We deal with Josh Carvalho, the service manager and Bryan Wells, the service adviser. They both go out of their way to work with us in getting our fleet of Volvos in for service in a timely fashion when issues crop up.

Great for a family although I would recommend the captains chairs. One major issue is the rear automatic lift gates have issues. Mine is 2200$ to fix. Great vehicle just watch out for those rear hatch issues.
Battles Nissan gave me terrific, timely, and personal family style service to test drive then buy the vehicle I needed. Hospitality and location is great, near the Cape Cod Bourne rotary just over the bridge. The staff worked well as a team, too, so that if one did not know certain information, they found other employees on site who could answer the question. Just like family. Thank you, Battles! there is a reason these have a cult following

the 4Runner is an excellent vehicle, whether you're taking it on off road trails in Sedona or just simply running to the grocery store, this SUV is capable of it all. When purchasing a 4Runner you can rest assured that in the legendary reliability of Toyota and that these vehicles are built to last you hundreds of thousands of miles. the styling is rugged yet classy and i feel it truly has a timeless look that will never go out of style. When I get behind the wheel of my 4Runner i am comfortable with the ride and peace of mind that it can tackle anything I am planning on doing or going.
I had my car serviced. The appointment was easy to book. The service department kept me up to date as my car was repaired. I recommend going here

On the positive side, love the engine and transmission. Tuned exhaust is just right - a low growl but not obnoxious. Seat comfor is so- so, especially after a couple of hours behind the wheel. Entertainment system is a big disappointment? especially since this is a Limited edition. Sound quality is average and the Entune system should be dropped immediately in favor of Apple and Google offerings. Toyota is a little slow incorporating technology- not sure why. Still, I bought this truck for its above average reliability history and hope to have it for a long time.
Brought car in for an oil change. Dealer let me know that the engine air filter and cabin filter should be replaced. Recommended tire rotation and alignment.
Ample room for a growing family.

The all wheel drive along with its driveability options makes this a well rounded vehicle. Proven with the latest winter storm! Rides high like a SUV should but isn't top heavy! This is my first Toyota bought for my wife and it has me shopping for myself.
Staff was very attentive and responded in a very timely manner. Follow up was handled in a professional manner. When I'm ready to purchase another car, I will return.

It definitely gets attention and comments from strangers. Some love it, so hate it, but it is distinctive.
Thought I'd hate all the new safety features, but now don't know how I lived without them.
Didn't notice the lack of power some have noted, but we're not heavy footed anyway, so it seems adequate.
Biggest drawback to me is the extremely poor outward visibility. Blindspot monitoring and back-up camera help, but it is poor.
My first time buying from this dealership. Jordan was my sales guy and he was very helpful on making sure Everything I was looking for in a new car was met. The car was delivered on time and the detailing On the car was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this dealership .
Upgraded from a 2010 to a 2016

I loved my 2010!!
-no power port in the hatch area
-less cargo room and cubbies to store things
-doesn’t do as well in the snow
-has more power
-overall handles better
-the base model has some bells and whistles
I love Toyota’s and have always been impressed! It has taken me a little bit to get use to the new blind spots. Overall love it!
This was our second vehicle purchase from "Toyota of Dartmouth". We wouldn't even consider purchasing a vehicle anywhere else. It is definitely the dealership with class. Very pleasant, courteous and professional folks in every department. Bryan Bandarra, our salesman was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made our experience buying a car underwhelming. He is very knowledgeable about his product. He is also a pleasant, professional, no pressure salesman. He made us feel at ease and put us in a vehicle we wanted at a good price. Del Green was also great, very personable, He made the entire process quick and painless. I want to say thanks to David Lee, Del Green and of course Bryon for making this a pleasurable experience. In my opinion "Toyota of Dartmouth" has no competition, They ARE the competition.
Tacoma 2017 amazing truck

My Tacoma 2017 is much more than I expected, 48000 miles, it feels like new, considering that my other car is a Corolla 2018 zero miles, feels the Tacoma with the same level of comfort and manageability. I love how it works in all weather conditions and the power of this four-cylinder engine, power and low consumption, ideal for my lifestyle as I work away from my home driving about 66 miles a day and gas consumption is ideal. Apart from being accompanied by several very comfortable options such as being able to connect my phone to the central audio system and play my songs, making calls in hands-free, I was not a truck lover but without a doubt this Tacoma has changed my
This by far has been one of the best experiences buying a car. My sales person Chuck Jones was awesome. He took the time to explain everything to me and went over the explorer so I fully understood the options in it.
Great truck if you don’t want a full size truck

Great truck if you don’t want a full size truck, very reliable, I have the longer bed which is great, I don’t think I would like the smaller bed. Lots of hidden compartments, for storage.
Ken Weingard was my sales person. I had talked with him several times as I was unsure as to what I wanted to do. He spent a lot of time going over all my options but I was still undecided. We kept in touch .When I finally let the dust settle in my head I decided to trade my Scion Xb for a Rav4 as I travel to work and wanted to AWD and reputation of a Rav4 in bad weather. Thanks Ken for taking the time to let me sift through all the info.
Del Green was my financial manager. He was very professional and courteous. His precision in everything he did gave you the feeling of confidence that he was that precise in filling out the financial forms. Good job Del.
A Jeep Wrangler Contender

It’s a tank, huge and heavy. If it wasn’t for the Toyota engine I wouldn’t have consider it. It’s one of those cars you either hate it or love it. Looks depends on how much work you put in. Just like the wranglers.
Drives like a heavy suv. It’s very simple and basic. Almost bare bones. Btw they have a huge rust issue. So before purchasing one, carefully look out for it.
So far, this vehicle has been everything it has promised. Great for traveling with a small family and has been reliable so far. We love our green machine and we’re so happy to be treated so well by WT Chris Brown.
I’v owned several Toyota’s and their always dependable. The RAV4 gets decent gas mileage, is easy to get in and out of, and it’s great in snow! It comfortable to ride in and everything is laid out nicely. It’s a solid overall vehicle.
This car was a great transition from my Nissan Frontier Truck. I was looking at Ford Flex, Ford Explorer and Nissan Murano. The expectations I have are all satisfied in the Highlander. Needed a large enough car to haul my family around, and my ton and a half of clay and equipment.
I've never owned a better car. Luxury meets practicality. Super smooth ride, comfortable seats, all the bells and whistles, reliable and great gas mileage. The only thing that could make it better is if it were AWD for heavy winter mountain living. But it handles snow around town just fine.
The letter said it would take an hour for service but only took a half hour . Everyone was very helpful , especially a young man named Fred Gouveia , who was checking on my car and had it brought out to me after service was complete . Excellent Experience !
I liked the RAV4 so much, I bought it.
