I walked in after looking through several trucks over the past few months. I was greeted at the door by a nice salesman. Cody who let me take the time to look over the vehicle I had in mind. Most places I have visited over the past few months you could feel the rush or pressure like they didn't want you to take the time to pick your vehicle they just wanted to get you to sign anything. Not the case with Cody and Carolina Auto great place to look great people and even took the time to help me work out some things to make me more happy with my purchase. Cody and Jeff worked very hard to get me what I wanted.
i was referred to this dealer by a patient who purchased an automobile of same make and model as I was looking for. I found several jeeps online and realized this dealer only sold vehicles in superb condition....meaning there wasn't a car on the lot that looked like it couldn't sell. I phoned them and got Stan Miller on the line. He got the Jeep I was looking for to be shipped over from another store location to save me the trip. We scheduled a time to see vehicle, and the rest is history. I had spent the previous month shopping around at car dealerships and quite frankly, it is my least favorite thing to do. These guys at Carolina Auto Direct are professional and efficient and I would recommend them for anyone seeking to buy a used car. If they don't have the car you want, they can find it for you. I also worked with Manager James Stems who was fantastic as well! Overall A+ experience.
I have to say they have an excellent internet team...they were not pushy like a lot of dealers are...I needed information and received it with no problems... I'm still looking for a certain vehicle at a good price...they are right in line on there pricing with other dealers....I would recommend talking to them and see if you agree...There EXCELLENT
Service Manager, Chett Boschele, from my initial call to the time arrived was cordial, patient with answering my questions and very informative. The shuttle driver (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) was friendly and fun to converse with during my ride to and from work! Thank you for a wonderful first time experience. The standard, Dan Ingrassia the Product Specialist was GREAT, knew his products and presentation was text book. Carlos was the Middle Man, running between upper Mgmnt and Me. His delivery of the figures were also text book. Accepted payments with no money down, 72 months new 2018 Rav4 and New 2019 Corolla. Chris and Nate, the Upper Mgmnt that makes the calls and deals with the Banks were spot on. I'm going misspell this one, but (Christiana) in finance, lovely and very Professional young lady was text book and provided what was given to her through the chain and then the part of signing the Bible on 2 cars began. It was during the "Bible Stage" that something wasn't right. Somewhere between our deal at the desk with Carlos and the Finance Office, the terms on the RAV4 got bumped back from 72 months to 75 months, which totalled just under $1800.00 for the 3 months (ie..the down payment they wanted us to do). But in the end, all is good. Bought 5 cars from Toyota North Charlotte before these 2, and we will go back...
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I had a great experience shopping and buying a car from this dealership. Joseph helped me with any questions or concerns. He was never pushy. He went above and beyond. I went to the lot looking for a car they had posted on their website but when I got there, I wasn't impressed with it. I ended up driving several of their other cars and decided on something completely different. The buying process took less than 30 mins. Everyone was super helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend this business and these employees to anyone looking to buy a car.

First off I have never liked going to car dealerships they are usually on top of you before you have a chance to get out of the vehicle. This was not the case at all with Modern Nissan. My wife and I looked around with no pushy salesman. When one did come over he was very friendly answered all our questions and was never pushy. After a couple days of thinking about it we called and told them the vehicle we wanted I answered some questions and texted my info to them we went in after work signed the papers and out the door no haggle no wait a great all around experience. I
i do not like the car buying process, but josh weaver and dennis penn actually made it pleasant. they answered all my questions from beginning to end and even after the sale. no high pressure tactics employed or misleading information given. i simply stated my needs and preferences and they went to work finding a great deal and exceeding my expectations. i was kept informed of what was happening in each step. this is my second car from them and i would buy there again.
Came in to buy a car. Worked with Tristan and Mike.. seriously nice guys! Made the buying process enjoyable and fun! Then we left and realized hours later we left our garage door opener in our trade in. I emailed Mike to let him know I would swing by .. within minutes he replied that he had it and to drop in when I could. When I finally made it in neither Mike nor Tristan were there but another staff member knew exactly where it was etc. Talk about communication!! Great service and great guys! Oh and we love our new car!
When I brought up the problem with the rear seat belts on my Passat, Sean Gerringer was quick to agree with the safety risk. He ordered parts, called me when they arrived, and scheduled my replacement appointment. He also arranged a vehicle for my use during the repair. Work done; safety issue fixed. All good, including my review of VW of South Charlotte.
My salesman Logan was the best ! he is extremely knowledgeable, he understood what i was looking for ! he answered all my questions with precision and ultimately got my new Jetta ! i would recommend him and this dealership to anyone !
I researched and found the low mileage Porsche Macan Turbo in the color and desired options. Only about 6 cars in the Southeast that met the desired specification. Great price- lower than some higher mileage Macan Turbos in the used car market. Fair value on my trade and easy buying experience.
