Working with Jim Martinez was incredible. My daughter had a major engine problem with her 2007 Rav. The engine oil consumption was very high. Jim not only came in to meet with us on his day off, he worked to identify the problem, coordinated the oil consumption test, managed the outcomes when the vehicle failed, and made the sure the vehicle's engine was then repaired quickly and accurately per the Warranty Enhancement program. He and his Sales Mgr, Steve Voller worked directly with Toyota to coordinate the details specific to her situation and needs, and Jim made sure the work was done the following week, again on his days off. Jim is a superstar in our book and Steve is a great manager for support and empowers his people to do the incredible job they do. Thanks to Jim, Caitlin, a doctoral candidate at UCSC, was able to stay on schedule with her research that took her to AZ for four months. When she returns to Santa Cruz she will have all her work done at Toyota of Santa Cruz. And, because of the awesome experience with Jim and Co, and the support from Toyota, she is a customer for life, as are my wife and I here in Minnesota.
