Their check in is efficient which is critical at a super busy shop. The shuttle drivers are personable and run on time. The service liaison communicates well and is helpful. My favorite service out of three I???ve tried.
Pros: My car had 2 manufacturer's defects that were dangerous so I came in to Lipton Toyota to get them fixed. As soon as I got there they immediately greeted me and took my car. They told me about the free donuts and coffee inside as well as offered me a ride back home since the repair was going to take a couple hours. Very courteous and friendly people. Hunter was the young man responsible for fixing the car and he was great. They even washed my car for me! Cons: The only reason I am giving it 4 stars are because of the Salesmen. I have been receiving nonstop emails and phone calls from different sellers telling me they want to buy my car and also that the car I was interested in is still available. While I am at the dealership I get approached by like 3 men trying to get me to buy a car. That made me uncomfortable.
Stopped in without an appointment to check the tire pressure light on my screen that came on. It has happened small times before, but usually good off, this time it's been in for a few days. They found a nail in I've of the tires. Patched it, and I was on my way in about an hour and a half. Very friendly, courteous, and they didn't charge me! (Still under warranty). Not for nails in tires, but I bring my car there for anything needed.
I have always been treated curteoysly at Gunther Motors Service Dept. The Service Specialist go out of their way to ensure any serivce and/or repairs are done satisfactorily, on time and on budget. Over the years (after 6 cars purchased/leased at Gunther VW) I have developed a rapport with some of the specialists.
Salesman Dion alcantara was more than helpful,he was very patient ,it wasn't until I went into the finance person Carlos that everything changed.i purchased the road hazard and some stupid program called dot.three days later tried to cancel both I could only cancel road hazard but I won't get credit till lease runs out.is that Fu or what.the other I was told x Carlos I couldn't cancel when the contract gives you thirty days to cancel.at this point I am thinking of cancelling the theft system also.i am so upset over this experience.and to top it all I have to worry about not having a spare.how stupid is that?
Alain Lorenzo is an excellent customer service, very efficient n self explanatory. Even at the end, he told me if i have any more issues or need anything. To let him know. Very polite young man
