installed was excellent!
Just the service and friendliness of this dealership warranted me to consider them to friends and family.

I had been looking for a 4runner for the past few months and I wasn???t in any rush to purchase one. Specifically because of past and present experiences at major branded dealerships. Last year at Camelback Toyota I spent a total of 8 hours purchasing a new Camry, arguing and being miss treated and I really didn???t want to do it all over again. Luckily I did find certified preowned 4runner at Avondale Toyota within my price range and I happen to come across a great person name Scheldon Ward. This man here is a truly incredible person. He helped reach my monthly financial goal and put me in to my dream car. The process was quick and painless. Requested information about a vehicle by email only, no phone number was given. Salesman called another person associated to me and was rude to them. Hung up when the person tried to explain they didn’t know what he was talking about. Salesman then finally emailed me saying that it was not okay that I gave someone else’s number. Very rude, will never buy a car from this dealer.
The dealership got me an appointment within a few days of booking. Diagnosed quickly. Finished quickly. Got a fair bill. Service advisor was good at communication as well. Would for sure return for my Chevy work.
Staff was very courteous, and attentive to covering all my questions. Never felt rushed or pressured. Negotiations were ok, if you???ve done your research, and know what you want they are fairly straight forward.

The salesman, whom I have forgotten his name was outstanding. He drove with me to get my second trade in and drive it back. We then found the truck on the lot across the street I wanted. I met with the sales manager and the senior manager. They were both excellent. I made the deal. We always would want more for our trade in but I felt all three gentlemen took good care of me and I am happy with the purchase. I was shocked that my credit score of 810 only got me an interest rate of 5.5%. I contacted several lenders last week and was offered 2.5%. Would like to waive the prepayment penalty and not pay so much interest on my first payment if possible. Other than that, I was very pleased. My very close colleague is former President of Ford Steve Lyons, and I told him the same info after my purchase.
From start to finish these guys were great! Super thankful I ran into Rudi over at Larry Miller Dodge. While making the deal he walked me through and introduced me to everyone over at the Larry Miller family. Hand shakes, smiles and great deals is what these guys are all about. we were on a fact finding mission when we stopped at liberty buick. treated nicely even though we did not intend to buy at that time. ultimately, we traded in a pick-up and a fifth wheel on a 2019 buick envision. tim was patient with us even when we totally changed the color and style of vehicle that we initially wanted. we got more vehicle than we ever imagined at a manageable price.
Arnold was great! No nonsense and straight to a fair deal!! Highly recommend him and this dealership. Whether buying new or used they are fantastic.
