It was an excellent experience. The salesperson, Richard Vargas, did a great job of pointing out the value of the Prius and answered all of my questions. He spent a lot of time with me and my wife in explaining how the electronics worked. The entire purchasing situation was outstanding.

Came in for some repairs to be done on my 2013 kia optima. Walked outside and looked around while i was waiting, and found a 2018 Kia Optima that i really wanted. KIRK and TRAVIS are amazing. They did everything we asked for and were super friendly. Great group of people. I got my 2018 Optima! Sure am going to miss my 2013 tho . CJ (Curtis) from service did an amazing job repairing my 2013, but I just had to have the new one. Again thank you KIRK and TRAVIS for all your time and hard work gettin us in the car i wanted. It was a pleasure getting to meet you guys!! Would highly recommend KIA OF WACO!
I was looking to get into a cheaper payment and be able to have room for car seats. Jeremy and Courtney helped me and found a journey and I even picked the color and features. They were great on getting what I "thought" I wanted. The next day I let Jeremy know that I was not happy with the car due to it was too small and missing features that I didn't think about before. Two days after that, Friday, I let him know again how extremely UNHAPPY I was with this car and that I wanted back in a truck. I was told that there was not anything that could be done and I would need to drive it for a year or so and then trade it in. Saturday, I spoke with Courtney and told him I wanted a truck and that my daughter could trade her car in for the journey and I was aware that my payments would not be as low as we got them. On Monday, I was told that nothing could be done until the title work is done, which is 2 more weeks. So then, I will have been miserable in this car for 3 weeks, putting miles on it and lowering the value of what they can give me as trade. I do not feel that they have done all that can be done, especially for a loyal customer, as myself. This is the 4th purchase that I have made from this dealership and it is probably the final purchase my family will make there! I already have another dealership working on getting me in a truck and my daughter in the journey. It's a shame that Stanley Dodge could not make sure I was 100% satisfied after the sale! I do not recommend a dodge journey for anyone with car seats!!
Believe it or not, it's been 16 years since my husband and I purchased a brand new vehicle! Needless to say, all the modern bells and whistles were more than just a little overwhelming. Felicia was very patient about answering our many questions and did not pressure us when we told her we had to go home and think about our decision. Brian was also very nice when we returned to actually purchase the vehicle. One thing I was slightly dissatisfied with was I feel that we were rushed through the delivery process as we were the last customers of the day. Overall it was a good experience.
Low on sales pressure and highly focused on the customer's request for personalized service. Quentin had been dealing with me during a very difficult period where I was transitioning into a new job and environment. I actually took about 9 weeks from when I decided to get a new car up until I actually signed the contract. He even helped me to acquire a loan points below what my bank of 14 years was offering. My son had just got into an accident with his vehicle earlier of the same day that we decided to look around for another vehicle for him and decided to stop by the Don Ringler dealership in Temple. We were greeted by Matt Reeves, while looking around and I honestly thought he would be just like every car salesman I dealt with in the past of being overly aggressive in trying to make a sale, but I was definitely wrong. Matt was a true professional and was very helpful in listening to what we had to say as far as what we wanted as well as what price we could afford without trying to be pushy as most salesmen usually are. We found a vehicle we liked and could afford but Matt was able to get us a even better deal by talking to his manager without us even asking him to do so, which I thought was great of him to do! The experience we had dealing with Matt was outstanding and we definitely will come back to this dealership in the future because of Matt's outstanding service. Matt made us feel like we were not just a sale but we were family. I will recommend him to anyone that wants to have a hassle-free environment when buying a vehicle. Matt Reeves is the best salesman that I have ever dealt with and will ensure his name gets out there to all my friends and family.
Rodrigo did and amazing job. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. I was unsure what I really wanted or if I want to trade my 2015 for a new one. But Rodrigo was very patient and pleasant to deal with and help me find an amazing truck. Jason Holt made finance side a quick and easy process and get my payment where I was comfortable with. These guys went over and beyond with great customer service. And I highly recommend this dealership.

Drove into the used car section,- stopped beside a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox- James Knuth walked up , introduced himself-showed and explained the vehicle to me -we went for a test drive-I explained to him exactly the offer that I was prepared to make - James took me into management and presented my offer-we all considered it fair and shook hands to seal the deal.... Paperwork took only a few minutes and I drove away with my purchase. Total elapsed time about an hour. . No high pressure, no bickering-,simply a relaxed professional and respectful experience , The way buying a car was meant to be ,
